The whole thing about waking up and seeing painted walls and all that! That's the entire point! It's not about being an addict.

I mean, honestly, no matter how intense those rare trips might be, if someone barely ever touches the stuff and doesn't drink otherwise, they aren't an addict.
What exactly are elevated amylase levels? in Health ·
Jose Miller3 said:The shortest Google search ever. You type in "elevated amylase" and boom—fifty links hit you instantly.

But try typing "amelaze"? You get maybe three hits. Two are some random sites from overseas, and the third one is straight-up porn. 😁
Look, the whole point is you're consuming way less artificial sweetener. Unless, of course, you're chugging three liters of Diet Coke in a single afternoon.

But people don't do that. 🙂
They grab a massive two-liter bottle and just go at it. Down it in one sitting, why not? 🙂
Medical diagnoses in Latin? in Health ·
Look, I’ve had some pretty terrible experiences when it comes to doctors explaining diagnoses: they love keeping patients in the dark. They hide behind a wall of medical jargon, acting like they aren't trying to help you understand, but rather trying to prove you're an idiot who couldn't grasp the concept if their life depended on it.

A person who isn't actually an idiot can just say, "I didn't catch that—look, I don't really know the medical terminology,"

Honestly, what bugs me more is the illegible handwriting. Use a typewriter if you won't use a computer, for crying out loud...

Same here.
Do you think one reason could be mystification—creating a massive gap between the patient and the doctor?....

Mystification? Please. Any patient with half a brain can just ask their doctor what's going on. At least they should tell me straight in plain English.
unknown said:I’m still waiting for an answer. Don't even try telling me that none of you have ever dealt with doctors basically shaking you down—either directly or indirectly—just to get some basic respect or decent medical care.

Never happened to me.
There’s a damn well shortage of this specific stuff.
Hangover cures? in Health ·
I’m talking about pure dehydration here.
Look, a few times when I overdid it, I ended up chugging gallons of non-alcoholic stuff just to compensate. Even though I don't have anything to be 😁, I was slamming all kinds of drinks throughout the night, and I could barely walk the next morning. It wasn't even because I was drunk. 🙂

but I was on the pill and had to stop because of some side effects, so.. I need a little break...

So you'd actually risk those nasty side effects from synthetic hormones just to avoid leaking at the beach? 😲 Get your head in the game—just grab a tampon and go.
Tear it apart and put it under the microscope.

tanja says otherwise

As far as I know, it doesn't cause a physical addiction, just a psychological one. Honestly, this forum causes a psychological addiction too. 😁

Activated charcoal. 😁
I’m sticking to mushy white rice. And Coke. Plus some dark chocolate.
Bananas too—the riper, the better. And maybe some yogurt or those probiotic shots from CVS.
rapidranger79 said:Go find yourself a decent psychiatrist—someone who actually treats addiction and mental health issues seriously instead of just handing out prescriptions like candy.

So, because some guy has a drink once in a blue moon, he’s suddenly mentally ill? He’s an addict? Is that where we are now?

Give me a break.
Breast reduction surgery: experiences and advice? in Women's Health ·
Maria Peterson said:at a plastic surgeon's office, definitely not at a florist
Google, your phone, and actually visiting a clinic (to get info) work wonders!

Now THAT is a useful post.
Breast reduction surgery: experiences and advice? in Women's Health ·
Angela Kelly said:I was asking about reduction because my back is killing me and I honestly don't like the whole idea... like, it could lead to complications.
[/b]

Oh, please. If breastfeeding is causing me chronic back pain, making me hunch over, messing up my neck, and forcing me to prop them up on the table just to cope, then the surgery alone is worth the risk of complications. Period.
Dealing with hemorrhoids in Health ·
since hemorrhoids are just small intestines popping out when you poop

Small intestines?

🙂
I have no clue why.
But back when my mom was dealing with a nasty boil, she drank Coke every single time. And honestly? She felt better for it.
When I was living on nothing but Coke and Cheetos almost every morning, it actually worked for me.
It works 🙏 🙏
I don't even know why, but it works 🙏
Whatever said:To anyone who took out the Mad House—this isn't even funny, you're just insulting honest people who actually have issues😁

😁 😁

human stupidity knows no bounds🙏 🙏 🙏
Why are spices considered unhealthy? in Health ·
There’s a massive difference between going overboard with spices and just tossing some basil into a salsa.

So, what even are these glutamates?
I’m too lazy to Google it. 😁
