My tooth is killing me. I am absolutely not going to the dentist; the thought of someone digging around in there right now makes me want to scream. What can I grab at a drugstore to make this stop?
Look, you can grab some Vitamin B complex at any CVS for just a few bucks. Just a tip for next time.
Look, in that same neighborhood, on the very street where the old maternity hospital used to be, there's a clinic or something similar that deals with psychosomatic issues.
Look at this person worrying about low white blood cell counts but they won't even bother asking a doctor what the actual cause might be.
