How do I get rid of this crappy "illness"?

It’s not like my tooth hurts, so I don't go to the dentist. It’s not like my stomach hurts, so I don't eat something or take a pill. It's my head.

I was pretty dehydrated today. Had school this morning and then two hours of gym class at the end. We totally went hard in gym... we played 6 on 6 then switched to 3 on 3. Running, falling, sweating... ouch.

And then there's me, being "smart," hitting the bathroom for water every 30 minutes. Thought I wouldn't get dehydrated if I did that. Then, thinking I'm so clever, I bought some thick juice with multivitamins because I know the brain "runs" on glucose, so why not help it out?

And now, being "smart," I get home with a massive headache.
Any way to fix this? (Going to sleep now, but I doubt it'll just vanish)

I guess my game is alright. Not great, but not terrible either. My technique is pretty solid and I can hold onto the ball well, but man, I’m slow... just don't feel like running much 😁. Accuracy? It depends. It jumps up 40% when playing on turf, but drops by 80% when we're out on those bumpy local parks fields 😁

I’m definitely not a defender—half the team just knocks me over easily—so I usually play midfield or striker. I can get by there using some dribbling, but I really need to work on my finishing

My dog hasn't been sleeping right the last few days... I think he's feeling pretty sick 😢 😢 😢

So, I was just messing around with my brother, pretending to pin him down, when my dog suddenly loses it thinking he needs to protect him. He lunges at me and bites my hand... so I just said "fine" and went to sit at my computer.

Then I look down and realize he actually broke the skin. There's this weirdly shaped bump, maybe about 2cm wide, kind of basket-colored, but right where he bit me, it's turning purple.

Should I be worried about this, or will it just go away?

Could be a low refresh rate on the monitor, sitting way too close to the TV, or even just some basic mechanical stuff like dust buildup. Or maybe it’s psychological... stress could be doing it.

Look, let me tell you a little handmade story.

There was this guy living in his cave, totally convinced he was a genius. But he had zero proof, just lived in that cave with no contact with anyone else. So he heads into the city and finds out that in this old town, they have something called intelligence testing. IQ tests and stuff.

They hand him this paper with numbers scattered all over. They went in order, you know, 1, 2, 3... and the testers ask him what he sees, if there’s any kind of pattern.

The "smart" guy says that's an insult to his intellect. He tells them it's just a sequence of natural numbers. They tell him to look again, see if there's a bigger pattern. He stares at the numbers, zooming in, following them one by one on the page, even holding the paper three centimeters from his eyes just to see better.

"No, there's nothing. It's just a sequence of natural numbers," he says.

The tester takes the paper back.
"Poor," the tester tells the smart guy.

"There's a flower on this paper. The numbers are spaced out so they form a flower. Look, see the petals?" the tester says, using a pen to draw lines connecting those natural numbers.
