Should we place bets on how long it takes before he gets banned?

you're late... we figured that out a long time ago...

James Newman4 said:The logical way to look at it is that people who are missing certain enzymes just need to get them back into their system—you know, in those perfect ratios alongside vitamins and minerals—by sticking to a cellular diet...

So, about this whole "cellular diet" thing you’ve got going on... (though honestly, you still haven't explained to me what else there even *is* besides cellular—like, what, an extra-cellular diet? Non-organic? Intracellular? lol) ...you people... You gotta be kidding me... Lactase? Okay, sure, that makes sense... but hey, why stop there? Might as well throw in a whole bunch of other enzymes whose absence causes all sorts of issues while you're at it. I bet there are biochemists out there who could list off every single digestive enzyme deficiency that ends up triggering mental health struggles or developmental delays—so just toss those into the mix too... I'm really thinking about getting into a more consistent diet... just something steady that actually sticks...Look... This... I mean, just throw those enzymes in there already—save some lives and save the government a massive amount of money while you're at it...

I mean, if "stationary nutrition" is really that powerful...

GNN, if I actually had a little brother, I’d totally suspect it was you...

Oh my god, that movie is such a classic. It was basically the anthem for every 11-year-old girl when it hit theaters here. Honestly, it was the first movie where the romance actually stuck with me—I mean, you absolutely HAD to be crushing on Paterson and that hair of his 😱 I used to know every single dance move by heart (and honestly, they still hold up pretty well even 20 years later), though the soundtrack is just pure, cheesy magic...

It’s just one of those movies, you know? That doesn't mean I haven't watched it (like, the 179th time) just this afternoon. It's stronger than my willpower at this point. It just takes me right back to being a kid...

James Newman4 said:So, I’m just sitting here reading and waiting for someone to actually drop a solid suggestion for John Ruiz4, but despite all the "experts" hanging out on this forum, there isn't a single useful word to be found... 😉

Any kind of food allergy or pollen sensitivity—or really any reaction, for that matter—starts from the inside. It's caused by some kind of nutritional deficiency in the body, but unfortunately, we still don't know nearly enough about how that works... 😢

What has actually proven EFFECTIVE—and I've seen this work firsthand with plenty of people dealing with all sorts of allergies—is "cellular nutrition." Honestly, I really think that's the key for John Ruiz4... 🙂

👋

Good grief...

This person isn't ALLERGIC to milk. An allergy is an immune system disorder—you can look right here (side note, when you Google "allergy," this one site pops up first, and the weirdest part is they don't even have an American version, just English and Polish???)—whereas lactose intolerance is just what happens when your body completely lacks a specific enzyme. Her ribosomes simply aren't producing it, for whatever reasons scientists are still trying to figure out. Since it seems pretty obvious you don't really get what an enzyme is, maybe use this other link to educate yourself a bit... though I'd personally suggest Stryer (for the big thinkers and educators out there, it's worth noting there's an older edition translated into American English). You can learn some real biochemical miracles from that...

Betty Bennett10 said:Wait, hold up—milk is bad for you, but coffee is totally fine??

Look, man, you're starting a thread about someone being lactose intolerant... it’s unhealthy FOR HIM because it’s an actual medical thing—like, he's literally missing an enzyme. It’s a deficiency, not a choice. And then you get those religious types jumping in later with their own takes...

dustypilot2 said:I'd much rather eat like a damn Turk and live like an American—clean shaven and carefree... honestly, I wouldn't give a single damn!''😁

But what's actually wrong with that mindset? Honestly... those people living in total religious, orthorexic paranoia—the kind you described—they're gonna die anyway. And let's be real, the odds of someone eating "perfectly healthy" living way longer are super slim. Even then, they'll probably just end up fighting cancer down the road, while the guy who eats like a typical American just takes a sudden hit from a heart attack. I'll leave it to you to decide which of those two paths is actually better...

dustypilot2 said:I'm gonna give the rice milk a shot—if it sucks, then whatever... life goes on.

btw, has anyone actually tried it? Does it taste anything like real milk, or is it just bland like soy milk?

Honestly, coffee with rice milk tastes way better than the soy stuff... hands down. I've tried both, and I could totally get used to the rice milk if it weren't such a rip-off price-wise. It’s not like dairy bothers me or anything, but rice milk is just... really nice. Give it a go, you won't regret it...

Megan Morales5 said:Thanks for adding that bit 🙂—oh, and honey is part of it too, I totally blanked on that.

In our case, while we were prepping and taking that tonic, the oncologists actually advised us NOT to add any honey. Their reasoning was super clear and honestly made total sense: honey is packed with nutrients, really high in stuff that nutritionists love. Every single cell in our body gets something out of it, especially those fast-moving ones. And which ones are those? The metastasis cells, of course. A few different doctors suggested cutting out the honey entirely, especially since my mom was eating pretty well right up until the end...

So, yeah, just sharing my experience... just so you guys know...

but man, their tactics are just impossible to read—I ran into MacGregor in town and he told me they actually kicked him off this forum... honestly, it’s enough to make you lose your mind 😂

here you can dig through a ton of info regarding the list of approved emulsifiers used here in the States. if you're looking for the nitty-gritty on a specific one, just throw it into Google like everyone else does... I'm really not about to sit here and break down every single one of them for you!!

shadowgardener12 said:why does distilled water hit so much harder than regular stuff?

man, shadowgardener12, don't take this too seriously... it's basically just a big joke at everyone's expense. I think it all started back in that thread about Coca-Cola, but I'm pretty sure rustymoose54 remembers the exact details of where this whole thing about lethal distilled water actually kicked off...

there's nothing wrong with distilled water, other than the fact that it tastes like absolute garbage

rustymoose54 said:adding deuterated water would definitely throw a wrench in things 😁

plus it’d probably slow down those kinetic isotope effects (KIE) too... 🤣

and I honestly think the base pairs would get all messed up—especially in those newly formed cells...
either way, it wouldn't end well...

Distilled water? That thing is a straight-up serial killer. Hell, I'm even a little paranoid about using my clothes iron because of it!

rustymoose54 said:as if you could actually mess up someone's DNA structure just by using distilled water😲

I remember back in college we spent basically weeks debating whether you could actually kill someone with D2O... like, if you forced them to drink nothing but that for long enough, would it actually be fatal?😈

Karen Brooks said:I'm honestly just sitting here waiting for them to tell me that breathing is carcinogenic and the best move is to just... stop breathing altogether.

Oxygen is basically the ultimate carcinogen, isn't it? I mean, didn't you know that? That’s the whole reason you need to load up on all those heavy-duty antioxidants—like Vitamin C or artichoke extract—just to protect yourself from the sheer impact of oxygen...

E330 is just citric acid—honestly, there's enough of it in a single lemon to drive anyone crazy. Maybe do a little digging before you decide to boycott something based on just one ingredient... I have no clue what E124 is, but if you're really curious, you can look it up on some actual reputable sites (and I don't mean those "green living" blogs full of paranoid conspiracy theorists!)

As for that modified starch? No clue at all, so I'm probably not being much help here...

silvermason16 said:biserko 😁 , don't act like I wasn't born yesterday 😉

so what’s actually better, healthier, whatever... making some Nestlé powder or
just squeezing an orange (from a farmer's market, obviously, not from my own
garden 😉 )
I need some actual expert advice here 🙂

it's a wash...

Nestlé has pretty strict controls on what goes into their stuff...

on the other hand, if you drink real orange juice, you're getting some fiber, which helps with digestion and all that.

personally, I'm convinced "healthy food" basically doesn't exist anymore. but Nestlé isn't gonna kill you any more than an orange is gonna make you live to be 157...
