Honestly, this is easily one of my all-time favorites. There was a time when I was totally convinced it was the absolute greatest movie ever made—maybe a bit dramatic, I know—but looking back, I realize it might not be *that* perfect... still, it’s such a blast to watch. It pulls me in every single time, even though I already know exactly what's coming next...

I won't go as far as saying I fell head over heels for Dennis Quaid because of this flick...

In the US, doctors are pretty open about suggesting palliative chemo, which is totally fine as long as the patient actually understands what they're signing up for. My mom knew her relapse wasn't curable, and she knew chemo would only buy her more time, so she decided to pass on it.
It isn't necessarily wrong to turn down chemo, provided it's an informed decision and the patient fully grasps the consequences of that choice...
