stormylynx14, if I were you, I'd probably start by reaching out to your local Department of Social Services... they usually have a ton of info on hand—they can give you some solid advice, maybe point you toward some specific residential facilities to check out, stuff like that. And hey, don't get the wrong idea thinking they're only for "welfare cases"... even if someone moves into a facility through their programs, if they actually have the money, they pay for their own stay—it's not just the government picking up the tab.

For patients with impaired kidney function, Zithromax is totally fine to take since hardly any of it gets cleared through the kidneys.
You do need to be careful, though, if someone has more serious liver issues.
As for older folks—no dose adjustments needed there.

So far, nothing we've seen suggests Azithromycin harms the baby. But, because clinical data is still pretty thin, it’s not recommended during pregnancy unless it's absolutely necessary...
And for breastfeeding? It's generally advised against using Azithromycin.

They're making a movie about Walter the Farting Dog

So, looking at the upcoming slate of scripts hitting Hollywood, there's actually a story in the works about a dog with some seriously intense digestive issues

The book, ‘Walter the Farting Dog,’ is a massive children's bestseller, and AMC Theatres just picked up the rights to turn it into a film—rumor has it comedian Eric Champnell might be the one behind the camera or directing it.

It was written by William Kotzwinkle and Glenn Murray, with illustrations by Audrey Colman. Basically, the whole plot centers on a pup who just can't stop passing gas.

Once his constant gas starts driving his owner's family crazy, the dog ends up using those awful smells to actually scare off a couple of burglars breaking into the house, which turns him into a total hero...

The book was such a huge phenomenon that they even released a sequel called ‘Walter the Farting Dog: Trouble at the Yard Sale,’ and apparently, a third installment is already in the works.

I honestly don't even know how to react to this news... 😂

you’ve gotta accept the fact that this guy just doesn't want to quit—no matter what people do around him, he’s always gonna end up right back at the bottom of a bottle.

I have someone in my own family who's been drinking since they were 13—they're well over 50 now. They've gone through about ten different rehab stints, getting picked up drunk in all sorts of places... they even managed to buy a house once just to sell it off for booze, and they totaled their car after driving drunk...

And the thing is, they don't want to stop. They actually tell me their life only feels worth living when they're wasted.

At that point, there's really nothing else you can do. 🙂 but that's just how it goes...

I saw some report on TV out in the Pacific saying MSG would be the perfect spot for a nest. Man, if she had just asked, someone could've told her there are plenty of other arenas that hold like 20k people (though I guess they don't host the Knicks, my bad...)
