It’s such a shame... especially now that the tourists are starting to roll in and there's just nothing to see. It looks honestly ridiculous compared to other cities... calling this a metropolis? More like a small town in Ohio. Savannah.

It’s the same instinct driving him to drink... or stay sober... or practice yoga... different methods, same underlying reason.😉
Great description! It’s nice that you're doing Yoga by the coast too. Personally, I've always felt people out by the beach don't really need the 😁, or at least not nearly as much. They've already got all that sun, the breeze, and higher energy levels 🙂 though it still hits harder when you're right by the ocean... keep it up!
p.s. That bridge is actually shaped like an elongated letter V... try mimicking the shape of that letter.
Nice one, man. You’ve got some really beautiful, genuine feelings there. Don't go hiding them now... just get out there and tell the people involved how you feel. Hope it goes well for you 😉

The stuff above is for Europe. 😉 It’s all in English and everything, but nothing in American... 😉

Exactly. Skip the dairy when you're coming down with something...🙄 It just triggers more mucus, which basically acts as a breeding ground for bacteria... the core of any cold. Not sure about soy, though. Chamomile, sage tea... honey, lemon, and plenty of food. Soup, protein. If things get serious and your immune system is totally wiped out, then maybe you look at antibiotics. Otherwise, the stuff I mentioned covers most standard colds.
Henry Wilson48 said:I recently got laid off from my job (posted about that here once), so I needed something to take the edge off—pills, meditation, whatever. Anyway, I found this deep relaxation meditation online. It’s just light music and a guy guiding you through breathing exercises and body scans. No heavy philosophy involved. I’ve done stuff like this before—on my own, using a Yogi app, or doing Yoga Nidra...
But this one is great. You can always squeeze in 15 minutes (Yoga Nidra takes 45, which isn't always realistic)—the instructor is really soothing, the music is beautiful...
So now I've started meditating every morning before getting out of bed. Then during the day, instead of just zoning out in front of the TV or scrolling on my phone, I do some Pilates and some Tibetan breathing exercises in the morning. Starting the day calm is incredible... a total game changer compared to just stumbling around the apartment. Plus, jumping straight out of bed was hitting me too hard—this gives me a chance to collect myself, relax, and actually get up feeling steady and ready for the day. 😲 😲 😲
FUCKING AWESOME!!!
🙂 🙂 👍
Meditation is everything. 😉
Heading out to catch some sun and breathe for a bit... 😉
restlessmarlin6, you're losing it. You need a radical change of scenery... maybe take some meds and just try to process what's happening during that time, if nothing else.
Let me bring you guys back down to earth. Honestly... there’s going to be a massive crowd of people who didn't bother listening when they were actually playing, and now they have zero clue. To them, they’re just Weezer. They aren't some band that hits like Dinosaur Jr.... 4,000 people?! ...Pixies are a club band for maybe 300 or 400 people. This is like Nirvana playing warehouses back in the day—I didn't care about being shoved around by hysterical MTV fans then either. Just gross. All these rip-off legends should probably just stay where they belong.
