It’s a decent enough movie, but in my opinion, it’s light years away from even being nominated, let alone winning an Oscar.🤷

What does "after the third box, I didn't get it" actually mean? How long has it been since you took your last pill?

Does anyone happen to know the office hours for Nataša Kurtović over in Houston (Brestje)?
I seem to have misplaced my business card. 😳

Maintaining a PMS balance is actually quite beneficial.👍

Luna, you should either head down to the pharmacy and explain the situation, or have someone at home pick up some pills and mail them to you. 🤔
Shadowfox49, since you two rarely see each other, perhaps it would be wise to make an effort to get used to using condoms. 😁

A three-month break😁
And you probably won't get your period exactly when you expect it; mine was two weeks late, though it has been longer than that before.

That said, if I were in your shoes, I would first reflect on why I stopped taking them after such a short duration only to want them again now. There are plenty of valid reasons to start, but what were the specific concerns you had against them?

Those are perfectly fine... during the first few months of use..

Honestly, I haven't come across a single one so far that felt even remotely accurate to me... everything I've looked at just made my stomach turn...

In that case, you should probably take a longer break and then try starting fresh. 😁

swiftbison25 said:My gynecologist didn't even bother asking if I was taking anything, so I just took the initiative and told her myself; she simply suggested I take a break from everything, no pills required...

If none of those options work for you, Trinovum probably won't either, as it’s very similar to Triquilar (I've tried both). Following my doctor's advice, I decided to take a break entirely, since it's clear that none of these pills are right for me at this moment.
If you aren't planning on seeing a specialist, 🙂 then it’s much more convenient for me to just stop by my primary care physician since they’re right around the corner from my house...

Noah Allen8 said:Oh, and one more thing... I read somewhere—I think it was on page 38 of some guide—that you really need to get bloodwork done before starting birth control, and that things like liver enzymes, cholesterol, and iron levels are super important...
So, my AST liver enzyme has been running high for about nine months now; the upper limit is usually around 38, but I’m sitting at over 50... I’m heading to my OB-GYN this Monday, and I can't help but wonder, do you think that might stop them from prescribing the pill to me?
Just like I mentioned in my last post, I'm mainly looking to deal with my acne...

To be honest, I don't know much about what AST actually represents, but if there is any indication that your liver isn't functioning optimally, you probably shouldn't be taking birth control. You should definitely bring this up with your doctor. While it might not be an absolute dealbreaker, you really ought to investigate why those levels are high in the first place.😉

Well, I certainly hope it doesn't turn out that way. 🙂

Who cares how many boxes I end up buying anyway? 🙄

Exactly. What use is a prescription if there is no oversight on how many boxes you actually pick up? You could stock up for the entire neighborhood and nobody would even notice.

Anyway, for those of you who have stopped taking your pills... After how long can I expect my first actual period, rather than just the withdrawal bleeding at the end of a pack? 😳
Is sleeping in socks weird? in Health ·
I tend to struggle whenever winter hits; I get chills and catch colds far too easily. At this point, I can barely find my socks during the day, let alone in the middle of the night.

Your only option is Dr. Turkovic (if I remembered the name correctly), but I wouldn't suggest seeing him. He hasn't been able to help me with anything so far. You're better off heading to Salat instead of wasting your time with him.
Just like always.
