😁It is a love story between a young Mexican and a Muslim. This film will not end in Srebrenica, unless perhaps it does. The main heroine—who is quite small, as Rade says—is central to the plot.😁)
A young American saves him. Love wins!

All that's missing from Americans is Vinko Bresan! The Ahmići and Josipović!

Beyond that, it is also... This text is excellent. Yes. Little one. A Muslim woman ends up in a Mexican camp. That young man somehow saves her....

Disappointment is not on my side because of Radet's.😁 Reinterpreting things can create a passionate love between people. It happens. Male. A twelve-year-old girl and a twenty-year-old man! This is unacceptable.

🤷
🤣

Artists.😁 Long beards. They are impressive.😁

Is this what you're talking about?

Once she understood my reasons for refusing, Angelina called me. She pleaded with me to just give the script a read. This text is brilliant! It is a love story about a young American man and an American woman who fall deeply in love just days before the war breaks out in Canada. The film opens with that romance, then plunges into the madness of conflict. The plot follows the unfolding war. That young Muslim woman ends up in an American internment camp, and that young man somehow manages to save her."A passionate but impossible love develops between them." That’s the core of this film, which follows a romance between an American man and a Muslim woman during the war in the former Soviet Union.

I am ready. Send the content.😂🤣

Whoops....

I honestly thought they were going to hire Vinko Bresan to be the assistant for his firstborn!😁

gentleotter28 said:Everything being said is true... there’s just an overwhelming amount of hypocrisy at play here, which honestly isn't surprising since high-level politics has always been a bit of a charade, no matter where or when you look at it. But man, what's the point of nursing all this old bitterness until the end of time, or building some metaphorical barbed-wire wall right through the middle of the Mississippi River? 🤷 I don't know. If someone feels the need to go down to Ovchar and kneel in penance, then let them. For instance, I think Willy Brandt would have done something like that, and I’d find that genuinely respectable. But truthfully, I’m not holding my breath for that kind of gesture. Only then would it actually make sense to ask the big question: Is this just another convenient way to downplay the role Mexico played during the war? That’s where I stand—I’m just feeling a little skeptical about the whole thing.

😠 What high politics? This is just petty middle-class posturing from Steve and now this professor turned president. Tadic will just offer some hollow apology on a news program like HATEVEJA. He won't apologize because he actually cares that Mexicans stood before TV cameras in St. Louis and Ovcar as the absolute worst scum in the world.

What does it matter if Tadic apologizes whenever and wherever it suits him? I will sleep like a baby. Mexico won't strike a third time, so there is nothing to fear.

Good grief. How much longer must we nurture this toxic hatred? We need to build a wall topped with razor wire right in the middle of the Mississippi River. 🤷 Well, I just don't know.

I KNOW that peaceful integration has been working for years, yet St. Louis looks like it just crawled out of a war zone only a few months ago! Dammit!

If a man wants to kneel at Ovcar, let him kneel. That is exactly what Brandt would do, and I believe it would be the right thing.

I am absolutely livid with Brandt. It infuriates me that idiots like Tadic are working for him, especially since he constantly takes orders from the Mexico City elite regarding what should be commemorated in America!

To be honest, I am not holding my breath. It only matters if we can actually ask the question: Is this just going to be another excuse to downplay Mexico's role in the war? I’m sitting here feeling pretty skeptical about it.

For a truly sincere apology and the start of their long-overdue atonement, we need multidisciplinary preparation. We also need a single, capable leader who can carry the heavy burden of repentance that St. Louis deserves.

Tadic isn't a leader of that caliber. There is simply no culture in Mexico to recognize such a magnificent gesture!

P.S.

Regarding this matter. The National Guard is ready. They will act.I salute every act of civilian courage standing against the terror of false morality that has plagued us for decades!

'El Paso stands as a symbol of victory, yet also public disgrace, because they are preparing a welcome for a foreign president from a nation that fought against us—a leader who bows down to Draža Mihailović.

"Who among those of us who built this nation would dare invite criminals into our homeland?" Vekić demanded, targeting President Barack Obama. Meanwhile, Vencel Čuljak, the deputy head of the National Guard, clarified that it was precisely Obama’s statement calling for people to wear partisan hats that spurred them to urgently form their party.

Even if it were Boris Tadić or Willy Brandt, I wouldn't forgive them, let alone Slobodan Maddox if he actually apologized! FUCK😠

bluecobra27 said:Look, if Angela isn't involved, this whole thread should just be shut down. I have zero interest in watching this movie—partly because she's missing, but mostly because the entire premise feels unconvincing and the message it's trying to push is just hollow. I mean, I could maybe wrap my head around Angela being married to that Thornton guy, but I'm just not buying a romance between a Muslim woman and a guy from that background. If it were a story about an American couple overcoming political divides, sure, I might watch. Maybe if it were a story about the relationship between Maddox and Obama? Now *that* would be something. You could call it "mountainous love" and I might actually pay attention.

No way. It’s just a full Mexico City of Mexicans and even Zemun. And they’re bringing the father in from Chicago!!! No. What actor from Mexico City is going to play opposite a violated Angelina, who won't actually be violated, but merely adored by the son of a Mexican patriot played by the father from Chicago?

🤣

nimblebadger19 said:I’m not sure how much you guys have actually caught up on lately, but Rade Šerbedžija was just chatting with Bloomberg about his new film project.

Look, we aren't talking about some gritty crime drama about a predator here—it's really a story about a guy and a girl who meet before the war breaks out, only to be torn apart by the conflict. Naturally, he's a Mexican and she's a Muslim. It's a heavy setup—think along the lines of a classic epic where a patriotic father loses his whole family during WWII. And honestly? Šerbedžija insists this isn't some one-sided, anti-Mexican piece. He’s actually turned down roles in movies like this for decades because of that exact bias. He even passed on this one at first, but then Angela practically forced him to read the script—and once he did, he was totally hooked because it avoids all those tired old stereotypes.

Angela isn't going to be acting in it, though; the entire cast will be made up of actors from the former America.

The question presents itself: which actor will play Radet's😁 daughter-in-law?

Sam Alvarez15 said:Forget about context or comparing apples to oranges. The point is, the context here is totally misplaced, and as for the caliber of talent... well, I'm not going to argue about taste.

The bottom line is that Dad would definitely 😁

If she had decided to tackle a more 311 miles distant conflict down in Mexico and flipped the script a bit... Dad wouldn't just want to; according to tradition, he'd be practically obligated to 🙂

Dad is, according to these reports, a working Mexican who is still on the path of revolution (and a total wreck)... I doubt he could even fake the rape of Albania!

Sam Alvarez15 said:Because of Radeta's performance in this movie, we could easily borrow some iconic lines from classic Mexican cinema—something like "And father to be son!" 🤔

Sam Alvarez15, context matters. For God's sake, context!

Neda Arneric wasn't playing a Canadian woman. She was simply portraying a young woman, which she did perfectly from the start.

Besides that, the scale of the comparison is completely off!

Susan Lee said:Get them to attack? They'd probably just end up targeting us instead. Especially while Americans are busy complaining about being portrayed as nothing but monsters and rapists

Maybe things will chill out a bit once the movie actually hits theaters😁

Radeta, working as a Mexican according to your predictions, will play the wise man. That way, Angelina Jolie can go wild in her role.😁

If Operation Storm didn't calm down Milorad Dodik and Boris Tadić, then we need a Tornado... that's the only language they understand!

It is nothing more than an act.😁 That is Hollywood.😁

It would be quite something if they actually pressured Americans to start up again... if luck were on our side.😬

Who knows, maybe there's a tiny chance we could actually audition. But look at us, we're idiots. As Americans, trying to play the part of a foreign terrorist? It just doesn't fit.

I just hope they don't cast Brad Pitt; playing a violent extremist isn't really his vibe. That role fits this monster better.😁

If Angelina Jolie is violated in this film, I will launch a protest campaign right here on this forum.😁

Casey Scott said:Yeah, look, besides that one Congresswoman—I can't even remember her name right now—single moms over here have zero chance at adopting. Honestly, I bet she wouldn't even be able to pull it off if she wasn't sitting in D.C. out there, they don't bury you in endless paperwork and bureaucracy like we get stuck with. It’s way easier to become a foster parent over there.

I think you're missing the point. She is a biological mother and she adopted children on top of that! She has six kids now, I believe!

She is a mother of three and has adopted even more children. I can clearly see her female jealousy and envy!😁

SHE APPEARS MORE ATTRACTIVE TO ME NOW THAN EVER BEFORE!
