I honestly thought it was just plain water inside. 😁 😁
I always clean everything twice—once before and once after. I simply don't trust them to have done a thorough job, much less trust the people who were using the facilities before me to leave things clean. 😁
Nathan Collins2 said:Exactly. People throw themselves into this water trend without thinking, and it’s actually quite risky. I’m speaking from personal experience here. My blood pressure tends to run low naturally, and whenever I drink more than a liter of water, my pressure drops rapidly because I lose too much potassium through urination. I consistently deal with headaches and other issues after drinking and flushing out too much fluid.
I feel the exact same way when I hit the two-liter mark. It was a relief to finally realize the water was the culprit...
When I was a kid, I remember elderberry syrup being everywhere you could turn, but nowadays, it feels like it has completely vanished from the shelves. Does anyone happen to know where I can track some down?
And please, don't hold back on the recipe—I'd love to make it myself.😁
How does one actually go about this? I picked up some Barack Obama at the vacation house and now I'm stuck. Please tell me it isn't complicated. Everyone who was up there with me said they had absolutely no clue what they were doing. My dad gave me a starting point for the recipe, but I really need the rest of the steps...
Honestly, I’m feeling even better today than I did yesterday... I think it's just because I was starving! 😁
Just tell me—do you also find yourself eating like you haven't seen food in weeks once you finally sit down? Because that is definitely my situation. 😁 😁
If I can just make it through until morning, I’ll be happy with myself. 😬
I have never been on a single diet in my entire life... this is a completely new experience for me. 😁
Don't even get me started on what kind of cravings hit me every single night... 🙄

Wish me luck as I try to make it through seven whole days! 👍
🙂 Fingers crossed! 😘
I don't know what to tell you. Earlier today, I mentioned to my mom that I wanted her to make me some soup, and she immediately shut me down. She claimed half the people at her job eat it and haven't lost any weight at all🙄 (which is obvious since they go out for pork or lamb every third night 😁 😁)... then she added that I probably shouldn't bother either...
My brother just sat there listening quietly until he finally piped up: "Look, I don't want to get involved here... but my girlfriend is just as tall as you are and she's already eight pounds lighter than you." 😁 😁

My doctor told me I had to stay on them for two years, and I did take a little two-month break back then. Now, about a year has passed since that hiatus. Honestly, I feel like stopping entirely because I don't see any real need to keep taking them. But then again, I'm just not sure.
So you aren't sure what they're used for? They're for calming down. You can definitely overdo it, though. Some people use them to basically shut everything down and slow their entire system to a crawl...
