How to lift a partial ban on MovieStream in Feedback & Suggestions ·
I mean, if you play it that way, you'll probably end up losing a partial eclipse 🤦

I know it doesn't really change much, but I can't help myself—I have to set the record straight on that stat.

That said, the odds on Bavaria seem way too low to me, regardless of that 8:0 blowout against the Kansas City Chiefs

@ Robin Davis4
Maybe take a look over at FanDuel 😉

The Germans are a much stronger side than the Ukrainians and their victory isn't really in question... especially since, given the war situation in the country, Shakhtar isn't playing their home games in Donetskbut in Kyiv which I'm sure isn't exactly easy for them...

They're actually playing in Lviv today.
Issue with Moderation [PDF Tennis] in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Look, let's not go "attacking" the guy for no reason here—slytinker11 actually asked to step down from moderation a while back (I think it was right around when Alicia joined the team), but we basically talked him into staying just a bit longer to help us out. So, yeah, his original request kind of just got lost in the shuffle of the forum archives 🙂

Look, Matthew actually has some solid credits under his belt besides those lemon-squeezer roles—stuff like A Time to Kill, Two for the Money, or Killer Joe—long before he blew up as the go-to guy we see now in DBC, Wolf of Wall Street, or Ted Lasso.

I’m with you on Vaughn—I think he’ll nail this—it’s just that I can’t really point to one standout, serious performance of his (if we aren't counting Psycho, which was honestly kind of a dud).
Maybe he does have one, but I guess I haven't sat through it.
Farrell, on the other hand—and look, he’s not exactly my favorite actor—has some decent stuff out there (Phone Booth, or In Bruges, which Matthew Anderson4 mentioned, and The Recruit), though I totally agree that with him, you pretty much know exactly what you're getting into.

You aren't keeping up—it's sitting at 9.4 right now. 🙂

Anyway, what’s your take on the new cast for True Detective? I was scrolling through that thread and saw you had some thoughts there, so I figured I'd just ask you directly. 🙂
I mean, Colin Farrell is fine, but I'm so used to seeing Vince in those goofy comedies—though, hey, maybe we finally get a new McConaughey type. 😁

Anthony Perez55 said:I know, I know—here come the moderator threats again. But seriously, there have been way too many "friendly" matches played this month and last just to line the pockets of the big sportsbooks. Some of the stuff we’ve seen lately is statistically impossible—just plain broken math—but whatever, I really don't want to go down that rabbit hole all over again right now...

Oh, come on. Don't even go there.
Look, I’m gonna ask you nicely—please stop bringing up the moderators and their decisions in your posts. Seriously. People usually get handed a warning card for that kind of stuff around here, so let's just avoid the headache, yeah?
Look, I’m not trying to be confrontational here—really, I’m not—but if you keep going down that path, you aren't actually going to achieve anything. All you're really doing is fast-tracking your own ban. 😉

Anthony Perez55 said:So, can anyone actually help me out with that "problem" mentioned above?

It’s all about the game.

Peamount Utd vs. UCD Waves

That's interesting—the game was originally set for December 6th, but now it’s been pushed back...

Honestly, I could have sworn it was only like thirty minutes ago that UCD Waves opened up with two quick goals right out of the gate—and if I recall correctly, I actually placed an over 2.5 goals bet for the first half around the 20th minute... only to end up losing it. Typical.
I mean, I think I even remember it being 3-0 at FT... if my memory isn't totally failing me.

🤔🤔🤔

I stumbled upon this one—the score column is totally blank, but there hasn't been any official word about a cancellation or a delay either.

I can't believe I’m still looking back at this old match report from 2011—time really does fly, doesn't it? It feels like a lifetime ago. Looking at how things unfolded that day, it’s funny how much the game changes, yet the same old frustrations always seem to resurface. You read through these old archives and you realize just how much we all thought we knew back then, only to be proven wrong by the chaos of a live match. It’s one of those classic instances where the stats tell one story, but the actual energy on the field was something else entirely. Just one of those days where everything felt slightly off, if you know what I mean.

It says here that the match was called off—though it doesn't actually say when exactly. http://extratime.ie/fixtures/teams/t...66/2021/99999/

It’s possible they played out the first half—which would explain why your ticket is already looking like a lost cause—but the whole thing got cut short before the whistle blew.

John Bishop37 said:Quick question for everyone—and please don't take this as me blowing my own horn—but I just cleared over 1,000 bucks on BetMGM these past few days using that "potato money" term you all love. Honestly, I don't get why we aren't allowed to just call it actual currency.

We shouldn't even be calling it potato money, really, but hey—there’s a loophole in the rules, I guess. 🙄
The whole thing is just because it's a rule for this specific subforum; I've lost count of how many times I've explained the reasoning behind it, and frankly, I don't have the energy to go through it again.
How do I use Multi-Quote? in Forum Help! ·
Nicole Garcia43 said:I honestly have no clue where these extra icons or little bubbles are supposed to be, so I'm stuck trying this copy/paste thing instead...

Right next to the "quote" button, there's an icon for "multiple quote." You just go through the thread and click the icon on every post you want to comment on.

Trying it out

Not working

Then you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the thread and hit "post reply." A window will pop up with your response area, and it'll have all those posts you selected via "multiple quote" already loaded in there for you.

Good luck with that 😉

The QUOTE key is for your standard single quote—the one with the plus sign is for multi-quoting. So, if you want to reply to three different people at once, you just hit that plus button on the first two posts, then hit the QUOTE key on the last one.

The code is supposed to look like this: image or like this: image

Some text...

In the first version, you can actually see who you're quoting (it links back to their specific post), whereas the second one is just the raw text itself—which really needs to be sandwiched between two QUOTE tags. You don't delete or add anything to them. It looks like you only copied the snippet of code that comes after the text, which is why you ended up with what you did.

Bryan Adams6 said:Look, this isn't some deep-dive technical analysis—think of it more as a roadmap for anyone looking to dig a little deeper and find some fresh ways to play things. 🤔

Keep an eye on the Chilean Clausura; they've kicked off in a pretty wild, high-scoring way:

over 2.5 27/42
and over 1.5 35/42
both teams to score 25/42
and both teams to score 3+ 23/42

The third round was particularly insane—we saw 8 out of 9 matches hit the over, plus 7 out of 9 for both teams scoring and the 3+ mark.

So far, we’re only five rounds into the season.

🕺

Building on that, if you look at the current stats and how these sides match up against each other:

00:30 U. Catolica - Palestino both teams to score 3+ @ 2.05 (3:2)

Both teams are averaging about three goals per game—which is actually slightly lower than the league average—but their head-to-head history is usually a goal fest. Looking back at their last 15 meetings, 10 of them ended with both teams scoring 3+ goals, which suggests there's some real value here statistically.
The last three matchups are especially interesting—well, two out of those three—where we saw scores like 5:3 and 6:3 in favor of the Catholics.
I even toyed with a different angle: 7+ @ 20 (3:2), but I might try playing 4+ in the 1st half @ 18.25 (1:1) and 6+ for the full match @ 10 (3:2) once things get moving live.

10:00 Brisbane-Wellington 1 @ 2,30 (3:2)

The reigning Australian champs aren't exactly killing it right now—they’ve had a rough start to the season, managed to steady the ship for a second, and then immediately slumped back down. They're sitting way outside those playoff spots they were eyeing, which is definitely not where a squad with this much talent should be. This could be the turning point, though; maybe that recent Asian Cup win—with their captain McKay in the mix—will give them enough of a boost to climb back up the standings. Plus, today’s matchup against Wellington actually suits them quite well. Wellington is having a solid run, but despite that last loss, the champs have five wins in a row and have pulled off six wins and a draw in their last seven meetings against them.
Brisati is looking fully available, and they might even field their captain, who was out there helping Australia grab that trophy this past Saturday. The only guy missing from the lineup will be the new signing, Mexican Kaluđerović.

It’s pretty interesting how two of their last four matches ended with a turnaround, so I figured I’d take a shot at that too (half-time/full-time 2/1 @ 32) (X/1).
Looking back at their last six outings, four of them ended with a Roarovac victory by the exact same scoreline of 2:1 (3:2), so it feels worth a punt to try that option as well.

Hold on, since when did it become totally normal to have a dog living inside the house? Honestly, life is weird 🤷
I can sort of wrap my head around people in apartments keeping a dog—though I still don't get the folks with the massive breeds—but people living in houses? I just don't get it 🙄
A dog needs a big backyard where they can actually feel free, plus some kind of sheltered spot—you know, covered—where they can nap and hide away when the weather gets cold.
Even then, it’s not like that stops them from barking all night long.

The whole thing feels like a total fabrication by these "animal rights" activists who are just making stuff up as they go.🙄

I’m not even going to get into Gopac and Goluža—it’s pretty obvious what the deal is there, even if they basically account for 90% of our issues.
Just a few thoughts on the roster:
Duvnjak was absolute trash in the first half, then suddenly plays like a king at the start of the second—pairing up with Ivić to pull off a run—and then, for some inexplicable reason, just completely falls off a cliff 🤷 (could be low energy, poor conditioning, or who knows what else)
Čupić proved once again that he’s strictly a bench player for easy matchups; when the stakes are actually high, he tends to choke routinely.
Horvat really needs to step up and dominate in games like this, though he did have that silly missed shot from the line—even if his drive to the basket was great—but honestly, we aren't feeding the wings enough anyway, so it probably wouldn't have mattered much.
Alilović shouldn't even be on the national team, period. Ivić isn't quite elite, but compared to the guys over at ExxonMobil, he's an absolute superstar.
Vori was rough. It sucks when Sulić isn't even allowed anywhere near the national squad.
Karačić—just wasn't having a good day, and he’s still not putting Bičanić in.🙄
Kopljar—he’s got all the traits to be a top-tier right wing, yet he isn't even in the top 10.

Robert Doyle8 said:Nobody answered how many saves Ivic actually made. From what I recall, I don't think he had more than five in thirty minutes. People hype him up way too much here, but the reality is we just don't have world-class keepers like the other teams do.

tapatalk/good old 4.9.5

Look, it's true we lack elite goalkeepers, but Ivić is definitely a tier above the guys at ExxonMobil.
By the way, those saves by Ivić were exactly what gave us the comeback.
jadeseal7 said:If we actually make it to the finals and end up facing the French, I honestly don't think I could sit through that game. It’s hard—those guys have really messed with our heads over the last few years, just such a 😁

Looking at our last four competitive matches, we're sitting at 2:2—though, let's be honest, we absolutely crushed them twice in that stretch. 🤷

12:00 Fatih Karagumruk - Samsunspor 1 @ 1,90 (0-3)

It’s Matchday 5 of the group stage in the American Cup.
The home side—actually a pretty decent third-division squad currently fighting for a promotion playoff spot in the second tier—is hosting an average second-division team.
I’m leaning this way primarily because the hosts have a legitimate shot at advancing to the next round; a win puts them at the top of the group, which would mean they could basically settle for a draw against Bursa in the final round—not that Bursa needs the points themselves, either. On the flip side, the visitors have been absolutely criminal in this cup so far—sitting on just one measly point—so they’ll likely prioritize their league standing over burning energy in a match that feels pretty inconsequential.
About a month and a half back, Fatih pulled off a 0-1 win while playing away at Samsun.
