Look, this girl is definitely on the larger side. Don't get me wrong, I’m into it, but look at those abs—if she lets herself go even a little bit, she’s gonna turn into a total tank, and that just isn't the vibe. (I know a few girls at my local Gold's Gym who end up looking exactly like that during their offseason)
wiredtinker8 said:Henry Hayes3, check out this photo View on imgur Look, I’m not saying this looks "overbuilt" at all, but I just don't love how it looks. Since I haven't been hitting the gym consistently—I went hard for about a year, took an eighteen-month break, and just started up again last week—these are already the results. It's actually kind of scary thinking about what happens if I keep this up. Also, I’m pretty short, maybe 5'2", and weigh about 115 lbs. I get that you can't build strength without adding some mass, but I'm trying to figure out how to max out my strength without getting "wider." nimblesurfer77, haha, let's just say I have my reasons. 🙄
Looks great. And yeah, definitely nowhere near overbuilt, just like we thought.
Just lose weight and quit the gym. There's no way to train without hitting those muscle groups you're genetically wired to grow.
It's all about perception. Usually, it's just some girl with a decent body fat percentage flexing her quads under perfect lighting to look jacked. 😁
But hey, let's say you actually *are* "overbuilt." If you want to get stronger, start hitting heavy strength work—sets of 1 to 5 reps at max load.
I hate to break it to you, but you're going to hypertrophy and get "too big" regardless of those low reps, maybe just a tiny bit slower because you're lacking volume.
The consensus is simple: no matter how you slice it, you're gonna end up looking "overbuilt." 😁
Most newbies hitting those initial gains are straight-up delusional about their actual size (trust me, we've all been there). They think they're gods, but then 6 to 12 months in, reality hits. Body dysmorphia kicks in, you realize you're actually pretty small, and you're never satisfied with your mass. 😁 Still, you have to survive the first 6 months of consistent training before you really face that test. 😁
Then explain this to me: are we talking about a monthly interest rate of 7.98%/12 = 0.66%, or is it a full 7.98% every single month that just gets tacked onto the balance after a year?
I need the cash fast and I'm thinking I can just pay it back in two months, so I'd rather just pull it all out right now $317.
Also, can I actually ask the bank to hand over the cash immediately while I'm waiting for my debit card to be issued?
Edit - lost my train of thought for a sec. If I withdraw $333 or maybe a little less to cover the interest, how much am I actually looking at in interest if I owe them those $333 for two months?
Wasted way too much time on stupid stuff because I didn't want to listen to 🙂. But whatever, it is what it is. Also, being taller than average is a pain; it’s gonna take forever to fill this frame out, plus you can see I've still got some extra skin on my stomach 😢.
Babas, if you call me scrawny, I'm gonna lose it 😁. You gotta be a little scrawny if you actually want to put on mass effectively. Besides, the girls at Ultra weren't complaining ☕🙂
Look, I’m just trying to give you a reality check so you don't waste your damn time, energy, or motivation. If you weren't born with the right genetics for it, hit it a little harder, but stop expecting miracles and quit doing stupid stuff like 400 crunches 😉.
Just sent an email to Chase. Fingers crossed there’s actually someone on the customer service team who can walk me through the details instead of giving me the runaround.
I'm looking for advice on where and how to get a full workup done—testing for vitamin and mineral deficiencies, testosterone levels, and whatever else. Basically, I want a complete panel to check for every possible deficiency or irregularity.
I have supplemental insurance, if that matters at all.
Looking for some 3.5mm in-ear buds, strictly for music listening.
Three requirements:
- Top-tier sound quality - Built to last - A solid warranty that actually covers it when the left bud randomly dies or the connection starts cutting out somewhere
