Any weird symptoms? in Health ·
What the hell is this "blight" nonsense?

Vegetables and boiled stuff😳 how many times do I have to see it written before someone actually does it?😳 I'm ready, fingers are hovering over the keys😳 😛

I prefer it raw.😁

Bradley Green75 said:It’s definitely not "better." If you actually bother to read the ingredients list, you'll see it's mostly 5% fruit—the kind of low-grade, mushy stuff that wouldn't even make the cut for a grocery store shelf—plus emulsifiers, artificial dyes, fake flavors, and a whole lot of other chemical junk.

Do you honestly think anyone is out there squeezing fresh mangoes just to make some mass-produced mango, papaya, or kiwi juice?

Plus, they’re absolutely loaded with sugar or artificial sweeteners. Honestly, plain old tap water is WAY better for you than any of those sugary juices.

That's just my two cents.

And I'll get into how they even decide what "peach flavor" is supposed to taste like in a Lipton Ice Tea in my next post. 😉

Megan Peterson87 said she drinks 100% orange and blood orange juice. No added sugar.

gentlecanyon92 said:If he lived somewhere where you could actually grab a freshly squeezed juice made from real fruit, I’d suggest he switch to that instead.👍

But since everything here is just mass-produced industrial sludge, switching to Tropicana or Ocean Spray isn't going to fix anything.😳

Honestly, any juice is better than nothing at all. Personally, I'm a fan of the Minute Maid orange and red grapefruit blends.👍

gentlecanyon92 said:Dammit Dana Allen3, you don't start caring about your health until you've already trashed it. 😢

Don't just sit there waiting around—start with something simple, like eating actual fruit for once...

Check the post above 👍

Honestly, if he’s really too lazy to eat, he should just go grab a Welch's juice box and call it a day.👍

Yeah, sure... it's probably my diet, right?😢

Joe Biden, I've been living on nothing but deli sandwiches lately—I haven't touched a piece of fruit in forever.😵

But honestly, who's actually gonna fix that?😵

Just take some multivitamins. And get some sleep.🙂

Two hours later, it hit me.

I wouldn't say it was 😉

Then again..who knows

Of course, when you try to fix hypoglycemia by hitting your system with a massive sugar bomb, your body just pumps out even more insulin and sends you right back into another crash. It's a vicious cycle. They told you straight up—you're gonna have to overhaul your entire diet from the ground up if you want this to stop.

okay, maybe not lately 🤔

I remember this one time where I stood up way too fast and my head just spun so violently I started shaking uncontrollably. I lost my balance, lost my sense of direction—hell, I even lost my vision for a second. 😳 I figured the smartest move was to just drop straight to the floor so I wouldn't end up smashing my face into a wall or something. 😳 It lasted maybe 15 or 20 seconds... 😳 ...

😢

That was definitely low blood pressure. And honestly, who in their right mind just bolts out of bed like that?? 😵

Dana Allen3 said:It's just a mix of being starving, totally sleep-deprived, and needing to hit the bathroom ASAP.

Well, looks like you answered your own damn question. Just eat, get some sleep, and keep your digestive system on schedule, and everything will be fine. You’ll feel better than you have in ages, trust me. 👍

And how much are we talking per day?

It'll be right there on the label. I'm pretty sure it's about half a cup in the morning before you eat, specifically for what you're dealing with, but definitely double-check the instructions first.

First off, it’s gotta be hemorrhoids from sitting way too long playing video games.😉

Donat, for crying out loud, give it a rest. Just don't go overboard, alright?👍
I’m seriously starting to wonder... did I actually catch hepatitis? And from who, exactly?
Look, I don't touch drugs, I don't drink, I don't pop pills left and right, I don't even eat greasy junk food, and I am definitely not out here being promiscuous... not even close.

So what else could be making my liver ache like this? Does anyone actually know what the symptoms for hepatitis look like? 🙂

Wait, what does this have to do with having a weak immune system?

Honestly, shadowfalcon33, sometimes I seriously wonder how you even managed to become a moderator in the first place...
Laughter, sex, hiking 👍

From what I can gather, behavioral therapy is basically just about swapping out "bad" habits for better ones. It’s all about learning more acceptable ways to act. Personally? I feel like it just treats the symptoms rather than actually digging into the root cause, even if I admit it’s super helpful for a lot of people dealing with various issues.
I totally agree that facing your fears head-on is healthy and necessary, but at the end of the day, I think we all need to figure out the *WHY*. We have to understand why we do what we do and what’s actually driving those impulses in the first place.🙂

Laura Green96 said:Hmm... man, everyone just loves Ford! He basically laid the groundwork for psychoanalysis, yet he’s also the most unfairly dragged by critics.
But look, that doesn't necessarily hold water. Desires aren't always the root cause of phobias or neuroses, no matter what those extreme psychoanalysts try to claim.

Honestly, I think it makes total sense. I used to be terrified of sleeping alone—just deathly afraid of some burglar breaking in. Then it hit me: we often crave the very thing we’re most afraid of. In the case of the woman you mentioned, she’s clearly just starving for some exciting company in bed at night.😉

If someone keeps having these obsessive nightmares about intruders breaking into their house, it basically means they’re low-key dying for it to actually happen. Like, deep down, they’re obsessively craving someone to barge in and satisfy some secret, dark desire of theirs... makes total sense, doesn't it?🙄
