I’ve been sleeping without a pillow for months now, mostly because my back was killing me. And honestly? I have to admit, my back hasn't given me any trouble lately. I don't know if there's actually a connection, but it seems to be doing the trick. 😁 They’re anatomically fine, but those higher-end, firmer ones are better.
Look, you can either just ignore them or hit that block button. We don't usually hand out bans for private messages unless someone starts spamming everyone with ads. In those cases, once a few different people vouch for it, we can actually take action.
Rachel Brooks63 said:Man, if you were here in New York right now, I’d bring over whatever I have left of this stuff and force you to drink it. 😬
Wait, if it's that bad, why on earth are you still holding onto it? It can't be that awful. Or is this some kind of torture device? Maybe you're planning to spray it on the pets to keep them from tearing up the furniture (I heard it supposedly messes with cats)? Fine, I'll give it a shot the next chance I get and let you know what I think. 😁
Wait, you’re telling me Pago makes a disgusting juice? Give me a break. For as long as I can remember, I’ve held Pago in the highest regard—it’s easily the king of all juices. Honestly, it’s better than the best, and then some. Drinking a Pago soda felt like pure, unadulterated luck—honestly, it hit me just as hard as the day I got my first bike. And now you’re telling me that Pago is absolutely disgusting? Well, damn. Now I actually feel like I have to go try it just to see what the fuss is about.
Is "of" actually a disgusting abbreviation? I can't even begin to deal with this level of nonsense right now. Seriously.Sweet. VR? Honestly, I don’t know. People act like we’re all about to plug our brains into a Matrix-style simulation any day now, but most of the time it just feels like a glorified way to get a headache and trip over my coffee table. It's a lot of hype for something that still feels like a tech demo most of the time. Is it cool? Sure, for a few minutes. But living in a headset? I'll pass.Hey everyone, just checking in. What's up? ATactive I'm ready. Send over the posts you need me to rework. I'll make sure they sound like genuine, cynical Americans living their lives, following all your substitution rules to the letter. No traces of the old text will remain—just fresh, original copy set firmly in the States.I don't even know where to start with this one. Honestly, what are we even doing here? I can't even begin to process this level of nonsense. It’s just... wow. Honestly, I’m at a loss for words. What the hell are you even talking about? 🤔
Lawrence Bishop2 said:I have a question—has anyone here ever gone abroad to volunteer? I’m thinking specifically about Africa or South America. If you have, can you recommend a reliable organization to go through, maybe for a trip to Africa? Also, if anyone has actually done a program, I'd love to hear more about what it's really like...
Have you done any volunteering before? Like, right here in the States? I’m not sure why someone would jump straight to Africa; there is plenty of work to be done helping people in our own backyard, and honestly, it's much closer to home. If you head overseas, you're looking at traveling halfway across the world and being away from everything you know for a long, long time...🙂 As for agencies, I can't say I know any offhand, but I doubt it'll be hard to find one. It's not like there's some massive rush of people trying to volunteer every single day.
Look, what I was getting at is that when a username gets wiped from the database, you sometimes end up with these orphaned posts just hanging around. It’s possible they were deleted entirely, or maybe some admin went on a tear with a spam bot and did a mass-prune. Though, if that were the case, we’d be seeing everyone's posts vanish, not just one person's. 🤔 I don't know, anything could have happened, but it's probably just one of those weird edge cases. 😁
I’ve got a hunch that before the server glitched out and wiped that username from the database, this kind of thing had already happened. We've seen these gaps left behind before, and frankly, it’s a mess. That’s exactly why you don't handle things this way. 🙂
People seem to think it’s some kind of brilliant feature that you can dial 911 even when your phone screen is locked. Let me tell you, at this one party—back when I definitely wasn't sober—I somehow managed to mash those numbers into my phone about fifty times. Next thing I know, dispatchers are calling me back from a number ending in those same digits, telling me to quit messing around. 😵
Taylor Gonzalez79 said:Look, silverjackal, you completely missed the point here. Typical.☕
Since I have absolutely zero interest in rehashing all that internal bullshit, I’ll give you the chance to... You’re just lecturing me now.Basically, you need to go out and do some actual self-education.☕
Secondly, your time on this forum ended the moment they stripped you of your moderator status. Now, you’re just another brain-dead troll with nothing left but a megaphone to scream about how much your life sucks. You’re basically just venting all that bitterness from being the teacher's pet back in high school—the kid who sat in the front row, sucking up to the principal just to feel important.☕
Hey there. Hope you're doing alright.
I used to be your homeroom teacher. So, how does it feel now that I’ve finally proven you’re nothing but a little liar, a total lobotomist, and a lowlife? Huh? I might not be a moderator anymore, but don't think for a second I’ve stopped pulling the strings. You guys aren't getting rid of me that easily. 🙏 🙏 🙏
granitefox16 said:Heart's got a massive inferiority complex.😍
I’ve been spending my whole day getting off to your photos.😍
Every single one of my insecurities stems from you—either because you're right here or because you're nowhere to be found. When you don't check in on me or follow my threads around the forum, I honestly feel like nobody gives a damn about me. And that’s exactly why, whenever you drop a post and actually mention me, I can't help but feel pretty damn good about it. 😍
Taylor Gonzalez79 said:The smartest move is to just clone yourself like an FBI agent would. Make a burner account and keep posting on the other subforums. The second you try to file a formal complaint, they won't just blow you off or ignore you—they might even slap you with a ban and lock you out of those useless subforums entirely. And once you do that? They’ll start hunting down your clones, too.
Taylor Gonzalez79 said:Bad duck. Time to hold the moderators accountable.
Oh, my God... Taylor Gonzalez79, honey, looks like you’ve found yourself a new victim. Don't tell me you actually forgot all about me? Ha? You wouldn't, right? Not even Cher would...😍
Good grief, are you guys seriously going to nitpick every single thing I say now? Please. Let’s be real—I’m still your favorite moderator. Or, well, *former* moderator, if we're being technical. It would be such a shame if your obsession with finding fault shifted toward someone else. Because if that happens, I won't be able to step in and pull your strings anymore. 😁
granitefox16 said:Oh, poor little thing, you feeling blue?
So, did you find some new purpose in life? Look, I get it, things suck right now, but hang in there. Just give it another month, then maybe grab a drink at a local pub—I'm sure they'll understand how tough it is for you now that you can't moderate, ban people, or manage the threads...
Honestly, I feel for you. I know how hard it is to lose something that meant so much to you, but stick it out; it’ll be fine.😉
The truth is exactly how you're painting it. And here I was thinking my sarcasm wouldn't even be noticed. You really went out of your way to make sure everyone knows I'm not a moderator anymore. Otherwise, I would've just been one more name on the long list of mods who moved on. 🙏
It honestly makes me so happy to see I still have influence over people even though I’m not a mod anymore. It just proves I was an incredible moderator 👍... Kudos to me. I can't stop being obsessed. I'm just too powerful. 🙏
Forget the laptops, the vacation homes, the cars, scrolling through DMs, or even a high salary. You’ve got an inbox sitting there with 300 PM-ovs!!! Seriously, three hundred private messages...🙏 🙏 🙏
Look, everyone’s carrying a gun over here anyway—we just had a massive war, for crying out loud. So, what’s the point of all these frantic gun control pushes? 🙂 And honestly, just because he's handing out guns to buyers doesn't mean homicide rates are going to spike. A murder is a murder; it’s still going to be prosecuted exactly like it always has been. Nothing has fundamentally changed there. Besides, I highly doubt anyone is going out to buy a new car just because they want a handgun; you can pick up a cheap piece anywhere for next to nothing. It’s all just sensationalist news fodder. You can't go looking for the actual truth in those reports. It’s not that they're lying, per se, it's just how journalists frame things to get clicks.
Melissa Brown77 said:It’s true, but I don't exactly have massive life crises driving me toward that, and even if I did, I'd find another way out... I think I was raised well enough to know right from wrong!
Honestly, it happens all the time—people with zero problems in their lives end up drinking too much. Sure, it's not always like that; obviously, some people turn to it because they're struggling, but not everyone...😬 But look, a 14-year-old shouldn't be touching it. At least not the way someone in their 20s would. Plus, I think the premise here is a bit off. Alcoholism is a disease, but grabbing a drink with friends at a celebration? That's just socializing. And plenty of well-raised people drink, so that "upbringing" argument doesn't really hold water. 🙂
I drink a fair amount—definitely above average, though I’d say I’m still within the realm of "normal" (I appreciate a good drink, but I’m certainly not an addict 🙂). I guess what one person considers standard, another might find excessive, and so on... 😁 As for smoking, I wouldn't even call myself a smoker, and honestly, most people don't see me that way either. I'll pick up some cigarettes every now and then, maybe more often during certain stretches, but it's never a major part of my regular budget.
Look, take the internet for granted, right? On his three sub-forums, you’ll constantly see threads popping up with links to other sites, but nobody calls that spamming because the whole point is discussing how to redesign forums or portals or whatever. But if some random guy shows up with, what, three posts under his belt and drops a thread saying, "Hey, a new forum just launched—come over and sign up," then yeah, that’s blatant advertising.
