I can't find any official data anywhere on which specific symbols are used to represent Latin letters. Can you actually point me to a source? Anyway, I've been looking into it and it seems like the Chinese handle this kind of transliteration way more sophisticatedly. 😕

It's like how we have letters like F, H, L, M, N, O, R, S, U, Y, or Z... except some English letters even have multiple ways to be written in Chinese. For instance: X (艾克斯) and W (豆贝尔维)
Wait, are you actually telling me the Chinese just grabbed random symbols to stand in for Latin letters? I had absolutely no idea. 😕

No kidding, you hit the nail right on the head here.
A "feature"? Like Icelandic lichen? Is this that weird stuff Israelis supposedly scavenged for in the desert? Or maybe that blue mana stuff you see in fantasy video games? 😬 Or is it just some acronym, since they wrote it in all caps?
Once I actually get an answer, I'll just tell them I don't speak Chinese. 🤣

Oh, please! Is this really how we’re going to play it? Just aggressively trying to beat urban myths out of people who clearly don't know what they're talking about? 😬
I’ve been sitting here thinking about it for a long time, and I finally reached a conclusion: nobody is ever going to be malicious enough for me to punish myself over. 🤣
What even is this? A forum without any democracy? I don't know about this. Honestly, it feels like someone is clumsily playing God. And clearly, they have absolutely no clue how the real world works. Those ten decent threads could easily be turned into blogs or moved to other sites across the web. The only thing is, it's a shame about the URL. 😕 😕 😕 😕 😕

Look, I’m no doctor, let's get that out of the way right now.😁 But from what I picked up back in high school? You end up with a kid with tiny ears, a tiny nose, and a brain that just isn't firing on all cylinders. Basically, if you dose the alcohol just right, you can pretty much engineer a kid with whatever level of stupidity you're aiming for.
First off, let’s talk about punishment. You’ve got rehabilitation on one end and deterrence on the other—two extremes. But in the real world? We usually end up stuck somewhere in the middle, and more often than not, we fail at both. Then there’s Saddam Hussein. Like a bunch of you have already pointed out, the death penalty for him just doesn't make sense. It’s not like it makes life better for anyone else, but it’ll definitely inspire some psycho to go out and blow something up. Plus, Saddam Hussein might just walk away with martyr status. At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter who the US government decides to hold onto. What actually matters is what the masses think. And finally, regarding the trial. It’s blindingly obvious that this was largely a tool for the Republican pre-election campaign. Maybe they'll back down on the death penalty now.
Has anyone ever heard of a documented case where someone actually died from overwhelming emotions? You know, something along the lines of the Hasanaginica story?
