😕 My blood pressure is perfectly normal—I checked it just this morning!—and yet, I’m experiencing every single one of those symptoms you mentioned... 😕

my grandma said:The only weird thing I’ve run into—and this is a bit of a random observation—is that if I take a random spoon from the back of the utensil drawer (you know, one of those old, mystery metal ones that looks like it came from a thrift store in Ohio) and pop it in the bowl to warm up some liquid, it actually throws off sparks! It’s a little jumpy, so I definitely steer clear of that.

The absolute worst part was back in high school when the weather finally warmed up—you know, that time of year when everyone is rocking short sleeves? I wanted to wear them so badly, but then you always run into one "genius" who starts shouting things like, "Watch out, she has AIDS," or whatever else they can throw out there. Even now, looking back, it still makes me feel so incredibly uncomfortable. 😢

Or, if you prefer, you could just eat normally, though maybe opt for something a bit lighter alongside this chili recipe. Of course, that would mean the weight loss might be a bit more gradual... honestly, nobody could survive on just a bowl of soup alone!

Some people are knocking back over two liters in one go, and honestly, that just isn't right. It’s neither healthy nor smart. Look, staying hydrated is vital, obviously, but drowning yourself in anything—even water—in such absurd amounts? Not a great idea.
Carol Jackson45 said:So why would that even be an issue? I mean, even here in the States, you see plenty of people with Turkish roots everywhere you look... ☕
Nathan Collins2 said:You really ought to focus on hydrating through smart food choices—it’s all about the quality! Personally, I think aiming for up to about a quart of water is the sweet spot.
Bradley Watson4 said:And—this is the absolute, most crucial, non-negotiable part—you simply have to drink massive amounts of water. I mean, as much as you can possibly handle! Force yourself if you have to. If you aren't drinking enough, your body just clings to every drop of fluid it has, and then the scale stays stuck—it won't budge an inch!
Carol Jackson45 said:Two girls I used to know from my biochemistry classes actually told me that theine and caffeine are chemically identical—it’s essentially the exact same thing! But, well, people clearly thought they were different back in the day, which is why we ended up with two distinct names floating around in our vocabulary.
theine = caffeine
Karen Brooks said:That whole thing about tea actually makes total sense—since both green and black varieties pack a caffeine punch. I’m a massive fan of black tea, though I’ll admit green tea isn't quite my favorite, and I usually skip the rest.
placidjackal97 said:Well... if you actually take a moment to look back at my previous post in this thread, you'll see—believe it or not—that I really did give it a shot.
placidjackal97 said:It’s certainly not easy for everyone to just quit cold turkey like that.
Ryan Wilson2 said:So... I caught it yesterday, and honestly, I just wasn't in the mood to sit here and type out a full-blown critique—I wanted to see if anyone else was on my wavelength first... and then I stumbled upon 👍
placidjackal97 said:Of course caffeine is addictive—it’s just as hard to kick as cigarettes or pretty much anything else.
