I don't know, man, I just know... after that semifinal against the French, it felt like we were already playing in the championship game (and not just because of the hype). As for the officiating, the rigging, and all that nonsense—I’m putting that squarely on USA Handball. Since we're a legitimate powerhouse in this sport, there’s zero logic in seeing the Scandinavians getting all the preferential treatment... I mean, who else is going to screw over the Brazilians with terrible officiating in soccer? And quit coming for Červar... you could easily find yourself in the same boat with Bilić too.
What’s wrong with silver? Seriously. If someone from upstairs whispered in my ear that we were actually going to snag a silver medal in the World Cup, I don't even know what I'd say—probably a whole lot of nonsense.

The Police Station, Christina, Fog, and Creature are my absolute favorites... probably just because they shaped my childhood, though They Live, Escape from L.A., New York City, and Dark Prince are also top-tier for me....
I can't remember if anyone brought up In The Mouth of Madness with Neil yet, but man, that movie is a legit horror masterpiece... 👍
😲 IN THE MOUTH OF MADNESS is freaking insane and totally unmatched—honestly one of the best horror flicks ever made! 👍
John Carpenter is basically the godfather of the horror renaissance. You’ve gotta respect the man—the guy gave us Dark Star, Police Station, The Creature, Fog, and Halloween. Back in the eighties, catching those in theaters just hit different. What kind of vibe am I talking about? Honestly, you kids wouldn't get it—you can only hope you stumble upon a time machine one day, haha. And don't even get me started on how he absolutely nails the electronic scores for his flicks.
Yesterday ABC aired this killer drama—they tried to market it as some rom-com, which was such a joke 🤣—it was Leo and Bridget back in 1989, directed by Zora Ogreste. Seriously, the cast was stacked, especially with Boris Buzančić leading the pack. Man, they just don't make them like they used to (even with Ogresta at the helm...) it was beautiful... honestly on par with those high-end BBC dramas. 👍
There are two: 1) The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring — specifically that prologue, because that otherworldly voice from Cate Blanchett is just something else.
2) Obviously, Blade Runner — pure sci-fi poetry here. You can practically see that lost version of LA reflected right in your own eyes.
Jacob Foster11 said:I don't care how much of a dumpster fire this movie is—Alba completely steals the show from everyone else. She’s way too classy to be flashing her chest like that. 😍
Whoever was in charge of casting clearly hasn't read a single Fantastic Four comic in their life—seriously. Sue Storm is supposed to be this sophisticated woman with a classic Anglo-Saxon look, not some random Latina character they just pulled out of thin air!
What stars are we even talking about? Honestly, you’re like 20 years too late to the party... I mean, look at legends like Mira Furlan, Marina Perazić, Ana Karić, Zdravka Krstulović, or Ana Sasso. They're the real deal.
