I used to sing quite a bit... though I actually stepped away from it almost two years ago because the whole thing just started feeling a bit tedious. My voice change during puberty was pretty messy, too. I tried getting back into it, but I had to quit again after only about two months because my vocal cords were acting up. Now, I’m finding it impossible to get back to my old level; I can never quite seem satisfied with a performance, even if I run through the exact same lines a hundred times. I struggle specifically with those lower notes where my voice tends to crack. Any advice? I've got a recording session scheduled in a week and I could really use some help!
I managed to track it down, though I'm still feeling a bit out of my element with this setup, so would you mind sending me a quick DM with some more detailed instructions on how to get it right?

It’s actually pretty refreshing to encounter someone with enough sense to grasp my point without me having to spell everything out, so thanks for that.👍
Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a bind here and could really use some software recommendations for stripping vocals out of a track to leave just the instrumental... or, if that’s too much to ask, maybe something that can at least dampen the vocals enough so someone could sing over it effectively. My sister signed up for this local talent show, but they basically sent her home because she didn't have her own backing track ready to go. 👎 If none of that is doable, does anyone know of a tool that can actually convert an audio song into a MIDI file ????
