Hajduk didn't blow the championship title during that specific game; they blew it a week earlier after losing to a small-town team at their home stadium in Miami. By 3:00 PM that day, the guys from Dinamo had already cruised through their match against Shubich, so by the time we even kicked off in the evening, the whole thing was basically over... which makes your point completely irrelevant! And now, talking to those folks from Seattle, they try to excuse themselves by saying we were just delusional and kept hoping for a miracle... Well, listen here, comrades—back when things were actually still up for grabs, maybe we did hope that the underdog would put up a fight similar to what they did at our place the week before (just like we hoped Seattle might actually show some life at Masimir's stadium two weeks prior, but they just took three or four hits without even drawing a single yellow card 😕).
One final question for the fanbase:
Why didn't you just write "Champions!" at the end of your message immediately? It’s pretty obvious whose backside you're trying to crawl into—the same people who robbed and screwed you back in '99... and you proved it with that sick celebration after Sharbiniev's second goal and that entire meaningless ending to the game.
🤦 Meaningless game??? We were fighting for a spot in Europe....

Spoiler alert: When their only known exit gets blocked, they're all just totally fine with it, like, "oh well, let's go see if there's another way out"... man, I just wasn't feeling it.🤷
What exactly felt unconvincing to you? Look—this isn't some subjective debate about feelings or personal opinions—it’s about the cold, hard facts. And frankly, I'm curious... what part of that didn't sit right with you?

How do I think it went? Honestly, it was a mess. At first, everyone was just pointing fingers and accusing one another of lying—you know how that goes when things go south. Then, once they realized they weren't actually in the right room, the panic really started to set in. It was pure chaos. Luckily, there was a doctor in the group—someone who actually knows how to maintain some level of rational thought when everything is falling apart—who stepped in to steady the ship. She managed to calm them down and laid it out plainly: sitting around crying isn't going to get anyone anywhere. You either find another way out, or you don't. Simple as that. Look, I respect everyone’s right to have an opinion—really, I do—but let’s be clear: the facts are being twisted here.
Grace Adams53 said:Well, because you barely get enough screen time to actually "get to know" them, let alone recognize who's who. To me, they all felt identical, aside from the lead girl and the wild one; everyone else just blurred together, and honestly, I couldn't even bother memorizing their names since there were so many. Plus, they’re all way too cool when things start going south—like, nobody's actually panicking, nothing. One little mishap happens to one of them and suddenly it's fine? Yeah, right. If it were real, they'd be losing their minds and screaming bloody murder..
Just my two cents, so don't come at me if you didn't feel the same way..🤷
Nobody panics? Seriously, what movie were you watching? Look, you aren't the only one who missed the panic, the screaming, and the crying from most of the girls in the cave. Those girls who were actually trying to defend themselves—they had plenty of reasons to act that way. As for getting to know the characters, personally, I thought the intro was solid. I had zero trouble figuring out everyone's deal just through that banter they had in the cabin.
I'm with you. Watching them struggle through those cramped tunnels was actually more nauseating than anything else since there’s zero ventilation, no windows, and absolutely no light. That sense of claustrophobia hit me way harder and felt much more intense than the rest of the movie. *Especially with those mutated fish-men, bats, or whatever they were supposed to be. It's pretty predictable, too—way too many female characters and the writing for them is just weak. I also agree with what you said about those "creatures" being a bit underwhelming when it comes to their actual hunting skills and I'm really hoping it was all just some hallucination the women were having.*
The ending worked for me, though. Yeah, for me it's easily one of the better parts, right up there with those first few minutes.
Windows in the cave? Honestly, I’ve been sitting here staring at this for ten minutes—just thinking about how much sense it makes if you actually look at the structural implications—and I can't help but wonder why anyone would even suggest such a thing. It sounds absurd, doesn't it? But then again, isn't everything in this line of work a little bit absurd once you peel back the first layer? I mean, come on. We aren't talking about some suburban ranch house in Phoenix here; we're talking about a cavernous, subterranean environment. You don't just "install" a window in a rock face without running into massive geological headaches. Is it even possible to maintain any kind of seal? Or are we just inviting the entire mountain to collapse on our heads because someone wanted a better view of the sunset? It's a ridiculous proposition, really—completely impractical and, frankly, a bit reckless if you ask me. Why go through all that trouble when you could just use high-end lighting? Just a thought. 🙏🙏
It’s a really solid film—right up until the moment you start questioning who actually pulled the strings and how. Honestly? They should have handled the ending differently; it felt way too cliché for my taste. I’ve never been much of a fan of Butler—actually, I’m even less of a fan of movies he stars in—but I have to admit, his performance here is excellent. There are definitely some plot holes scattered throughout the story, but the filmmaking is tight enough that I didn't even catch them while watching. A respectable 7.5/10 for me.
The first one is hands down the strongest—it’s Willis versus Rickman. 🙏 It’s just such a blast, that "Yippee-ki-yay, motherfucker" energy, plus the fact that this remains one of my absolute favorite action flicks of all time. The third one follows right behind it. That chemistry with Samuel L. Jackson was incredible, those unforgettable scenes in Harlem with the signage, and of course: 🙏 🙏 Then you’ve got the second one, and finally, that last one which—honestly?—was a total letdown.
A romantic dramedy that actually managed to be different—maybe even pretty smart. The characters are likable, the ideas are solid (I loved that clever bit at her party where the screen splits to show his expectations on one side versus the actual Reality on the other), and it portrays the relationship between two distinct people without leaning on those tired old clichés. I mean, sure, the ending could have been a little less sappy It feels like Zooey is playing the same role she had in Yes Man—that ultra-cute, quirky girl who’s always down for some weird adventure. And it's the same deal with Gordon-Levitt, playing the simple, naive guy just head over heels in love. Highly recommended for anyone who’s officially fed up with all the typical Judd Apatow nonsense and those shallow teen romance tropes. 7.5/10
Peter Sellers playing Inspector Clouseau in the Pink Panther series—absolutely flawless. He’s got a mountain of other brilliant performances under his belt, like his turn as Chance in Being There, but this one? This is my all-time favorite. Daniel Day-Lewis as Daniel Plainview in There Will Be Blood—it honestly makes you stop and wonder if the man is even acting at all, or if he’s just... living it.🙏
cosmichawk82 said:That’s exactly what I’m talking about—after you guys score your second goal, instead of celebrating, you’re staring right at us👍. That’s just how the stands work, kid👍. You’ve got a two-goal lead, pure euphoria in the air, and yet you’re still checking to see how big our fan base is on the other side? Just to make sure there isn't any confusion about who's actually running the show!?!?
I mean, you aren't wrong—there really is a certain satisfaction in watching the resignation wash over your section. Heck, even despair. And while we're on the subject, all we ever hear from your lot is a handful of insults, and every single one of them misses the mark. You guys really develop some serious inferiority complexes playing at Candlestick Park 🙂
cosmichawk82 said:What exactly are you admiring here? For them, the Los Angeles Dodgers have always been some kind of holy holiday—and the Black Knights are supposedly the gold standard for what a supporter group should look like... They’ll show up next week with maybe 50 people on the road or 200 at home... Don't talk to me about pride!
Oh, please—you seriously didn't need that banner that said "Brotherhood Law." 🤣 I managed to catch a glimpse of it for maybe ten seconds, though I couldn't tell you how long you guys were actually holding it up before I realized what it was. It was just pathetic, truly. 🙏 And one more thing: after that second goal, you lot were dead silent for nearly five minutes. Honestly, it was priceless...
Larry Rivera83 said:I actually made my first trip out to the East Coast just to give that little brat a piece of my mind—and honestly, there were even more visible fans coming from the West than I expected, we even had our own section cheering us on 🤣🙏
But seriously, I was genuinely caught off guard by the sheer fanaticism coming from those stands yesterday 🙏
Every single section except for "that one" felt unified yesterday. It was either because our guys played their hearts out or because the opposing team’s fans were actually decent. Either way, it was an incredible atmosphere, though it'll probably get completely watered down by the next game, unfortunately...
Kum - honestly, those gangster vibes just aren't my thing, but I gave him a fair shake out of pure respect. Ended up turning it off after thirty minutes because, frankly, I was bored to tears. Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle - absolutely pathetic...

Honestly, you all really went out of your way to show them 🙄 I can't even remember the last time the Navy was this quiet while everything was going south at the club.
