Warner Bros. finally dropped the first one... The trailer... finally. I just watched it and honestly? I don't even know where to start. My heart is racing, but mostly because I'm halfway between being hyped and being absolutely livid at how they're handling this... It’s all there on the screen, but does it actually capture the soul of the story? I have my doubts. The visuals look expensive, sure, but style over substance is a trap I've seen too many times before... We'll see if it holds up once the full thing drops. Regarding the movie...Peter Pan“.

The film was directed by... Joe Wright... (HannaIt’s exactly what he intended... his specific vision of that classic Peter Pan origin story. He wanted to focus on the Young Pan...Levi MillerHe’s going to team up with the rest of the boys from the orphanage to kidnap people from that notorious pirate, Blackbeard...Hugh Jackman...And that’s where it all kicks off—this whole wild series of adventures in a land far, far away, the kind of stuff that turns a kid into the legend we all know as Peter Pan. The cast is also packed with... Garrett Hedlund... As for Hook... Rooney Mara... Just like Tiger Lily... Amanda Seyfried... Just like Mary... Adeel Akhtar, Jack Charles, Taejoo na, Nonso Anozie, Kathy burka, Kurt EgyiawanI can't even begin to process this... just absolute nonsense... Lewis Macdougall I don't even know where to start with this... just absolute nonsense. Total chaos. There's really no way to make sense of it all when everything is falling apart like this... it's exhausting. Truly. Leni Zieglmeier.

Peter Pan hits theaters on July 17, 2015... finally...

The first trailer just dropped for the new Peter Pan movie, and honestly? I’m already skeptical... It looks like they're leaning hard into this gritty, reimagined vibe, trying to turn Blackbeard into some sort of epic antagonist instead of just a classic villain. They've got Hugh Jackman playing the part, which is a massive casting choice, but I can't tell if he'll actually pull off that level of intensity or if it's going to feel forced... It's clearly aiming for that big, sweeping Hollywood spectacle style, similar to what you'd see from a major studio like Warner Bros... But with all these changes to the lore, I just wonder if they're stripping away the magic to make it "mature." If they lose the heart of the story just to chase a darker tone, it's going to be a total waste... We'll see how the critics on IMDb react once the full reviews start rolling in, but for now, my expectations are hovering somewhere near the floor...

I’ll go with the one where the step-sisters are literally hacking at their toes just to squeeze into the shoe 🤣
And that one too... you know, where Cinderella plants that tree right on her stepmother's grave

Well look
Those are actually decent enough for kids to go see at the theater (the ones who can actually read)

Next March, Disney is dropping their big live-action take on the classic fairy tale, and after teasing us with that brief teaser featuring nothing but Cinderella's glass slipper, they finally blessed us with actual scenes from the movie. ----->Trailer<-----

Director Kenneth Branagh told Yahoo! Movies that they're throwing in a few twists to the traditional story—mostly centered around Ella, who’s being portrayed as much more scrappy and independent than the version we grew up with in previous adaptations.

"The whole concept of this film was built on the idea that even though Cinderella wants to find love, her entire existence shouldn't just revolve around landing a man.", Branagh explained, adding that she isn't some self-pitying victim waiting for a miracle...

American actress Lily James, who most people know from her role in Downton Abbey, stars as our lead, while her former co-star from that series, Sophia McShera, plays one of the stepsisters. Richard Madden from Game of Thrones is playing the charming prince, and Helena Bonham-Carter is stepping in as Cinderella's fairy godmother. Based on what I saw in the trailer, Cate Blanchett looks absolutely perfect as the wicked stepmother.

Looks great 🎉

The trailer... finally... it’s here. I've been waiting for this one to drop, and now that it has, my head is absolutely spinning... just looking at the snippets we got. There is so much to unpack here. It feels like they're actually leaning into the tension instead of playing it safe, which is a breath of fresh air, honestly... if you can even call it that when it makes your blood boil like this. Everything about the pacing in these clips feels deliberate, almost suffocating... and I'm kind of obsessed with how much it's already stirring the pot. Just wait until people see the full thing... things are going to get messy.

The acting... honestly...Tyler James Williams, Tessa Thompson, Teyonah Parris, Brandon P. Bell, Kyle Gallner, Brittany Curran, Dennis Haysbert.

It’s basically just comedy and satire aimed right at the prejudices both Black and white people hold against one another...

It’s the story of four African American students at an Ivy League college, caught right in the middle of a full-blown riot triggered by some white students throwing a "black" themed party... just completely out of line...

So, I finally sat down to look into this movie *Dear White People*. Honestly? It’s such a lightning rod for conversation... which I guess is exactly what they were aiming for. The whole thing is essentially a story of four African American students AT an Ivy League College where a Riot breaks out over a popular ' African American... it's intense. It doesn't pull any punches when it comes to racial tensions on campus. And let me tell you, it definitely isn't some feel-good, mindless blockbuster. It’s sharp, it’s biting, and it’s unapologetic about calling people out. I noticed that *Dear White People* met with positive reviews from critics upon its premiere AT The 2014 Sundance film festival, which makes sense given how much it shook things up. Even looking at Rotten Tomatoes, the consensus seems to reflect that it actually had something meaningful to say rather than just playing it safe. The cast is actually quite solid too. You've got Tyler James Williams and Tessa Thompson leading the charge, along with Teyonah Parris and Brandon P. Bell. They all bring a certain weight to the roles that you don't always see in these types of social commentaries. Even supporting players like Kyle Gallner, Brittany Curran, and Dennis Haysbert add layers to the tension... though the core focus remains firmly on those students navigating that powder keg environment. It's the kind of film that leaves you feeling a bit agitated... maybe even a little angry if you're looking at it through a certain lens. But that's clearly the point. It's meant to provoke. It's meant to make you uncomfortable... and honestly, if it didn't, it wouldn't be doing its job...

When *Dear White People* first hit the scene at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival, the critics absolutely loved it... just went wild. Even Rotten Tomatoes is showing it nothing but perfection with a 100% rating. It’s sitting there with a solid 7.1/10 average from nine different reviewers, which is honestly impressive right out of the gate... quite the statement...

Man, this one Black guy is seriously hot... 🙂

The choreography needs to be adjusted so it doesn't get in the way of the vocals... and if someone absolutely has to go wild on stage, just schedule a proper dance break where nobody is expected to sing
