You’ll learn the ropes by doing it, and hopefully, you’ll figure out how to level up the lineup soon enough. Building those industry connections and getting the right bands on stage doesn't happen overnight, but if you've got the drive and at least a little bit of funding behind you, you'll pick it up... You've already got a massive head start since the IEEE isn't some unknown basement venue; plenty of people are dying to play there anyway.
