And how long was the gap between the initial order and the actual operation?
Hey everyone—so, I saw a neurosurgeon at Mayo Clinic back on March 4th, and they told me I need spinal surgery. I scheduled everything with the head nurse that same day, and she set my admission date for April 30th. Fast forward to today: I call her up just to confirm the plan, and she tells me I should check back in on Wednesday, March 29th, because there might be a shortage of available beds. My question is: if I’ve already been given a confirmed date for April 30th, can they actually just send me home because they ran out of room? It makes zero sense to me—if you schedule someone, you should know you have a bed for them. Why bother setting a date at all if you're just going to tell me to call back later to see if they can actually fit me in? I've already been out on medical leave for three and a half months now, and honestly, I can't deal with this kind of guesswork.

A Nightmare on Elm Street - I mean, the title is just a literal, clunky mess—"elm" refers to a tree, for crying out loud.
Saw VI: Thoughts? in Movies ·
Watched a movie last night—decent enough for killing an hour and a half—but honestly, which part is actually better? They all follow the exact same formula anyway. I only watch them for the plot twists, and my one gripe was that there wasn't a single real twist; you could tell from the opening credits exactly who was going to kill whom and in what order.

Just started downloading it—I'll check it out tomorrow and then drop my thoughts on this segment.

And what did I say? It’s like Chicago just turned into Beverly Hills overnight.

Dammit, that guy is back again—honestly, they’ll probably find some miracle drug just to bring him back from the dead at this rate. Hehe.
Northern Exposure (1990-1995) in TV Series ·
Honestly, this show is incredible—it pulls you right into the plot, and all your stress just vanishes for those 45 minutes. Plus, having a character wander through that small town? Total perfection for my personal taste.

Honestly, the show was so much better when he was still part of the cast—once he left, everything just felt watered down, so I’ve pretty much stopped watching.

Arthur Gonzalez10, what part were you actually watching?

Let’s be real—it’s probably not going to be some groundbreaking masterpiece. The first one only felt massive because nothing else in that genre was hitting quite like it at the time, whereas the sequels have been pretty mediocre since. This installment will likely follow that same pattern—though, hey, maybe I'm wrong. Even if it's a dud, I'll still probably enjoy killing ninety minutes with it.

Honestly, I was actually surprised by how much I liked it—I’d had it sitting on my hard drive for months without ever clicking play, and after finally getting around to it, I was genuinely impressed. Even the villain deserves a shoutout; that guy absolutely nails those kinds of roles.

Ugh, seriously—why on earth did they change his mask???? Like, what was wrong with the previous one? It was still clearly Freddy, so I don't get the point of swapping masks mid-stream.
The Fall (2006) in Movies ·
I caught it a few months back—it was actually pretty good. Visually? Stunning. It’s definitely one of those solid picks if you’ve got nothing better to do with your evening, and honestly, the little girl is just adorable—you can't help but root for her.
One Missed Call (2008) in Movies ·
Heh, I guess they have a point there—but which one was actually first?

So you're comparing this to The Grudge? Please—those two movies aren't even in the same zip code.

Man, I am seriously looking forward to seeing this movie. I remember how much my friend used to obsess over it—she’d watch it constantly. I wonder if she actually felt any fear back then? Hehehe. Back in the day, pretty much everything scared the hell out of me, but now? It just seems ridiculous to me. Still, I’ll probably sit through it anyway, even if I'm not exactly thrilled about it.

Does anyone happen to have a DVDrip of that movie they could DM me? If you've got it, please send it over—I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Man, you are seriously late to the party with that movie. Honestly? I hated it. The worst part was that damn shaky camera work—it was so bad my eyes actually started hurting. All in all, just a boring waste of time.

Thanks a ton for the recommendation—I’m definitely going to borrow it. It's not like I can't survive without it, since I'm doing just fine with clitoral stimulation alone, but why not aim for a little more if the option is there?
