Basketball court recommendations? in Hobbies & Leisure ·
James Wood542 said:I'm trying to figure out where I can rent out half a gym (or even the whole thing) for some basketball since it's getting way too cold to play outside. Are there any "specialized" indoor courts available, similar to how everyone seems to be obsessed with renting those soccer turf fields lately?

You can find that kind of setup in pretty much any local gym.

fadedskipper79 said:So basically, it’s actually fine for me to take them? I don't think they'll do any harm... but what's the actual recommended dose? I can grab them pretty cheap since there's a massive sale at a local grocery store right now, so the price isn't really an issue for me.

The instructions are usually printed right on the label, man.😁

Just wondering about something here... does the expiration date on a protein tub actually apply to when the seal is broken, or is it just for an unopened container? I’ve got a tub sitting here that I totally forgot I already opened...

Are you kidding me right now?? You’re telling me dinner isn't until 9 PM, but then what is this nonsense at 6 PM????? That schedule is just plain stupid.
And honestly, you can ditch that whole "six small meals a day" thing and just stick to three—you just need to make sure you're actually eating enough during those sessions (make them actual, substantial meals).

Patrick Williams2 said:Sorry for bringing this thread back to life, but I need some advice. I’m 14, about 5'5", and weigh 120 lbs (but honestly, I've got like 20 lbs of fat on me). I'm actually pretty strong, but you wouldn't know it because of all this extra weight! I wrote down everything that stuntman recommended—the whole 6-meals-a-day thing—but since most of you guys are way older than me, is eating six times a day actually healthy?

btw, are there any specific exercises for glutes? I feel like mine are huge since my hips are around 38 inches.
I'm probably going to sign up for an MMA gym soon, so does all this fit into that plan?

NOPE.

Don't stress yourself out over fancy meal plans and complicated recipes. Just eat plenty of meat,😁 some eggs, maybe some bacon or sausage,😁 and obviously, hit the gym hard.
For example, I never dealt with any of those ridiculous diet gimmicks; I just ate whatever was served at the dinner table, and look at me now—108 kg of pure muscle with zero fat.☕

LOL, does anyone else here actually realize that artificial proteins are absolute kidney killers?

Walter Cox6 said:I just started hitting the gym, and people told me that if I start taking protein supplements, I might see results a bit faster... I'm 15... any advice on what to buy or how to use them? I'm a complete newbie.

Look, at 15 years old, your body is still basically under construction. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend messing with any protein supplements yet. At least, not right now.

Ha! If Tvukopolis is governed by the mayor of the Republic of Turkey, then I guess I'm the President of the United States.😁

Look, I’m going to stick to my guns here and double down on what I already said. And just to be clear, goldenfox24, I never claimed you could burn off fat by using weights to tone up. People are honestly just kidding themselves when they go out running, thinking that if their chest muscles tighten up, the fat is somehow magically melting away right along with it.

Oh, so *I'm* the one who needs to "get informed"?😲😲😲
You have no idea how much of a load you're talking here.🙂
Look, some of us were actually born knowing what we're talking about. Sorry if I happen to know a little more than you do.☕

jadetiger962 said:Bokte, seriously, where did you even learn that? I know plenty of people who run regularly and don't have a single issue with their fractures. On the flip side, you can find tons of those lazy gym rats who struggle with them constantly...

😂😂😂
And let me tell you, how many people out there have incredible physiques without ever stepping foot in a gym?
Look, I'm not even going to get into a whole debate here—just go do some actual research. 🙂

Anyone here actually have some experience with PM PROTEIN FUEL?

Running isn't going to melt away that body fat. If you actually want to burn through the fat, you need to be lifting heavy weights. Most local gyms have a massive selection of chest machines, so your best bet is to just go ahead and sign up here
