goldenfox24, maybe once you finally get promoted to moderator you can start locking threads and doing whatever you want...

Tvuk really doesn't need your unsolicited advice☕ (in every single thread)

Raymond Wood69 said:Is it actually worth hitting the gym at 15? Can you see real results if you stay on top of your diet and supplements?

Absolutely. Honestly, that’s the perfect age to start if you want to hit your peak potential later on.

Are you kidding me? You can't be serious right now.😕

driftingharbor31 said:So, I’m literally right in the middle of trying to quit Coke. I haven't had any for three weeks now, but I just started cheating on my diet. I used to be able to drink a ton of it without any issues, but this time it's different—now, whenever I have some, I feel super bloated and get this intense burning sensation in my stomach. Can anyone tell me why my stomach is acting up like this, how the soda is causing it, and what it might actually mean? Thanks in advance!

Smoking and shortness of breath in Health ·
restlessmarlin13 said:Hey! I'm 23, and I've been smoking pretty heavily since I was 14.
Lately, I’ve noticed I get incredibly winded whenever I try to do anything remotely active.
So, I wanted to ask—roughly how long does it take to get back to a more or less normal state if I quit or at least cut back drastically? I'm not talking about all the other terrible health issues smoking causes, just specifically the shortness of breath.

What you wrote there is impossible.
First off, you've been smoking for a long time now; it should have crossed your mind to just quit entirely instead of thinking about "cutting back."

But then again, most people wait until it's way too late to stop.☕

Shame on you😁
Allergy help needed in Health ·
restlesscrane20 said:Hey everyone!
My name is Saša, and I’m brand new to this forum.
I'll get straight to the point.
I've been taking Letizen allergy pills for about six years now. My allergy tests showed that I have some minor sensitivities—nothing major—to dust mites, certain animal hairs, and even a bit of flour. It's pretty minimal, but if I don't take these tablets, my nose starts running like crazy and I get this deep, hacking cough, almost like I've come down with a nasty cold.
So, here's my question: can someone tell me what kind of medication Letizen actually is? Is it going to mess up my kidneys, liver, or anything else in the long run? Also, is there any other way to treat this, maybe through acupuncture or something else entirely?

Thanks in advance!!!👍

Generally speaking, people with kidney issues are given half the standard dose because their condition can worsen, even if it's mild. For anyone with healthy organs, Letizen has a minimal impact on the kidneys or the liver.

Charles Cox3 said:1. Bruce Willis is the GOAT, so if he isn't on screen, someone better explain who's stealing him 🙂
2. Sylvester Stallone (I've watched Rambo 1, 2, and 3... man, I can't even count how many times)
As for the others, Arnold Schwarzenegger is alright, though he's definitely a bit too jacked for my taste. Still, I sat down with the guys yesterday and caught Predator on TV

Man, I've seen that one at least 500 times and honestly, I could watch it another 500 without blinking.😁

Jack Morgan2 said:How is Sly better at acting? Look at Copland—everyone was raving about him. He held his own against heavyweights like De Niro and Keitel and even snagged a Golden Globe nomination for it. And I’m pretty sure everyone remembers he got Oscar nods for both screenplay and lead actor for Rocky. He doesn't just walk around with that stone-faced, blank stare you get from Schwarzenegger or Keanu Reeves. If we're talking actual acting chops, Sly is the best action star out there. He was born to play these heroes. Even Cliffhanger, despite getting roasted by the Golden Raspberries back in the day, ended up being cited as one of the better action thrillers of the 90s.

Give me a break, Sly has a stone face too! Honestly, I can't even remember the last time the guy actually smiled in a movie.
Schwarzenegger at least made an effort in Terminator😁

Look, seriously, Jet Li wasn't even on my radar.
If I had actually remembered him, he would've been in the poll 100%😁

Jack Morgan2 said:Sly Stallone is the undisputed king! Look, I have massive respect for Arnold Schwarzenegger, but Stallone is just a better actor—and let’s not forget he’s an incredible action director, too. He just carries those heroic roles with more grit; the guy is a total badass. Honestly, nobody even comes close to Rocky or Rambo. He is hands down the greatest action legend to ever do it!

What exactly makes him such a better actor? I mean, come on, let's be real here.😕

Look, after a workout, you just want straightforward carbs and simple protein. No fluff.

Honestly, just mixing protein with water is a hell of a lot better than dealing with this stuff loaded with 100g of glucose. 😁
But hey, it is what it is.

-Joe

I just grab the one without the extra glucose and eat some Milka instead.😁

coastalotter83 said:I’ve been using MuscleTech protein, but it was quite a while ago... specifically, I bought it back in June 2008. I opened it and used it for about a month, maybe once every couple of days, and then I just stopped working out entirely. Since then, they've just been sitting there in their plastic tub. Have they gone bad by now? I can't find an expiration date anywhere.

I’ve had them a few times already and haven't dealt with any side effects 😁 I mix them with water during my workouts. As gross as that sounds... anything for the gains! :P

What kind of side effects would you even be looking for?😕

If you can't find an expiration date, it has to be written somewhere, but honestly, they probably don't even have one listed.

Is Panic Room actually good? in Movies ·
granitetrucker682 said:Hey Swima, I searched everywhere but couldn't find a thread for this, so I figured I'd just start one... sorry if I missed it! Anyway, has anyone seen this movie yet? What did you think? It stars the legendary Jodie Foster and Kirsten Stewart—you know, the girl from Twilight xD. Also, quick question: wasn't this supposed to be on USA Network around 8:00 tonight instead of that other romance flick?

The movie is brutally stupid.
The entire plot basically revolves around the burglars breaking into the safe room.👎
A total disaster.

But hey, the poll results pretty much speak for themselves.
