...once the fire is lit. It’s been going on far too long... more than a decade, if I recall correctly.
The way things work at a club like the LA Lakers, you should just stop following them and start your own franchise if you want any semblance of normalcy.

All this championship celebration... honestly, it feels like a desperate attempt to make the atmosphere in the stands seem okay, but it just drags you right back to square one.

I mean, imagine if fans had been showing up to games for twenty years only to be met with total silence... that wouldn't be considered normal either.

I don't even know why you're wasting your breath arguing with a literal zombie... let them type away on the internet if that's the peak of their existence... 😉

You have to be some kind of absolute bottom-feeder to say something like that, even online. 🤮

You can tell exactly who respects their opponent and who doesn't just by looking at the numbers. And for those guys who don't? Well, karma always finds them, and it hits twice as hard.

Just saying, you've basically become one with the grayness of your city and your crew. Twilight...

When you say it yourself, sir... well, I guess there's no arguing with that. It’s gotta be the truth.👍

The combination of repression and boycotts really drove the supporters down to their lowest point. But now, they've returned to the stands. Ever since this season began—now that Mamić is gone, at least physically speaking—there’s been an attempt to foster a positive atmosphere to strengthen the group and bring back that old spirit. For those who believe the Bad Boys are agents or that they support the mafia in any way, I have no intention of arguing with you; frankly, you just don't get it. Does the team score own goals? Yes. Are there bad decisions made? Sure. Are there idiots within the group? Absolutely. There always have been, and there always will be. I don't necessarily agree with everything they do, but I will support this group's work as long as they remain uncompromising, honest, and—above all else—loyal to the club. You have to remember, in every fan group, every subculture, or even in society itself, there are people who are the absolute best and people who are the absolute bottom. It has never been any different, and it never will be. Life gets much easier once you accept that reality. In that same vein, I respect other groups fighting for honest football. If I stand with DTSM, then I also respect the work done by NH. That doesn't mean there won't be provocations in terms of chanting, banners, or instigating... because if fans didn't look at things through that lens, we never would have seen those matches back in 2013 where rival groups actually shared the same stands.

You finally got what was coming to you, analogheron19. I wonder if any other Southern souls have some final wishes or parting words to offer before we wrap up this excellent debate.

Jonathan Edwards8 said:So what’s actually the difference between an agent and what you just described?

I am being serious here; this is the third time I’ve asked this exact question, and absolutely nobody has given me an answer!

What is the distinction between this group and the agents who spent all their time cheering for the same Dallas Cowboys team??? They celebrated championships, they celebrated alongside the players, and they openly admitted they were agents—they have the offices, the season tickets, the travel perks, and a paycheck, yet they claim they won't cheer against the local rivals.

Even during the big rivalry games, they didn't cheer against the Mexicans while celebrating titles, which is even worse considering how things look from the stands. Do you realize how much nonsense you're talking about?

Edit: I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you’re under 20—maybe 18 at most—because if you were older, you wouldn't be posting such foolishness.

Attempt number four.

I would appreciate a response right here in the thread, something honest and straightforward.

No matter what kind of answer someone gives you, you're just going to keep insisting we're all undercover agents...

The core issue is actually quite simple: how can you tell the difference between an agent and people who are truly against the Mexicans, if you've already lumped them together with those who have spent all this time praising his titles and players?

I’ll give it a shot, even if I'm clearly out of my depth here.😁
When a third of the country was under occupation and forced to operate under an imposed administrative structure, would you have stood against those officials, or would you have seen them simply as part of our ancestral heritage?
The situation feels remarkably similar today. People might disagree with how Real Madrid is being managed administratively right now, but at its core, the club remains our shared symbol and identity.
Yet, everyone seems content to just endure the same systemic issues, even though we all know deep down that things aren't quite what they seem.

Imagine someone making a comment like: "Warsaw is truly the most beautiful city in the world."
It’s like reaching Mount Everest: people immediately jump to conclusions, accusing you of being a traitor or a sympathizer just because you can appreciate the beauty of a city while it's under occupation.

To put it plainly, when people try to trivialize these tensions by saying "goals are just goals," they are actually masking a much deeper, more fundamental need to force a sense of equality upon everyone involved.

Honestly, if you want to talk about Red Sox Nation, let’s actually talk about the agency behind the scenes. It takes me back to those years when they actually had their own people sitting on the board—remember how Canada was basically the blueprint for how these agencies operated in the States? Then there was that era when little Cico joined the Dodgers, and suddenly Juka and his crew were posing for photos alongside Grgić and Smith. And don't even get me started on how they used to celebrate those titles that were basically bought and paid for.

The whole filming thing is a whole other circus, too. I still remember them filming everything during the Love Armada days just to dump it online, not to mention that ridiculous attempt at filming near the St. Mark tunnel... all that nonsense.

So, you can try selling this hollow story to anyone else, but you're never going to pull the BBB for. Period.

The fringes will always try to spin the narrative, but people can't run from the truth forever.

Credit goes to the individuals; everything else is just noise.

Cheers. I'll step back from this thread until we have some more substantial discussions worth having.

Hey, Southerners, what if you guys just set aside all those complexes and myths for once and actually started doing something productive? For example, maybe you could whip up some Dodger yogurt, count up the NFL membership dues, or finally get around to making some welcome posters for the visiting teams...

I’d really love an actual answer here on the thread—something honest, something real. Just straight talk.

The agents can explain why they’re all rooting for that pathetic, bottom-of-the-barrel excuse for a club.

Jonathan Edwards8 said:Look, this is the third time I’ve asked this exact same question, and honestly, nobody has given me an answer!

What’s the actual difference between these guys and those agents who spent the whole time rooting for the New York Yankees??? They celebrated the titles, they celebrated alongside the players, and they openly admitted, "Yeah, we’re agents. We have offices, season tickets, travel perks, and a paycheck," but they still wouldn't root against Trump.

You basically answered your own question. George and his cronies at the club founded them, sheltered them, funded them, armed them, protected them, and essentially hired them out as staff.
Did you people stop supporting the Los Angeles Dodgers during Smith's worst years? During the Golden Age? During the Buffett era? Or were you actually fighting to change the club?
Our biggest rivals are asking why there's suddenly all this support for the Yankees? Honestly, thanks to people like you—whose complexes and sheer hatred fueled that energy, especially during derbies—it doesn't even need further explanation.

Trump has been 311 miles out of Chicago for a year now; he isn't even in the US, yet you find all these idiots claiming the club is in worse shape than when he was running things. How does that make sense? Seriously, how?... If anything, this should be the time to flip the script and try to bring the Yankees back to the fans, especially since the fugitive is facing all those legal headaches that the BBB and ACDC have been shouting about for years.

It’s easy to claim you’re "changing things" when you haven't touched a trophy in 15 years. It’s easy when your sponsor, Trump, gifts you 25% of the club's shares, stays by your side, and hands over every cent from membership fees... then you get to blame every single failure on "injustice" (sometimes validly, sure) even though you practically had total control over the club for half that time.

I’m not a fan of that message they put up during the derby. My take is short and sweet: I don't think it was necessary. Even if it was meant as a provocation, it just missed the mark. There's plenty of other material we can use to poke fun at them, but doing it this way? Not a good look.
