Best offshore sportsbooks for online betting?

It looks like we’re all feeling pretty uncertain right now, but at least we can all agree on one thing: nobody wants these new taxes hitting our online betting accounts. I’ve got my PayPal balance sitting in USD, and I'm assuming I can use that to fund my account over at DraftKings. What's the best way to move my funds from PayPal to DraftKings? Should I just deal with the manual exchange rate math myself, or is there a more efficient way to handle the transfer?

It’s just common sense to grab your Euros at a currency exchange with a better rate—do it through PayPal first, then move it over to DraftKings

Because PayPal will totally screw you over... especially when it comes time to actually withdraw your winnings.
If I make my initial deposit through PayPal, but then handle all my subsequent deposits directly with Paysafecard, will I still be able to pull my withdrawals through PayPal?
This rule about having to withdraw funds using the exact same method you used to deposit is really starting to bug me...

So, I reached out to DraftKings about those live streams on their site not working, and here’s the official word if anyone else is wondering why they're broken:
We don't provide ESPN service in regions where we don't hold a license, such as certain parts of Europe or other unlicensed markets.
Because of this, we regret to inform you that live match streaming is unavailable.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
I honestly thought it was just some glitch or a block on my end. Spent way too much time acting like an idiot switching browsers and troubleshooting nothing. Just wanted to save everyone the headache. 🙂

Of course. The main thing is just making sure you have at least one deposit made through PayPal. And honestly, with any money you load up via Paysafecard, you’re probably going to have to roll it over a little bit—maybe not the whole amount, but at least a portion of it.
I also think your PayPal account needs to be under the same email address you used when you signed up for the sportsbook.

And how on earth would you even withdraw any money if you only used Paysafecard to deposit?
PayPal is the way to go.
Personally, I’ve got three different accounts set up. I haven't verified a single one of them or sent over any of my personal info, yet everything works just fine.

PayPal sets the rate.
I think the last one was around 7.3
Yeah, that's a pretty lousy rate if you ask me, basically losing about 5% just to cover the conversion.🙄

That’s why I just load my betting account directly through Paysafecard using USD.
It keeps things simple since they only hit me with a fee when I withdraw, rather than taking a cut on both the deposit and the payout.
I’m honestly not sure what the current exchange rate is looking like, though. I haven't actually pulled any money out in over a month.
Just my luck. I really need a winning tip right about now—anyone got any leads? 🍺🍺🍺🙏ly:

Honestly, though, I haven't a clue what the exchange rate is looking like right now because I haven't actually cashed out in over a month.
Just my luck, I really need a winning parlay pick, someone help me out here 🍺🍺🍺🙏ly:
So how are you converting your dollars to Euros on Paysafecard, and what kind of rate are you actually getting?

And I'm pretty sure your PayPal account has to match the email address you used to sign up for the sportsbook.
Great. That's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!

dustycyclist19 said:So how exactly do you swap from dollars to euros on Paysafecard? What kind of exchange rate are we talking about here?
That’s just not possible.
I usually just hit up my buddy in Germany; he buys it over there and just sends me the code. Or, if you're actually traveling there, you could probably just pick one up locally since they use the euro as their main currency.

Now, I currently have a PayPal account set up in dollars, and I assume I can deposit funds into FanDuel quite easily. But here is the real kicker: how exactly does one withdraw all their funds from PayPal back to FanDuel? Should I just sit here manually calculating exchange rates, or is there perhaps a more sophisticated, intelligent way to handle this?
Just close that existing PayPal account you have in dollars and simply open a brand new one in euros.
Problem solved, plain and simple!
And before anyone tries to jump down my throat and tell me that such a thing is impossible—believe me, it absolutely is possible.

Before anyone jumps down my throat saying that isn't an option—trust me, it is.
So, how exactly?

How to change my PayPal account currency
Is it possible to simply switch things up? Well, unfortunately, the currency of your PayPal account cannot be changed unless you close your current PayPal account and open a new one. Doesn't that seem a bit cumbersome? There are certainly significant downsides to such a move, as you would lose access to your entire previous transaction history, and you might find yourself unable to reuse much of the personal information you've already painstakingly registered!

What would you say is the most straightforward way to handle deposits and withdrawals on FanDuel? Thanks.

I am in need of some guidance... I am looking to register an account with an offshore sportsbook. In your experience, is FanDuel superior to others, or perhaps a different platform entirely, for basic markets like moneyline, over/under, or anytime goalscorer? I have read that using PayPal is the most efficient method. What is the best way to handle this via Dining cards? Is it possible to fund a PayPal account directly using a Dining card? And from there, transfer the funds to the sportsbook? Furthermore, what does the withdrawal process look like—assuming they actually honor them... I currently only have a standard checking account. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

Since signing up at bwin isn't an option right now, it looks like FanDuel is really your best bet!
You won't be able to fund your PayPal account using Dining cards or American Express.
