I'm not sure if anyone's touched on this regarding PayPal, specifically for those of you trying to fund your betting accounts. You don't actually need a credit card to get cash into your PayPal. Here's the deal: someone else with a balance can just transfer funds directly to your account. You simply wire them the money via their bank account, and you're set.
I see plenty of you struggling with card issues and getting deposits into PayPal, so this is one way around it. This is exactly how I got started with online betting ages ago. 🙂

I was wondering if people living here in the States can legally bet online at Premier or BetMGM?

I think Premier is a no-go.

But you can use William Hill.

I personally love betting on EuroLeague, EuroLeague, and NBA players, especially since I see they get some great offers over in the Premier League... soon we’ll have handball coming up too, and honestly, I doubt those foreign online sportsbooks will even bother carrying them. Besides, I don't want to give another single cent to these local vultures back home.

Can anyone recommend what you all consider to be the best online sportsbook out there?
btw, am I able to use my foreign currency account (Visa) to deposit funds onto an online betting site?

Start with Bet365.

So, just to clarify, you're saying this would be a smart move because it might be beneficial to have multiple accounts registered down the road?

That’s mostly because Bet365 is such a universal standard. I suppose it really comes down to your specific bankroll and your betting style. You can find a full list here http://www.top100bookmakers.com/
. If you want single bets, Pinnacle is the way to go, but for everything else, sticking with Bet365 or similar might be better; maybe the more options you have, the easier it is to hunt for better odds. Though, again, it depends on your capital—you wouldn't want to spread 100 units across 100 different books
. You can check out the various odds here to see what fits your needs best http://www.oddsportal.com/
. I guess you also need to keep an eye on things like betting limits, withdrawal speeds, and bonus structures...

Thought I'd drop this here too:

Sony said:Hey everyone,

I really hope the mods don't give me grief for starting a whole new thread here—it’s just that I stumbled upon an article that I think is pretty much essential reading for anyone still sticking to local US sportsbooks. If you haven't looked into betting with international platforms yet, you probably haven't realized just how much our domestic books are essentially "taxing" us through their massive overhead and local regulations. It's eye-opening, honestly.

(I didn't want to drop a direct link and look like I was spamming ads, so I'll just leave it at that)

lp

Someone already asked this a few posts up.
Every method is simple enough if you actually have the tools. If you've got a Visa, for example, the funds hit your account instantly. Same goes for Skrill. Obviously, using a card isn't "simple" if you don't own one. 🙂Just head to the top of the page, check their available payment methods, and pick whichever one works best for you.

DraftKings doesn't deal with taxes or shady manipulation, so I have a question for anyone with an active account there. Can I handle my deposits and withdrawals directly through a Chase checking account?

I just received my first loyalty bonus from Bet365 this year.
I didn't keep an exact tally last year, but I’m fairly certain there were about 15 of them.

It really makes me wonder when we might see our local American sportsbooks show us that kind of appreciation.

365 offers you a weekly bonus ranging from $5 to $20, depending on how much you decide to deposit during your Monday through Sunday cycle.
The best part? They drop those bonuses every Wednesday! Isn't that just wonderful? It really adds up over the course of a year—you could easily see upwards of $1,000 in total bonuses, which is certainly nothing to sneeze at, wouldn't you agree?

(in before they ban me for mentioning specific amounts)

Just got this email from them.

To whom it may concern,

First off, thanks for reaching out. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
There are three ways to fund your DraftKings account:

I use PayPal and Venmo.
Use Visa or Mastercard. We don't accept Visa Debit.
3. Bank Transfers – Unfortunately, we don't hold any local US bank accounts, so you'll need to send your funds via international wire to our British bank account.

If you're running into issues with other methods, some banks simply don't support card payments for this, or you might be trying to use a specific card type that our system doesn't recognize. If you hit a wall like that, just use the third option. It’s secure, though it takes a bit longer to process. Once you log in, head to the "Deposit" section, select bank transfer, and follow the instructions provided.

If you have any more questions, just reach out.

Hey there.

What are you looking for? Give me some details first.

I see many of you struggling with card issues and Skrill deposits, and this might be one way around it. This is essentially how I started my journey with online wagering years ago... 🙂

If someone transfers money to my Skrill instead of paying through me, how does the process work when trying to withdraw winnings from the sportsbook?

Arthur Howard said:Bet365 gives you a bonus between $5-$20—depending on how much you deposit during the week, from Monday through Sunday.
They drop the bonus on Wednesdays. It’s actually pretty sweet because it adds up to maybe $1,000 in bonuses over the year... which isn't nothing.

(before they ban me for mentioning specific amounts)

I've been consistently—really consistently—ignoring all those inbox messages about bonuses... I haven't used a single one...
but now that you mentioned that amount, I'm seriously tempted to just dive in headfirst... 🤣

just wanted to ask you—it says I have to wager it three times: does that mean I can't withdraw ANYTHING from my account until I do that, or is it just that $5-$20 portion? 🙂
