Alex Long8 said:well, glucose isn't maltodextrin

🙄

Let’s take a quick trip back to elementary school chemistry:

Glucose: C6H12O6
Maltodextrin: C6nH(10n+2)O(5n+1)

It's basically the exact same thing, just in different packaging.😉
If you're looking to pay double for nothing, be my guest.

maltodextrin 👎

sucrose goes for about $1.50 a pound 😁
it works just as well—it’s significantly sweeter and doesn't dissolve quite as easily.

I'm 15, weighing about 130 lbs, and I've been hitting the gym twice a week for three months now. I've built up some decent muscle—nothing crazy, but it's there—though the definition isn't really popping yet :/ I'm thinking about starting on some creatine. Which one would be best for someone in my position?

Dude, just skip the creatine and all that other junk at your age... Just lift, eat, get plenty of sleep, and learn how to be patient.

Up until now, I’ve been using whey from Optimum Nutrition, and honestly, it’s done the job... though I’m thinking about switching things up 😁

So, what do you guys suggest? What’s the verdict on Hunter? And are those products from GNC any good?

It doesn't hurt anyone, so where's the issue?

Look, if someone wants to buy Love, they can go right ahead, so what's the big deal?

what
I don't really get the logic behind switching here.

So, what, you gonna go out and swap out your wife too, cowboy?

Is that your strategy then—just swapping out wives too, cowboy?

Hey everyone. Just one quick question for the protein experts out there—specifically regarding whey and similar stuff. Has anyone actually picked up, seen, or tried the 80 Plus whey protein available at GNC? I’d love to hear some honest reviews if you have them. Thanks. 🙂

Just started training with the varsity squad at a local soccer club—sessions are absolutely brutal. I’m looking to pack on some muscle, so what supplements do you guys recommend? 🙂

What do you mean by putting "buff" in quotes like that?

Honestly, if you just focus on upping your protein intake and hitting the heavy weights to pack on some muscle mass, you're already halfway there.

Robert Nelson3 Asks:
I have recently started training with my first squad at a local soccer club—and let me tell you, these sessions are absolutely grueling. I am looking to put on some muscle mass to keep up with the intensity—so, I was wondering, what would you all recommend in terms of supplements? 🙂

Hmm... if I were to take advice from one of those "super-experts," I suppose they would suggest that once the game is over, you should head out with the guys for some beers and a plate of cheeseburgers—maybe even with some onions—just to see how much "muscle" you can actually put on that way.😉

Get some more muscle and mass on you! Don't come at me with stupid questions about why I hate this stuff—if you actually want help, just hit me up 🙂

Lifting heavier works, period. Drop the reps per set, bump up your protein intake, and load up on those slow-burning carbs. Throw in plenty of sleep, too—rest is everything. You do all that and you'll see the results. No question about it.

Ronald Robinson2 It appears that someone has shared a thought, but I find myself wondering, what exactly was intended to be conveyed here?
Is anyone interested in picking up some Optimum Nutrition Elite Whey, the 2.27 kg tub? Let me know.😁
Would you say that Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey is the superior choice, or is there perhaps something else worth considering?😁

I find myself quite interested in this; could you please let me know what the price might be? 🙂
