Alright, here’s how my running progress is looking! Dropping three photos here, just snapped right after my run. 😁 I’m hitting the pavement every single day 1.9 miles, though I count that first kilometer as a brisk walk. Plus, since it's summer, I've been getting in some daily swims too. Yeah, yeah, I know... I look like a total mess right now. 🙈

Yeah, so that’s what a total soft physique looks like... I know the photo quality is pretty crappy, but I just don't have the setup to take a better one right now.

I'm really curious to hear what you guys think—how much can I actually turn this around just by running? I've been hitting the pavement a few times a week lately, and I feel like I might be making some progress, though maybe I'm just being subjective about it (I mean, I don't see a massive visual change yet, but my core feels tighter and my midsection looks a bit leaner, I guess)

As for my chest, I have an idea of how to fix that, but honestly, it mostly comes down to willpower (which isn't exactly my strong suit right now, so I'll deal with that later🤣). Regarding my diet while I'm running, last year I'd be crushing a massive sandwich with like 9 ounces of bread, but now I'm basically just sticking to fluids, so I suppose the results are partly due to that. It's just that after a run, I seriously struggle to eat anything; some days I literally have to force myself to sit down for a meal at 2 PM (even though I've been up since 6 AM), but by then I've usually knocked back about 3 liters of water, which probably just replaces whatever I burned during the run

In case it helps, I'm 5'11" and about 188 lbs

Here’s one from behind, right as I was getting ready to toss the car into a drift 😁
The lighting was actually pretty killer, too, but my head was spinning so fast afterward I felt like I’d been caught in a literal tornado... 😬

If you want videos of the actual rotation, just shoot me a DM!

Honestly, I feel like all that grinding in the gym all winter didn't even pay off—it's kind of frustrating

But here's one back shot where I'm actually pretty happy with how things look

Here are my photos. 🙂

Briefly, you can see my current stats in my signature, which outlines the methods I used.
I weighed myself this morning; the scale read 142.6 pounds.

In total, I have lost about 33 pounds. My waist is down roughly 10 inches, and my hips by 15.
I still aim to hit 136 pounds on the scale, but seeing how I look in these pictures, I am more than satisfied.
Yesterday, I lifted some restrictions. I don't plan on staying on such a strict regimen forever. I want to be able to have sweets or pancakes when I feel like it, though I will still track calories. I won't exceed 2,000 a day. That is my absolute limit.

I treated myself yesterday. Instead of my usual 1,200, I ate 1,600 calories. 🤣

Before and after shots. The last two are from Saturday, when I finally realized I actually like what I see. 😍

Before and after, with less clothing 😬; the final one is from yesterday.

Finally, here is a photo where I was surprised to recognize myself. I am quite... petite. 😁
http://img838.imageshack.us/i/p7170310.jpg/

I have never been this thin. More importantly, I feel good about my appearance.
I know I am not perfect—my stomach isn't exactly rock hard—but I reached my goal.
I'll keep up with the gym and better eating habits. But that's that.

Go ahead, try to bring me down. 😢

Ever since I first joined this community, I’ve actually seen some real improvements in my lifestyle and my fitness routine... (this forum—honestly, all of you—has been such a huge help with the advice, so thank you 🙂)
buuuuut... I just can't seem to get my legs to cooperate. They feel so "thick" and heavy... (well, mostly just really muscular :S)
Someone once told me... that if I just kept at the workouts, it would eventually slim down... because they thought it was all just fat... and that I'd be surprised by how much weight I'd lose. So, I've been running, doing squats... basically every exercise under the sun... but... my legs just look even more powerful. :S
How can I tone them down? How do I make them look slimmer??

And here's a shot of my glutes... they're kind of round and a little on the larger side... hehehe...
I don't know... it feels like my entire lower body is just too built up (maybe too dense?) :/

Here are a few more photos so you guys can get a better look 🙂

So... I don't think I'm overweight or anything. I just want different legs... nothing quite so bulky.

Oh! Actually, I kind of like how I look now... before I started working out (as intensely as one can call it, anyway 😬), I looked like this:

Well, here we go! I’m currently sitting at 163 lbs at 5'11"... which means I managed to drop about 3.3 lbs in just ten days! My routine is pretty intense: I run twice a day for 30 minutes each session and knock out about 50 sit-ups daily. That's the whole deal! Here is a photo of my legs—I honestly think they look much better (and maybe just a tiny bit leaner)!

http://img29.imageshack.us/img29/8831/slika003l.jpg

And now, here is a quick shot of my desk setup...

http://img814.imageshack.us/img814/5417/slika001.jpg

Oh, and here is a view straight from the volleyball court! I snapped a photo of my friend's backside... you guys can judge for yourselves how good she looks! Personally, I still think this physique is absolutely incredible for someone who is 164 lbs and 5'11".

Time to be brave and just put this out there. 🙈
Yeah, summer is officially here, and honestly, my butt is what’s worrying me most. I just want to know how bad 😁 it actually looks. Should I be mortified at the beach? I'm 27, and fitness definitely isn't my thing—clearly...

Give it to me straight. Maybe your comments will finally snap me out of this constant whining and force me to actually do something about it. 🙂

I didn't take photos of the rest of my body because, well, I'm not used to being seen, but it's fine. Still, like most women, I'm most self-conscious about my backside.

That picture was way too tiny, so I went ahead and resized it... honestly, I should probably just delete the first one 🙂

image

edit: dammit! now that it's bigger, I just look even wider! 😲

I probably would have been better off sticking with the small one....🙄

After three weeks away from the gym and nothing but gallons of beer during vacation, I've never looked leaner...

Another one. Hopefully, this keeps you all occupied for a while...😁

Here’s one shot from a recent weekend trip to the beach.

To be perfectly honest, I was carrying quite a bit of extra weight just a few months ago, but after following a strict nutritional plan designed by a friend of mine who competes in powerlifting, combined with some intense HIIT sessions on the treadmill and my bike, I managed to drop 33 pounds and pack on a decent amount of muscle. 😁

I have never actually stepped foot in a gym before, though I fully intend to head to a local fitness center very soon to see what the experience is really like. 😬

edit: disregard the ridiculous swim trunks; I am buying some new Speedos tomorrow.

here I am too
just so we're clear, I'm not shredded or anything—been hitting the gym for about 6 months, currently sitting at 6'3" and 210 lbs
I know it’s nothing special, but figured I’d drop some progress pics just to get things started...

Who was it that claimed I basically have no ass? 😁

Since nobody on this forum was willing to take a photo for me, I had to do it myself, so here's my contribution to the deal 🙂: http://i872.photobucket.com/albums/a...P8060899-1.jpg
