It’s been a minute since I last checked in here. I see Milo is making some serious gains lately, so I figured it was time to drop a few shots of my own. 😁 Just kidding about Morrill—your physique is top-tier. 😉 Here are some photos of me...

These are a bit dated, but honestly, I’m looking a lot more massive right now. 😁

Not really sure what to expect from myself since I’m only 16. Hit the gym about a month ago because I’m pretty much a beanpole and wanted to bulk up a bit. Honestly, I'm feeling pretty good about the progress so far. I definitely still need to put in more work on my chest, back, abs, and especially my biceps.

Stats are 6'1"/161 lbs.

I've been hitting the gym for about 4 months now—though, let's be real, I haven't exactly been a creature of habit—but looking back, I'm actually pretty stoked with how things are turning out 😁

Just finished my cutting phase, currently in the middle of month two. I'm 6'5", about 190 lbs, 19 years old... been hitting the gym pretty consistently for about 19 months now.
I'm feeling okay about where things are at, honestly. Just need to fill out a bit more everywhere, nothing specific... the plan is to go for one more heavy bulk, then cut again and see where I land.
Supplement-wise, I just take about 15 grams of creatine a week, nothing crazy.

Finally back after a 2-year hiatus from the fitness subforum 😢
I’ve been staying active—you know, keeping the momentum going—but definitely not at the level I used to be.

My photos were actually posted on this thread before, but under a different username. The post got deleted, so here they are again:

Arms are looking slightly pumped here.
image

Chest (okay, look, I took this from a weird angle, so it looks more like just one pec than both together)😁
image

Legs—kind of doing an "abs and thighs" pose, just without the abs part.😂
image

Even though I'm showing them one by one😂, everything is in these shots except my back, which might actually be my strongest muscle group.

For context, I’m 32 years old, 6'4", and about 231 lbs. I’d estimate my body fat at around 15%; you can see a hint of abs, so maybe it's even lower, since usually you don't see much definition until you hit that 15% mark. I haven't been training seriously for quite a while now. I didn't want to focus on bulking anymore, plus life happens—other priorities take over and finding time for a strict, regular gym routine isn't always easy. I usually knock out a full-body HIIT session twice a week, play some sports with my buddies a couple of times a week, and try to get some movement or running in whenever I can. I’m particularly big on power walking for 40–50 minutes; honestly, it's solid cardio for anyone. Lately, my diet has been pretty random—I don't watch things too closely—but weight isn't an issue. Muscle mass (more muscle means a faster metabolism, we all know the deal) combined with being active keeps everything in check. Personally, I'm not really into the hyper-defined look—it's just not my preference (like how Thomas Garcia71 looks in those last few shots)—even though if I really wanted to, I could probably lean out in about two months. I much prefer seeing a guy with solid mass at 14-15% body fat rather than someone chasing extreme definition at 9-10%.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything on here.
Anyway, winter is finally settling in... back during the summer, I managed to lean down to about 183 lbs, which I documented here:
image
Fast forward a few months—no training over the summer, just some light jogging and playing beach volleyball here and there—and I’ve definitely let myself go. That college lifestyle caught up with me; too much dining hall food and suddenly I'm sitting at 205 lbs.
For the last month, I've been focused on just maintaining this weight. My plan is to actually try to bulk up a bit more, maybe put on some extra mass, and then tighten everything back up before summer hits.
To make a long story short:
image
You can see the typical love handles around my waist—that classic problematic area—but overall, I'm pretty happy with where I am. Moving forward, I'm planning to hammer my traps to help fill out my fifth sleeve, and I'll be carrying four logs up and down the stairs every day lol. I also want to work on my arms; progress there feels a bit sluggish lately.
As far as supplements go, I'm just finishing off what little Dymatize whey I have left... once that's gone, I'm not buying anything else until we see what the options are for the summer. There are plenty of brands offering all sorts of stuff, but honestly, pass 🙂
Anyway, that's all from me. Peace.

Thought I’d throw something in here too

Standing at 5'11" and weighing about 146 lbs—I know, I definitely need to pack on some muscle—but it is what it is. Honestly, I just don't have the appetite to eat nearly as much as I should, and building mass has always been an uphill battle for me.🤷

Back again.

Here are some shots from this past summer. I had taken about a nine-month break from training to focus on college, starting back at around 210 lbs of unrefined mass. I managed to hit this physique in roughly two months.

I've since put some weight back on now that classes have started back up.😢

I realize I'm just starting out here, but I suppose I should ask: am I on the right track? 🙂

Hey guys, so here's the deal. I'm hitting the weights three times a week and then knocking out about 30 minutes of cardio right after. Diet-wise, I'm heavy on the protein. I strictly save my carbs for the morning and for right after my workouts along with some whey. I'm eating a ton of food, but it's all high-quality stuff—even if I end up having a total cheat day every third day or so 🙂

Summer goals? I'm trying to drop my body mass down to around 5%. My plan is to smash some fasted cardio in the mornings and keep up with the gym three times a week. We'll see if I can actually pull this off, God willing

Hey everyone, I'm back after a two-year hiatus (I've got myself to blame)...

http://i44.tinypic.com/2ymj33s.jpg

Any advice on how to reshape my hips and glutes? Or maybe tackle the cellulite... I joined a gym about a month ago...

Greetings🙂
So, I've decided to seek some counsel here. From my perspective, the issue lies with my chest area—I'm looking to get it more defined, if you catch my drift. I would appreciate hearing your thoughts and suggestions regarding which specific exercises might help achieve that better, more sculpted look.
To be clear, I am not heading to a gym; however, I do have a bench at home, provided that proves useful.😁
Thanks.🙂

Here are the photos.😛
