Hi everyone 🙂

So, here’s the deal—I decided to sign up just so I could reach out and ask for some guidance. I’m standing at about 5'8", weighing in around 128 pounds, which I’m generally pretty happy with, especially since I’ve been sticking to a workout routine for a little while now. My biggest hurdle, if I’m being honest, is my diet; I haven't exactly been eating the cleanest, though I am making a real effort to turn that around 😁

I’ve uploaded a few photos to show the specific areas I’m looking to tone up—mainly my hips, glutes, and inner thighs. If there happens to be a kind soul out there who could point me in the right direction regarding where to start and what kind of regimen might work best, I would be so grateful 🙂 And please, let’s keep things constructive rather than overly critical 😛

So, I guess this is my absolute weakest area—thanks, genetics, I suppose. This photo was taken about two years ago. Right now, I’m hitting the gym five times a week focusing on legs, glutes, and core, and I’m drinking a ton of water, but honestly, nothing seems to be changing. I’d be really grateful if anyone could suggest some diet tweaks or different exercises—anything, really—because I feel pretty self-conscious wearing shorts or skirts. For context, I weigh about 101 lbs and I'm 5'1".
My calves look wider now even though the measurement hasn't changed; they just look broader, and I'm at a bit of a loss because nothing seems to work.

After a month off from the gym—just sticking to home workouts, P90X and Insanity—I'm back at it. Let's go. P.S. — I know I could probably drop a few pounds, but since I'm not training every day (stuck at a desk all day long), I'm just focusing on keeping my calorie intake in check 😉

Front abs looking okayish... 😁....this is basically where I hit my peak definition (officially, anyway). Honestly, I’m running out of steam... if I keep pushing like this, I might actually pass out...
I just didn't have enough mass to begin with (hit a max of about 207 lbs). I know there’s still plenty of room to tighten things up, but I’m just not feeling it anymore 😬...
For the last month, I’ve been adding bread, milk, pasta, and stuff back into my diet. Since it’s been so hot lately, I haven't been eating huge volumes, but I'm not being super strict either... a little junk food slips in here and there without me even noticing.
Cardio? Nothing planned. Just long walks with friends (we’re talking 2 to 5 hour strolls) or dancing until sunrise... I’m out all the time, really not holding anything back at all.
Weight is around 183 lbs, height is 6'5", 19 years old. This is just until a buddy manages to snap a better angle of me... or maybe until I finally hit another growth spurt 😢...

I’ve been hitting the gym consistently for about five months now. I didn't bother much with a strict diet, though I did make sure to keep up with my whey protein intake. Honestly? I'm pretty happy with where I'm at. Standing 6'1" and weighing 198 lbs... man, life is good. 🙂

The final photos of the year.

I suspect I’ve hit a plateau and might stay stuck here for a while, though frankly, I haven't exactly been making an effort to move...

When I look at the average thirty-year-old man on our local beaches, I suppose I can be satisfied.☕

Alright, here's a little bit about me.😁

So: 31 years old, 5'9", 128 lbs.
Since April, I’ve completely overhauled my diet and started hitting it hard—fast walking and some light jogging every day, plus doing strength training for about 15 minutes in both the morning and evening.
I managed to drop 6 pounds, which was basically just getting rid of that extra weight I put on over the winter.😁
I'm looking to tone up more, so I'm thinking about joining a gym this fall. I have to be careful not to overdo it, though; I tend to build muscle pretty quickly, and then I start looking like Rambić.😁

Here I am (for those who actually care to read😁)—I just ride my bike whenever the mood strikes and when I can get to it. Look, I'm not chasing massive muscles; I just want to make sure I'm not stumbling around aimlessly when I walk😁. I have zero interest in obsessing over diet, either. If I want a burger, I’ll eat it—no guilt involved. Obviously, I'm not eating one every single day. To be clear, I've gone through all sorts of phases with food and exercise, but now that I'm older, I realize my body isn't my entire personality. I refuse to suffer or live on nothing but plain cottage cheese or tuna canned meals.☕ This is what I look like right now—maybe some minor tweaks down the road, but nothing major.☕ Just a heads-up: this post is strictly about me. I’m not trying to judge anyone else's lifestyle or food choices, so please don't take it that way.
So, I'm 5'3"😁, weighing in at about 105 lbs in the morning. I added a few extra photos since I didn't have anyone to take them for me, and my room is too small to get a full-body shot easily by myself.😁 Sorry if they're a bit disjointed—hope you can see everything clearly. I'm wearing sneakers, obviously, not heels—heels belong in a fashion magazine, not during a casual ride. Some shots are static, others are more active. Let me know what you think—just a casual rider here.😉

Hey everyone, just checking in. Here are a few photos from last year when I was around 225 lbs, compared to where I am now at 165 lbs. My goal is to lean out even further, but man, this stubborn belly fat is driving me crazy—it just won't budge! Imgur

I have been observing this thread for some time now, and I must say, 🙂 it is quite refreshing to see people actually prioritizing their fitness and overall health.
Fortunately, I don't struggle with weight issues; my metabolism has always been remarkably fast.
Throughout this past summer, I made it a point to swim out to a nearby island and back twice a day, while also running daily with my dog and cycling whenever possible.
Here are my photos. I hope the links function correctly, as this is my first time uploading images to the forum.

And just my legs.

PS. What would you recommend if I wanted to add some more muscle to my thighs? Someone mentioned doing squats every few days. Are there any other effective exercises?

Hey there, fellow gym rats 😁 I’m pretty much a newbie here when it comes to actually posting, though I’ve been lurking and reading all your stuff for a while now. To be totally honest, I haven't really been following any of that healthy lifestyle advice because, well, I've gotten way too lazy lately. Right now, I'm not doing any sports, I don't exercise at all, and my diet is basically non-existent. I used to be pretty happy with how I looked, but man, things have definitely changed and I'm just not feeling it anymore. I really want to get back into a workout routine and finally start feeling good about myself again.
I'm totally open to any tips or even some tough love 😁

Here’s a little bit about me.
I mostly spend my time dancing. That's pretty much it. I really wish I’d gotten more into track and field, though... since I eat like an elephant, those extra calories tend to settle right on my thighs way too fast. 😠
