It was raining the other day, so I managed to snap a few shots despite the weather. They’re a bit blurry, but it is what it is.

This is really the only angle where you can actually make out some abdominal definition; when I'm just standing there relaxed, it's definitely not as impressive. 🤣

Ideally, I should probably cut back on the occasional pizza, beer, and burgers, but at 46 years old, I think I've earned the right to enjoy life without being overly restrictive. 😁

Team lacking abs — it's really not a big deal.

That's all I've got to say about it :klap:

36 years old
5'6" height
72.5 kg, feeling a bit heavy
Goal is 130 lbs, ideally 128 lbs 🙏

While I still have some energy left in me, I just stumbled upon this photo of how fit I was before I had my baby.

That’s the plan for today, and I’m giving it everything I've got. I actually saw my weight jump up by 2 pounds, so I’m feeling a bit down about it. 😢

Hey, I'm new here, just wanted to share my progress after 2 months. Dropped about 24 lbs. Didn't change my diet much, but I've been WAY more active (doing around 12 miles a day between biking and walking), skipping rope for 20 mins daily, and hitting maybe 50 situps and pushups a day—though I didn't hit them every single day when I wasn't feeling it 😁

So, before:

New leggings. Because honestly, I’ve earned them. Besides, my legs look better than most girls in this city—and frankly, I carry them with more masculinity than most guys wearing pink polos with the collars popped. Now, I’m off to take them for a little "run" around town. 🙂

I don't typically write long-winded bios on this forum—it looks like there’s only about 😁
here anyway.👍
Respect to everyone
. Anyway, I figured I'd share a small shift in progress since my last post—which was, honestly, who knows when? Hah. 😵

Here is another one, and that’s that 🧐

No, let me reiterate: I am forty-six years old, just so we don't forget 😁

So, I started on the PHAT program about two months ago. My main goal was really just to pack on some more muscle in my legs... you know, doing that mix of bodybuilding and powerlifting style training
Sadly, I don't have a before photo

Jessica Reed57 said:She’s asking for advice from the pros. Wants to tone up and shape her body. Six months ago she was 125 lbs, now she’s at 110. She’s about 5'4". Started working out 4-5 times a week—30 minutes on the stepper plus some light weights for arms and back via YouTube. Watching her diet, but nothing crazy. Hit 110 lbs and feels slightly more toned—hopefully you can tell from the photo. But here's the issue: she feels disproportionate. Her lower body is stronger and harder to shape, while she just keeps losing weight everywhere else. Looking for exercise recs to firm up, hit maybe 115 lbs, lift the glutes, and balance everything out. Should she join a gym, go to some women-only group fitness class with a trainer, or what? Be nice, she's 40 with two kids.

The pics are before (colorful bikini) and after (black one).

Here's me after a year and a half. I hit the gym regularly, maybe 2-3 times a week for an hour, been doing this for about 10 months now. Just training at my own pace, no fancy programmed routine or anything.

I'm sitting at around 117-119 lbs now. Bottom row shows the recent photos.

I haven't been around here for quite a while, but I'm actually heading out to the coast tomorrow, so I suppose I should probably show up and say hi

It’s been a while since I last checked in.

Back at the start of August 2016, I was sitting at 82kg.
View on imgur

As of today, I'm down to 72kg.

I realize losing 10kg might seem like a "small shift" to some, but I'm moving at my own pace, especially since I haven't been hitting the gym consistently lately.
Lately, I've just been focusing on running and swimming. Personally, I'm happy with the progress. My goal is to drop another 10kg.

Hey, long time no see. My 2-month transformation: down 7.5kg. I was probably crushing over 3000kcal before... started cutting to 2600kcal at the beginning of the deficit, then slowly tapered down to where I am now at 2000kcal. For the last month, I've been doing that famous intermittent fasting thing—fasting on just water and black coffee for 18 hours, then eating like a king during my 6-hour window 😁

Hitting about 170g protein, 200g carbs, 40g fat. Since I cut the carbs, strength took a bit of a hit (bench dropped maybe 10%, squat down by 20%), but I guess that's just the price you pay when you're going natural 🙄
Doing minimal Cardio, usually just throwing in some quick HIIT after lifting. If anyone wants details, just ask.

Some advice for anyone trying to burn stubborn fat if you actually have the willpower 😁
Besides losing weight, my skin, hair, and nails improved, and I just felt healthier overall. You might feel weak at first, I guess, but eventually it becomes a habit and your appetite drops—light food keeps you full enough.
I stayed around 1500 calories. I was hungry for maybe the first couple days until my body hit ketosis. My cycles lasted about 10 days, then I’d do a carb refill.
Maybe the photo difference isn't huge, but you can tell; my muscle definition is way more obvious now.

I relaxed a bit while on vacation and dropped to 114 lbs.
Managed to get a better angle where you can actually see my abs:
