Here is the situation: three and a half years ago, I had my first child. At the time, I jumped from 130 pounds up to 216—that is a 35-pound increase—and I managed to shed all of it within a year. However, less than a month after hitting my old weight, I got pregnant again, and this time I climbed up to 203 pounds.
To break it down, the first photo was taken one month after my second delivery (around 192 pounds), the second is from three months later (165 pounds), and the third is from recently (it has been 7 months since giving birth), where I am currently sitting at 152 pounds. While I recognize the scale shows a small shift, lately I can’t visually see the difference, which makes me worry about whether I will ever actually hit my goal of 132 pounds. Honestly, I don't track exactly what or when I eat; I just watch my portions and spend a lot of time cycling. Every now and then, I squeeze in some home workouts whenever I can find a moment away from the kids.
