Nothing special here. Been hitting the gym casually since January. Dropped from 192 down to 187 lbs. Diet’s been decent, currently running keto, just gotta capitalize on it now.

Goal is to hit at least 180-181 lbs by October, then stack some quality muscle through the winter once work picks up.

It’s been way too long!
Same old me, just a slightly different physique now.

Took a 4-day break from training, followed by 3 days of heavy drinking and hangovers. Yesterday, I finally got back at it with 40 minutes of HIIT and some core work.

Currently sitting under 180 lbs, maybe even closer to 175. Need to grab some new batteries for my scale.

The plan is to stay in a slight deficit through the end of January and melt off at least 4 or 5 lbs just to see how much more of this belly fat disappears.
Then I'll move into maintenance mode with heavy lifting at the gym.

I'm taking a break from the gym right now, so I'm doing at least 30 minutes of HIIT at home every day, with two rest days a week.

I am somewhat pleased with the changes I have made thus far, yet simultaneously, I find myself feeling quite dissatisfied. It is an ongoing cycle. I simply cannot seem to reach a decision. 🤣

Kimberly Bennett6 gave me some inspiration and reminded me that we’re seriously lacking female photos in this 😁 thread.

Alright, let me keep this female streak going—5'1" and 108 lbs.

Just figured I'd throw my hat in the ring for those bicep and forearm gains, even though I definitely carry more weight than her.😁 View on imgur

As for the abs, man, it really just depends on whether it's morning or night, you know?😁

Here is a short video clip.

Look, I know I really ought to drop another 10 pounds, but frankly, I just can't find the motivation. If I can simply maintain my current physique over the next five or six years, I'll consider that a win.
When you factor in being 48 years old and weighing 202 lbs at 6'1", I'd say I'm holding up quite well compared to most guys my age. 🙂

Years of backyard BBQs and cheap beer have finally caught up with me, so here’s the starting point.

97 kg, aiming for 90-92. Hoping to hit at least 😁

Body fat is way over 20. I'd say I'm sitting at 22-23, easy.

Time to go melt this fat off. It’s going to be a long 🤣

I've been on a break from cutting, calorie counting, and all that other exhausting nonsense for a week now. Probably gonna keep this lazy streak going for another ten days or so.

The plan is to start bulking by late August, but I'm aiming for a "leaner" bulk this time. Don't want to deal with a massive fat loss phase next year like I did this year.😁

If I can pack on at least 6 or 7 lbs of muscle, I'll just lean out to 10% body fat and hold steady from there.

I'm the same height, 5'9", but I'm sitting at 154 lbs right now. Trying to bulk up, but honestly, I hope I don't have to push all the way to 175+ lbs because that feels impossible to me🙂.

Are you doing full body workouts, or the classic split where you hit specific muscle groups?

edit: here's a photo View on imgur. I think our body fat percentages are actually pretty similar, you just have more mass.

33 years old, 6'0". A few years back, I was actually in decent shape, but then intercostal neuralgia decided to ruin my life and kept me from hitting the gym. The pain finally eased up recently, though. I hit a peak of about 258 lbs, but now I'm finally slimming down and have been back at it for about a month. Just sticking to pushups, resistance bands, and running for now. Here’s a shot of me at around 235-238 lbs.

Started out at about 258 lbs. Spent the first week lifting at home, then spent four weeks grinding away with resistance bands and bodyweight stuff, plus some running and cycling to get the heart rate up. Here’s the shot from when I hit roughly 230. Looks like it's finally time to go sign up for a gym membership.
