but I’m still curious about that thing I mentioned in my post before last.πŸ˜‰

So, if you feel like you aren't getting enough protein from your meals and you're looking to save some cash, Inkospor actually has Active 80. on sale right now. For $90 you can grab 3 bags, which is about 1.5 kg.
Honestly, during the day, you can drink whey if you want, or just skip itβ€”any other supplement works too, I guess. But man, the flavor is just terrible.
Maybe you could check out www.gladiator.com to find a number and give them a call? You might be able to see if they still have stock or if everything is already sold out.

They probably still have some sitting in their retail locations, too, so you could always ask where those are and just pick some up wherever is most convenient for you.

You've got that 95% blend from Inkospor, which is just a mix of whey and milk-egg proteins, $33 half a pound of it. No extra junk, no artificial sweeteners, and no flavor enhancers. Nothing at all.

That Inkospor 95% stuff? I think it was on sale or something, maybe around $47 half a pound.

Honestly, whether you bother with whey during the day is entirely up to you; any other source works just fine. As for the flavor? It’s absolute garbage.

In that case, I think I'm better off just grabbing the Dymatize elita 12 hr from ProSport. Their 2.3kg tub seems to be a much better value than $100 if I recall correctly (though it looks like it's currently out of stock on the 🀷 website). Does anyone have a moment to glance at that site and perhaps suggest something else worth picking up from there? 😁

I think the 5lb tub is a bit smaller than what they have at $100, though it looks like it's out of stock on the 🀷 website right now. Or, if anyone feels like taking a quick peek at that site, maybe you could suggest something else from there? 😁

Which website are we talking about?

Rebecca Myers38 said:I guess I should probably mention Prosport! Honestly, I've been looking into their stuff lately and, oh man, there is just so much to talk about. It’s kind of hard to pin down exactly how I feel, but overall? I'm feeling pretty upbeat about it! Maybe it's just me, but I think they have some really interesting options if you're trying to dial in your nutrition or whatever. I mean, I'm no expert, obviously, but it seems like they're doing some cool things. Just my two cents! 😁

All I see up there is this one for like $22 plus shippingβ€”it’s a 900g tub. Just like you said, they don't have the bigger size available on the site anymore. I haven't actually ordered from Sport USA before, so I guess I'm not really sure why that is... maybe they just ran out?
I've heard some really great things about the flavor of that Dymatize you’re talking aboutβ€”especially the chocolate oneβ€”from a few different people. I haven't actually given it a shot myself, though. To be honest, I guess the taste doesn't even matter much to me when I'm just slamming down 100g of glucose and getting it over with!

I mean, I honestly don't know if you’re planning on sipping on your protein right alongside your meals or just grabbing a shake between themβ€”and I haven't even seen what the rest of your diet looks like! But, hey, it's not like you can just rely on supplements to do all the heavy lifting for you, you know? You still gotta eat your real food. So, yeah... just go for it! Dive in!

If you're having them ship directly to you out here, just make sure you factor in the shipping costs, customs, and sales tax... btw, check your PMs πŸ™‚

I saw it. Honestly, I would just drive across the border to grab it myself since it isn't far at all, πŸ˜‰ which means those extra fees simply won't apply to me. 😁

Anyone here tried that casein from Pro.Nutrition?

I’m having an issue where it foams up like crazy... I try letting it settle, but that damn foam just turns solid instead.

Right, it's significantly less than $300 if my math holds... though if you grab the 9lb bucket, it works out to about $10 per pound.

I'm running into a bit of an issue where it foams up aggressively. I try to let it sit so the bubbles settle, but instead, that ridiculous foam just turns into a solid mass.

By nature, casein tends to be much thicker.

Why are you complaining? If you just stick it in the fridge, you end up with a damn pudding...😁😁

So, I'm thinking about ordering some concentrate from Optimum Nutrition...
Does anyone actually know what the price is right now, and do they charge for shipping?

Whey.pro 80% concentrate (chocolate, vanilla, cappuccino, hazelnut, strawberry, cranberry, unflavored)
Up to 7 kg $55/kg
Over 7 kg $52/kg

Shipping is free on orders over $333, otherwise it runs about $30-$17.

If you want, I can let you have that "pudding" for... $27
Didn't use it much... maybe I just got bored of it...

Picked up that chocolate Dymatize elita 12 hr... actually pretty great.
This casein is seriously weird...

oh, and one more thing...
if you sign up for a membership and order over 7kg, then it's just $45/kg

Could someone please direct me toward which foods contain the highest protein concentrations? I would also appreciate a detailed list of common staples along with their respective protein counts per serving.
thank you.
