Does anyone here actually swear by herbal supplements or plant-based remedies?

I remember trying out this cream made from pure aloe vera and propolis once... but honestly, it didn't really do much for me!
Then again... I probably can't blame anyone else but myself. I only used it a single time before stopping, and you're not going to see any results doing that.

I’d honestly suggest cutting your hair shorter; it’ll definitely help. Long hair just doesn't let your scalp breathe the way it does when it's short. Take my word for it—I barely have any hair left on my head now, but I used to have a massive mane back when I kept it long. These days, I wash mine every three days and it works wonders for me. I usually just stick with Neutrogena gel.

Could you please tell me the exact name of that Neutrogena shampoo you use? What does the bottle look like, and where do you usually pick it up?

I saw a few different types of T-gel at CVS, and I'm not sure which one to grab🤷. Also, if you wouldn't mind, let me know how much it costs...

Thanks so much...😍

Alright, I'll definitely give all of that some serious thought!!! It’s not quite that simple, though... but regardless, I really appreciate the advice. Thanks, everyone!!!!😉

Regarding how things look right now... when I first got psoriasis, like you mentioned, I had those heavy scales all over my head... but I haven't dealt with that in a long time. Now it's just a thin layer, almost like regular dandruff... nothing major at all... don't worry!

For mariah-zgb, I started using Vaseline too... so let's see how it goes....
I've only applied it twice, last night was day two.... I'll keep going....
P.S. The flakes are totally gone and the irritated spots aren't bright red like they usually are; they're more of a very light pink... I'm pretty happy about that for now....😁😁

Best to everyone from unknown!😍

I’ve finally started phototherapy myself. My symptoms flared up primarily due to stress😢 since my AST levels are normal.
The HLA typing results were exactly what I expected—it turns out I carry the psoriasis gene. As if I didn't already know that...😁😁

I've been using various oils, some baby cream, and Psorcutan, which seems to work best alongside the light therapy.🙏🙏
It’s pricey, but honestly, it’s a lifesaver for people like us. I still don't understand why it isn't covered by insurance or even stocked in most local pharmacies.😕🤷

There must be some kind of shady racket involved somewhere...😂

Hi everyone...😍

Psorex has been working well for me. The skin inside the affected areas looks completely healthy now; I’m just left dealing with some lingering redness around the edges. Once I get a clear shot, I’ll post a photo so you can see the actual progress for yourselves. Most importantly, this isn't some sketchy industrial concoction—it's plant-based, so it’s safe to use as a topical cream without worrying about harsh chemicals. Just a tip for the uninitiated: you really need to focus on detoxing your system from the inside out. It's non-negotiable. Stick to a strict diet while you're at it, too.

That’s honestly the core issue with every illness!!!
My doctor told me straight up: everything you apply topically eventually just wears off!!
But you have to heal from the INSIDE!!! I've said this before!!!!
So, I'm totally backing this post. Because it's true.....

I think I finally figured out what’s been messing with me.

It's just constant stress. And my skin reacts to it immediately...😛😛

Well, after chatting with my buddy silentheron25, I decided to jump on board with the Psorex and "honey of life" regimen myself.
I actually took a little road trip out toward a small town in the Midwest to stock up on enough for a full month, and honestly, it wasn't nearly as pricey as I expected—only about $167. I've been applying it for four days now, and while I haven't seen a total transformation yet, my skin definitely feels softer. Even the lady who makes it mentioned that I might actually see a slight flare-up during the first two weeks as the honey works to detoxify my system, but she told me to just keep at it.
Since everything is completely natural, I’m not worried about any adverse side effects, and I’m really hopeful this will do the trick.
I'll be sure to check back in with updates once I see more results. Best to everyone!

So, goldenstag213 and I finally met up today. He brought over some honey and an ointment for me. Honestly, this stuff has been a lifesaver, and I truly believe it’ll work for you and anyone else willing to give it a shot. Here are a few shots showing how my skin is looking. The photo quality isn't great—my camera has seen better days—but you can see the difference. Everything used to be bright red, just constantly inflamed... now, you can see that only the very edge is still slightly red, while the rest of the skin looks pretty much back to normal. This is what's happening on my hands.

I see that, truly😲...😲

I'm genuinely glad to hear that🙏...👍

By the way, they say every psoriasis patient deals with something different; mine looks nothing like yours😁—mine is more spotted🤣...

Just wanted to give an update—I've been dealing with guttate psoriasis all over my body for two months now. It flares up whenever things get stressful, no matter how much cream I use or how much light therapy I do.
Had my tonsils out on May 7th, so we'll see if that changes the reaction...

Was chatting with my dermatologists and they mentioned I might need to start on unknown, but I'm holding off for now. I'll let you guys know how it goes. Peace!

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I wanted to get some perspectives while I wait for my appointment with the dermatologist the day after tomorrow.
A few months ago, I noticed some small red spots appearing on my elbows—there were more on my right one, and just a single spot on the left—but they eventually cleared up. However, they showed up again today, especially on my right elbow. As a quick fix, I applied some hydrocortisone cream, hoping it might help... They look a bit like mosquito bites, though the patches vary in size. There aren't many of them, but the skin is red and feels rough to the touch, though it seems slightly better now that I've applied the ointment.
Just for context, I'm 24, and I don't know if anyone in my extended family has ever dealt with psoriasis.
I was wondering, what are the most common triggers that cause a flare-up like this?
My ex-boyfriend actually struggled with psoriasis; unfortunately, it covered his whole body, and he spent about seven years trying to find effective treatment. So, I’m not completely clueless when it comes to the condition. For him, it was triggered by a massive shock—he had a terrible accident where boiling water spilled on his legs, which led to some severe digestive issues, and then the psoriasis flared up right after that.😢

Hello everyone. I have finally stumbled upon an incredible cream called LABOLAN. It is entirely plant-based and manufactured by unknown. To be perfectly honest, when I first started applying it, I was skeptical—in fact, quite worried—because my skin turned incredibly red at first. I thought it was failing me. However, the redness subsided very quickly. After years and years of struggling, my body is finally clear of psoriasis. Give LABOLAN a try.

For me, the issue with Psorex was that honey component; it caused such a massive flare-up all over my body that I couldn't get it under control for three whole years!

One more thing... I'm heading out this Friday to try some bioenergy work. I've scheduled three sessions. I'll let you all know how it goes—specifically whether these symptoms of mine decide to stick around or finally clear up. They actually claim they can cure me!

I tried searching the internet for any information regarding this Labolan product, but I couldn't find a single thing online, so I would be truly grateful if you could share some more specific details about it.
