Casey Miller9 said:This is how I handle the balm on my son; I apply it during the day because it bothers him at night. He doesn't have many patches yet, so it’s easy. It stays on for about 5 or 6 hours. Before I wash it off, I coat the balm heavily with St. John's Wort infused in olive oil, let it sit for 10 minutes, then use soaked cotton pads (also with St. John's Wort or olive oil) to wipe away about 70% of the balm. After letting it sit again, I use warm water and a liquid dermatologist soap to clean the rest. You need plenty of water. Then I apply a cream with omega 6, vitamin B, and borage oil—you can find it at any pharmacy, it's called A-Derma Exomega. It soothes and repairs the skin. Today seems to be his best day in months, YES, I'll check back in later.

Casey Miller9 said:So here’s my whole routine for using the balm on my son; I apply it during the day because if I do it at night, it drives him crazy, and since he doesn't have a ton of patches right now, it’s actually pretty easy to manage, so I just let it sit there for about 5 or 6 hours, and then when I’m thinking about washing it off, I first slather him heavily in St. John's Wort oil—which I make myself using olive oil—and let that soak in for maybe 10 minutes or so, and then I take some soaked cotton pads (using either more St. John's Wort or just plain olive oil) and wipe away about 70% of the balm. After that, I let it sit for a little bit longer, then I use warm water and a liquid soap from the Dermatologist to wash off whatever is left, making sure to use plenty of water, and then I follow up by applying this cream loaded with omega 6, vitamin B, and borage oil—you can find it at any drugstore, it’s called A-Derma Exomega, and it really helps soothe and rebuild the skin. Honestly, today feels like his best skin in months, YES, I'll check back in later.

I really need to give the olive oil thing a shot too... Hey Gregory Mendoza3, am I supposed to let it sit for a bit after I apply it, like maybe five minutes or something?

So you heard Casey Miller9, and honestly, it might not be a bad idea, though personally, I don't find that oil works great as its own therapy—it’s more like a way to thin out the balm for me... maybe letting it soak in for a minute isn't a terrible plan... I'll definitely try it tomorrow morning and see how it goes....

As for that A-Derma Exomega stuff Casey Miller9 is using, I'm gonna give that a whirl once I finally finish up this tube of Nivea, sounds like a solid option (thanks Casey Miller9)

I seriously need to track down a decent sea sponge because the one I'm using right now just doesn't last at all... maybe I can find one of those real natural ones from the ocean somewhere, I'll probably stumble upon one eventually

How many of us even use the balm recommended by Michael Ramos3?

Casey Miller9, silentheron25, copperviper102 ...

Is there anyone else out there using it?

There's four of us already, we might as well start our own little club at this rate😉

That A-Derma Exomega stuff Casey Miller9 is using? I think I'll give that a whirl once I finish this tub of Nivea. It sounds pretty solid (thanks for the tip, Casey Miller9)

I really need to hunt down a decent sea sponge, too, because the one I'm using right now is basically falling apart on me... maybe I should look for one of those authentic natural ones from the ocean... I'm sure I can find one somewhere online.

I guess I'll try mixing in some olive oil tomorrow morning as well... at least I've got plenty of that lying around. Honestly though, I can't stand the stuff (especially that smell)...🙂
It feels like I'm suddenly being bombarded by all these scented products.😬
This cream sounds awesome—and of course, I just bought a massive tub of Nivea, right? I think I'll switch over soon because Nivea just isn't cutting it for me, especially for my legs. I need something much stronger since nothing seems to soak in down there; my skin always feels so tight (or at least, that's how it feels to me).

Hey everyone!
I figured it was about time I officially joined the club—it's been about 15 years of dealing with this whole psoriasis situation for me. I’ve actually been lurking on this forum for quite a while now, picking up a lot of useful tidbits along the way. Honestly, I don't have many people in my life I can actually talk to about this (thank God), so you all feel like the closest thing to people who just *get* it. Regardless of how bad things are getting for anyone, there’s a ton of positive energy in here, which is honestly pretty great.
Just like most of you, I’ve spent a small fortune trying every balm, cream, and random concoction under the sun. Right now, I’m following a regimen from that book "Health from God's Pharmacy" by Maria Treben. Has anyone else here tried her stuff? What was your experience like?
P.S. Wishing nothing but success and a total Healed state to everyone currently using the Healed balm.

I wish nothing but the best for everyone using the balm. If you stay consistent with the application, you can achieve the most significant results possible.😍
I am curious to know how long one can continue using it.

Man, I am really struggling with all these scented products lately.😬
That cream sounds awesome (and since I just splurged on a massive tub of Nivea), I think I'll give it a go too, because Nivea just isn't cutting it for me—especially for my legs, where I need something way stronger. It just won't soak in down there, and my skin feels constantly tight (or maybe that's just how it feels to me).

See, I actually love olive oil and use nothing else in my diet... so it's no big deal for me to slather it on (and honestly, I wouldn't mind swallowing a little bit of it too 😎).

As for that skin tightness thing, I'm starting to feel that exact sensation tonight too... and now it's not even itching anymore, it's actually starting to hurt a bit.

Hey Sophia, sending good vibes your way. I’m really sorry you even have to be part of our little group, and especially sorry you’ve been stuck dealing with this for as long as I have...

As for the "club," the user Michael Ramos3 is basically trying to turn us from a group of people with psoriasis into a club of totally healed people with his specific balm.🙂

I’ve personally tried drinking teas based on recipes from Maria Treben’s books, and I’ve even done some herbal baths using recipes from that famous herbalist Morris Message... but man, unfortunately, everything I tried just had short-lived effects that weren't even that great.

Wishing you nothing but the best and praying for healing from the Lord.

I want to know how long someone can actually keep using it.

Thanks a ton, also 😍

I'm thinking the balm should only be used for a short time, you know, basically until you're Healed, and after that, there’s really no point in using it anymore... I mean, what's the sense in keeping it on once it's done, right? 😉

But honestly, I still feel like the smartest move would be to just go ahead and talk to Michael Ramos3 about it.

To smell? I barely notice it, honestly. If I catch anything at all, it’s maybe for a few minutes out of the entire day. I usually just wash up with Nivea gel—it actually smells pretty good, a masculine scent that kind of balances out whatever this issue is. Personally, I think issues like stickiness or odors are negligible if you actually hit the end goal. After dealing with this for nearly 20 years (with some breaks here and there), I’d settle for it being gone completely, or at least for a long stretch of time. It doesn't itch, and most of the scaling is gone; I've just got a little bit left on that slightly larger patch on my leg. I sleep fine, and my cat is doing okay too, though I made sure to throw on some old thin boxers and pajamas so nothing ends up messing up the sheets or the bed. There was just that one time it leaked through, but I can't really claim there have been massive changes yet—even though I'm firmly convinced things are about to take a turn for the better.

As for that tight skin feeling? Yeah, I'm starting to feel that tension tonight too... and it’s not even itching anymore, just kind of hurts a bit.

My kid had that skin tightness thing maybe twice after about 5 or 6 days, but then nothing else happened.

It looks like most of you haven't had many long-term wins with those Maria Treben tea recipes—or if you did, they didn't stick. I’m actually taking a little break for a few days, though I have been using both the tea and the Rosopas ointment. I’ve also been on a diet for about two or three months now. Since I started losing weight pretty rapidly, I decided to scale back on the tea. The reality is, my psoriasis is actually staying calm—no cracking, no pain. Honestly, I probably should be more disciplined about applying the ointment more often (even if it's just at night). My other issue is that whenever I try something new, I get incredibly impatient, and that mental restlessness is its own kind of misery.
P.S. For those of you who are all over the balm recommended by Michael Ramos3, I’m right there with you—feeling super impatient and just praying for a good result.

silentheron25 said:Honestly, things like being greasy or smelling bad are totally irrelevant if you actually hit the ultimate goal here. I mean, after dealing with this crap for almost 20 years (even with the breaks), I’d give anything just to have it gone for good or even just for a long stretch. Nothing is really bothering me right now—the scales have cleared up, though there are still a few little flakes left on that slightly larger patch on my leg. It’s only happened once like this, so I can't say for sure that everything has changed yet, but I am absolutely convinced that things are finally looking up.

Of course, every single struggle is worth it if you reach that end goal.😉

With me, the scales popped up first and then just peeled right off, and then this morning they showed up again... it looks like the balm is stripping away layer after layer of the thickening... basically nuking the psoriasis lesions...
The thing is, I’m burning through this balm so fast I’ll probably need a whole damn bucket by the time I'm done, but who cares, as long as this stuff finally disappears.👍

Watch out with Rosopas because I've already warned you that this stuff acts like a heavy-duty cytostatic... it can mess with your red blood cells, your bone marrow, and your liver...

You absolutely have to monitor your bloodwork and talk to a doctor, because using this is basically the same thing as taking methotrexate or any other kind of chemo drug!

I think you’re probably right—after I drank a huge amount of tea, I started feeling this weird pain around my liver area just a few days later. At the time, I figured it was just the detox properties of the tea working its magic on my liver, but I ended up cutting back on the amount anyway.

In moments like this, I honestly just lose my way and have no clue what to do next. The distrust kicks in so hard that I just stop using everything altogether. And well, you can probably guess what happens then—my psoriasis flares up, and suddenly I'm right back at square one.

Maybe someone could recommend a tea that’s actually harmless?
Thanks in advance!

So, this morning I tried wiping off some of the balm using olive oil and man, what a lifesaver... seriously, it was night and day—I didn't even have to use a sponge to get it off...🤣 🙏
The scaling has been gone since the second day, but I've still got that tightness, or maybe I should use Gregory Mendoza3's term and call them "little bumps"... the most painful spots are the narrow parts, specifically behind them and down toward the base of my "manhood"...
To be real with you, the biggest headache is down there, which isn't exactly a surprise since the skin in that area is incredibly sensitive...👎
But hey, none of that matters once I finally reach the ultimate goal of kicking psoriasis out of my life for good👍

Hey there, Sophia Campbell73.
Listen, Sophia, don't give up and don't let this get you down. Just hang tight and watch the results coming in from people using my balm. Trust me, we're living in an era where psoriasis is finally being permanently healed.

I promise you, if it isn't this summer, it'll definitely be next summer—you'll be wearing a swimsuit again, and you'll keep wearing them for the rest of your life.

Go easy on those teas and those dangerous chemicals. They might target the psoriasis, but they'll kill everything else. Believe me, I'm speaking from experience: I'd much rather deal with psoriasis than, God forbid, liver cirrhosis. Watch what you're putting in your body.

I have to tip my hat to the high spirits and the sense of humor in this forum. Even though some of these folks are considered "tough cases" when it comes to their skin, we should all take a page out of their book regarding willpower and wit. I won't drop names, but you know exactly who I mean.
I'm telling Sophia to look at them and stay strong.

So, here’s my suggestion:

With faith in God and a smile on our faces, let's look forward to tomorrow.\

Michael Ramos3, thanks so much for the kind words. Honestly, if I didn't have my faith in God, I wouldn't even be having these kinds of conversations with you all.
When I first got diagnosed with psoriasis, I felt like it was the end of the world. For years, the only people who knew what I was going through were my family. Eventually, things shifted—I stopped trying to hide it quite as much, though I still couldn't stand the staring or the constant questions from strangers. Over the last five or six years, I've actually become more comfortable answering questions about my skin patterns, hitting up the hair salon, or seeing an aesthetician without feeling like I need to bolt for the exit.
I’ve accepted this condition—or at least, I like to think I have.
I still have those little moments of crisis, but they pass pretty quickly. I don't really have the luxury of sitting around wallowing in self-pity anyway—not when I have three kids depending on me 24/7.
I am sincerely hoping that this is finally the end of the road for my psoriasis.
P.S. If this lasts forever, I'll look ridiculous in a swimsuit for the rest of my life. At that point, I'll have to start looking for help elsewhere.
Glory to the Lord!!
