Stress isn't some quick little thing that lasts for a second or a minute—honestly, most people just drift through life for years without even realizing they're drowning in it. It’s a slow burn. It wreaks havoc on your entire system, both mentally and physically, leaving you vulnerable to all sorts of issues—including psoriasis, for instance. I don't want to get too bogged down in endless, pointless theory here, but a buddy of mine—whose mom actually deals with psoriasis—mentioned that Megamin made a massive difference for her. Apparently, it's used to treat liver issues and does wonders for boosting the whole immune system. I haven't personally verified the specifics 100% yet, but I'm going to look into exactly how she was using it and then I'll report back.

So, I’ve been scrolling through this entire thread, but I can't seem to find anyone who's dealing with exactly what I am! My dermatologist is leaning toward a psoriasis diagnosis, so they're sending me over to the Mayo Clinic for a biopsy... but first things first: does that actually hurt?
For years, I struggled with a serious sun allergy, but then about three years ago, it just seemed to vanish into thin air. Now, though, as soon as I step out into the sunlight, my elbows and arms break out in these red patches that look exactly like psoriasis. It's honestly pretty scary because it gets progressively worse every single year until autumn hits, and then during the winter, I'm just left with these faint marks where the inflammation used to be. I notice that for almost everyone else here, soaking up the sun is the ultimate cure, but for me, the sun—and even tanning beds—actually triggers the flare-ups! Has anyone else ever heard of a situation like this? If you have any advice or personal experiences to share, I would be so incredibly grateful. Best Regards to everyone!

Oh, it isn't nearly as terrifying as you might imagine, really... it lasts for maybe a few seconds, and then, well, at least you will finally have some actual answers in your hands! Once they take that tiny little sample of skin, you'll just need to dab a bit of ointment on the spot for a couple of days and that's pretty much the end of it!

I've been dealing with psoriasis for about five years now, but it's only on my scalp. Is there a chance it could spread to my arms or my back?

Like, if you actually bother to read the instructions, it tells you point-blank that you can't even wash your bedsheets or your laundry after using it, so just look at the facts. That doctor guy... honestly, you'd be way better off going with ELOKOM; it's much milder than that crazy concoction, though personally, I tried it and saw absolutely zero results.

Cignol was actually cooked up by this professor from New York City, M. M., who doesn't even recommend using Cignol for any extended period of time himself... (I happened to meet him once, by the way)

Please, if you have any advice or stories, let me know... cheers everyone

Look, I'm incredibly prone to allergies myself... I actually had pretty intense sun allergies way before my psoriasis even showed up... honestly, I don't know if there's a connection there, but weirdly enough, the sun actually helps my psoriasis even though it absolutely wrecks the rest of my skin....

And now, get this—I've got some heavy-duty allergy flare-ups hitting my face right now... and since I already deal with facial psoriasis, I can't even tell what's an allergic reaction and what's the actual psoriasis anymore... I have no clue what I should even be using to treat this mess...😳

Life is such a wild ride, isn't it? Even when everything feels bitter or totally absurd, it's still a beautiful thing... and honestly, all the chaos is worth it just for those few good moments that make it all worthwhile...👍

So, I ran into Michael Ramos3 and his old man today... and they actually hooked me up with some balm.

I'm kicking things off this Monday and starting to apply it...
Which means I’ll be dropping the links to the "before" photos right here on Monday so you guys can see exactly what we're dealing with at the start...

Man, what can I even say... God knows...

And don't worry, I'm gonna keep you all posted on the whole damn process... every single reaction...

Hang in there, my friend Gregory Mendoza3!
Since we're both dealing with this crazy stuff, what are you applying to your skin lately? Have you tried taking Neotigason capsules? Or maybe using St. John's Wort oil?

Just asking, because it looks like I might have to start back on the meds myself soon.

Robert Clark2, buddy,

I've been slathering on some kind of St. John's Wort oil, but honestly, it’s doing absolutely nothing—the psoriasis is just running wild like it owns the place... and it really seems to love it this past month since I've been covered from head to toe 😳 and to top it all off, I've got this allergy breaking out all over my face... plus, the Dermatologist who tried to clear up the allergy actually made things way worse by using some cream based on Syndersol, so now I've got these massive broken capillaries popping up around my eyes... and on top of everything else, I've got psoriasis patches on my face too, so now I can't even tell what's what, so I'm gonna try to find something to kill the allergy... and the capillaries... just so I can actually figure out what part of this is the psoriasis... (seriously, you should see how I look right now 😛 )

It feels like it isn't just a coincidence, like the way the psoriasis is acting up is tied directly to this allergy (maybe it's an immune system crash or something else, but they definitely kicked off at the exact same time)

Starting Monday, I'm going to begin using that cream from Healed...

As for Neotigason, I've never even heard of it... what's that all about?

Now I've got these massive broken capillaries popping up around my eyes! Plus, there's psoriasis on my face too, so I can't even tell what's what anymore. I'm just going to try to get this allergy and the capillaries under control first... at least then I'll know what I'm actually dealing with regarding the psoriasis... (you wouldn't believe how I look right now 😛 ))

It feels like it's not just a coincidence—like this psoriasis flare-up is tied directly to the allergy. Maybe it's my immune system crashing or something else, but they both started hitting me at the exact same time.

Starting Monday, I'm switching over to the ointment from Healed...

As for Neotigason, I've actually never heard of it... what's the deal with that?

It sounds to me like you might be dealing with secondary erythrodermia. That often pops up as a result of psoriasis, unlike Primary, which usually stems from an allergic reaction to certain meds—could even be from antibiotics.
I've dealt with broken capillaries all over my body myself. Any time I'd scratch or even just a light bump against my skin, those capillaries would burst. They'd hang around for a few days and then fade on their own. In some cases, you might even see one or more swollen lymph nodes pop up. Don't let them stress you out too much, though; they aren't any worse than the psoriasis itself.😎
From what I understand, using corticosteroid ointments for local application can lead to much stronger absorption into the system. Back when I was going through that, I used plain white Vaseline.

Neotigason is an anti-psoriatic medication. Your Dermatologist has to prescribe that first, and you'll need to get blood work done every ten days. You definitely need a full blood count before you even start using it—I think I mentioned that somewhere before.🙂

Robert Clark2 said:Look, you need to understand that Neotigason is an anti-psoriasis medication, and there's no way around it—you absolutely have to have a Dermatologist prescribe that stuff to you first. You can't just go out and grab it like some over-the-counter cream. And listen, once you're actually using it, you're looking at getting blood work done every ten days without fail, and before you even think about starting the treatment, you better make sure you get a full blood panel done to see where you stand. I'm pretty sure I've already laid this all out somewhere else here, but I'm saying it again because it's vital.🙂

Honestly, I’ve got this nagging feeling in my gut that we’re actually looking at some kind of cytostatic drug here...
Look, I was on methotrexate a long time ago, but honestly? I’m done. I have zero interest in touching any kind of cytostatic drugs ever again. In my opinion, playing around with that stuff is just way too dangerous to be messing with.😳

Yesterday I got this from Michael Ramos3's uncle. The initial application went fine. The scent is pretty strong and it’s notably sticky, but hey, if this actually helps when things have escalated past just being an annoyance, it's worth it. I've posted a photo of my eye somewhere there, so you'll be able to see how things look in a few days. Gregory Mendoza3, you really should post photos specifically for those of us who might only have minor issues and don't realize just how nasty this can get. You know what I mean...

Alright, here goes—as promised, I’m checking back in to give you guys my first impressions regarding the balm used by Michael Ramos3 (specifically, his father).
I got my hands on it Friday morning and wasted no time applying it that same evening. Just like people warned me, the smell is incredibly intense; even before I opened the package, it smelled like some kind of dried meat 😬 And man, this stuff doesn't look appetizing at all—to me, it looks like a mix of tar and crude oil... just black and weird. Worst of all? It is a massive pain to apply. My biggest struggle is that I'm pretty hairy, so rubbing it in is a nightmare; you feel like you're basically pulling at your own hair because it's so greasy and sticky. Honestly, my head isn't much of an issue since I keep my hair trimmed very short, and I'll probably go full bald soon 🙂 but my real concern is down south on my genitals (I actually had to... uh... take care of things there on Saturday after the Friday application...👍). It’ll be interesting to see what the guys on my soccer team have to say about my showering routine...🤣 🤣
I live with my wife and kid in a tiny apartment (about 360 square feet), and I can tell you right now, the whole place reeks—that happened after just one treatment. My wife hasn't kicked me out yet, but I really hope this doesn't drag on for two or three months like Michael Ramos3 and his dad suggested, because I’m not sure she’s going to have that kind of patience 🙏 The bedsheets are a total disaster; after the first night, everything needs a wash, and I honestly don't know if the stains will come out (pro tip: use old rags—that's what I did, though I didn't realize it would be this messy). I'm washing the weekend's mess today, so we'll see if it actually comes out. And then there's the absolute worst part for me: the morning shower to get the balm off. It takes me about 45 minutes just to scrub myself clean (head, ears, chest, and genitals). This stuff is brutal to wash off; you practically have to scrape it off your skin because a simple rub just doesn't cut it... I'm going through shampoo like it's water. I went out to buy a heavy-duty sponge on Saturday, which helps, but it hurts when you're scrubbing so hard (the sponge already looks like it was swallowed by a swamp 🙂). I was warned that the balm stings on sensitive skin, and they weren't kidding... it stings on my genitals when I apply it near the top, and even on my eyelids... it's not unbearable, but you definitely feel it.👎 Basically, using this is a high-maintenance ordeal, but considering how brutal this disease is, I guess there isn't going to be some easy, breezy road to being Healed (or at least managed). So far, I haven't seen any major changes in the patches (which lines up with what I was told); if anything, it looks slightly worse because they are bright red now and the scaling is gone. It just looks like a parched landscape—like a desert with cracked earth—so you basically have to slather on moisturizer just to function. My skin actually cracks a little bit (just around my ear because I have to scrub so hard to get the balm off), and without moisturizer (Nivea), I wouldn't stand a chance. Sometimes the cream feels like a lifesaver—not that it stings, but it fixes that tight, pulled feeling of the skin. They told me it should start itching, which is supposedly a sign it's working, and I actually felt some itching in certain spots after the first use, and it was even a bit more noticeable today.👍 It itches everywhere, but I'm not entirely sure if that's a good sign or not, especially since they said I need to use this for about twenty days. "We'll see," the blind idiots told me...😲 So yeah, that's the situation. I don't know what else to tell you, but feel free to ask anything. If I know the answer, I'll tell you; if not, we can just go ask Michael Ramos3 together.
Hey everyone...

Man, I've already started slathering this stuff on... even though I was planning on waiting until Monday...😍

When it comes to the smell, "strong" is a massive understatement. 😬

Honestly, I don't care if it stinks up the whole house, as long as it actually does the job. 😉

And hey, once I'm fully Healed, I'm gonna sell my place and buy a totally different one... and anyone who wants to buy this old dump can just deal with it! 🤣

As for the photo session, I'll get that done tonight once I'm back from work...

And if Michael Ramos3 gives me the green light, I'll even snap some pics showing what it looks like once it's spread on...

Speaking of spreading it on, this stuff is a total nightmare to apply because it's so thick and gross to rub in, but hey, if it works, it works. 🙂

Hey everyone...

Oh yeah, speaking of wives and kids... honestly, my kids have been falling asleep way easier since I started using this stuff because they just drift right off... I'm actually thinking about borrowing some kind of crib and setting it up in the kitchen just so I can at least keep them covered up.

As for the bedding, I'm not even going to bother washing it or the down pillows I use for sleeping (I'll just toss the whole lot). If this psoriasis finally clears up, maybe I'll keep a few things as souvenirs.

It takes me about 45 minutes to apply everything, plus another hour just waiting for it to dry, like it does for everyone else. Mind you, I always shower before applying. Then in the morning, I need about an hour to wash it all off (I start by putting on some olive oil first because it makes the washing part way easier). I don't mind scrubbing a bit; it's not like it's some huge ordeal. I use that Nivea baby lotion with Omega 6—it's super greasy and hydrating, and I actually prefer it over those standard creams.

Also, the scaling is mostly gone now, or if it does pop up, it vanishes instantly (it peels off easily), but the lesions themselves are still bright red and tight. No itching! Though my skin definitely stings, I don't see any crazy reactions other than the fact that new lesions and spots have popped up in several places literally overnight.

By the way, I only apply it to my hands, legs, and butt because, let's be real, I physically can't reach my whole body... once this clears up, I'll move on to my back, stomach, chest, and head.

Regarding the stinging, itching, burning, and pain... I deal with all of that even without the ointment, so right now, I'm not seeing a massive difference there.

If this actually works (God willing 🙏), I'm treating myself to a brand new set of sheets... and I'll be rocking shorts and a T-shirt until basically the first snowfall hits 🤣. I'll even put the empty ointment box in a glass display case under spotlights 😉 and take a photo with Michael Ramos3 and his dad to hang up next to my wall of Icons.

And yeah, there’s one more thing—even after I do the whole routine with the olive oil before my shower, then the actual washing up, plus using the Nivea lotion, I can still catch this weird scent of slime lingering on me, so people at work are giving me these super strange looks😬

Well, I managed to snag a spot on the other side of the room, so luckily my colleague hasn't even started renaming things yet...🙂
I think I'm going to give olive oil a shot myself... Hey, Gregory Mendoza3, do I need to let it sit for a bit after I rub it on? Like, should I wait maybe five minutes or something before doing anything else?

Hey there, good people.

I have to be honest—reading some of those recent posts actually gave me a bit of a laugh. Seriously, I hope this struggle you’re having with applying the balm ends up being the biggest problem you ever face in life. My father and I were actually thinking about including a set of sheets and pajamas in the package along with the balm. 🙂 👍 .
Again, I hope this is the only issue you deal with, and truly the last one regarding psoriasis.
I went through this myself back when my dad was using it, but I just want to ask one thing. The scent is strong and very distinct (it reminds me of jerky, too, but don't worry, there's no dried meat in here) but it's NATURAL, right?
People, stay persistent. Apply it every single day (after applying, try to stay "go" for as long as possible so the skin actually absorbs the balm instead of your pajamas wiping it off) and let's all wait for the results together.

With faith in God,

Here’s how I handle the balm with my son; I apply it during the day since it bothers him at night. He doesn't have many patches right now, so it's pretty easy—it stays on for maybe 5 or 6 hours. Before I wash it off, I heavily coat the area with St. John's Wort oil (which I make myself using olive oil) and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Then, using soaked cotton pads (either with more St. John's Wort or just olive oil), I wipe away about 70% of the balm. I let it sit for a bit longer, then use warm water and some liquid dermatologist soap to rinse the rest off. You need plenty of water. After that, I use an Omega 6 cream with Vitamin B and borage oil—you can find it at any drugstore, it's called A-Derma Exomega; it really helps soothe and repair the skin. Honestly, today looks like his best skin in months, YES. I'll check back in later.
