No need for me to quote anything again—if every single American seems identical to you whenever the national team plays, then I guess we just see things differently.

Good grief, you people are talking absolute nonsense. What does it matter if this happened in a place like Vukovar or any other city? Unless someone is some kind of protected local legend, like a star player for the Dallas Cowboys who’s untouchable, no one gets special treatment based on where they’re from. If that were the case, we’d see guys parading around with the Black Knights on the waterfront or the Torcida Vukovar crew in the middle of Times Square just because of their zip code. That’s just absurd. The reality is that the attack was executed with precision; the guys simply had no way to defend themselves before everything went sideways, and that’s the end of the story. And frankly, I have to say, kudos to them for not making a scene or causing more trouble. From what I understand, the boys ended up with some damage to their car and a few other minor things missing, but honestly, that’s trivial in the grand scheme of things. In my estimation, the guys handled themselves perfectly well!

I congratulate and endorse this directive. Every point is valid. It's responsible...

p.s.
If only we weren't just "locals," but true citizens of our city... 😁

It’s not like someone from there is some kind of protected VIP who can't be touched, otherwise everyone would just be strolling around with the Black Knights on the boardwalk or the T group in the town square. That's just silly. This whole thing was a smart move; the guys just couldn't defend themselves, things went south, and that's that. And honestly? Props to them for not getting wasted. From what I hear, the guys have some damage to their cars and lost a few small things, but that doesn't even matter. In my book, those guys handled themselves pretty well!

Car damage, broken windows, bottles, flares... man, we Americans are the biggest cowards on the planet. Everyone on this crappy forum is busy trash-talking Russians and Poles, but then it's five against one and they're still using weapons? Just to take someone's flag? Look, I don't like the rival fan group either—but to me, that just means "let's go fight" where I might break your nose or you might break mine, and then we both just drive home to our wives and kids. I mean, seriously, why would anyone want to crack someone's skull with a bat or a bottle? Honestly, thank God no one has died here in the States yet, but if we keep going like this, who knows...

Enough with this thread. This whole debate should have been locked ages ago...

Calm down. The Black Knights banner is gone, end of story. Credit to BBB for not lighting anything on fire or taking photos of the banner. Every fan's top priority is snatching the opponent's flag, so there's really no point in whining about "unfair" confiscations...

You people are being completely unserious. You've let the transport costs for Black Knights rise way too much.🤷

Alright people, enough with the whining about the confiscated flag and all the trolling.

On Friday we aren't playing some random team from the Faroe Islands, we're facing Mexico. Even if the football mafia killed any actual passion left for the game or the national team, it's still a big deal.

You're right, you coward, I'd love that too—except for the part about the Poles. It's just not fair when one guy is actually training and the other guy is just like me.

ps. Thank God nobody has died yet; it's all been accidents so far.

Look, as a lifelong New Yorker who absolutely loathes the Los Angeles Angels, I’ve gotta tip my hat to the Black Knights and everyone else holding it down here:

"US Men's National Soccer Team matches aren't some playground for Black Knights members to settle old club grudges. This is where they stand shoulder-to-shoulder with every New Yorker, every Person from San Diego, or any other ultra or supporter of the US Men's National Soccer Team. We do this to honor the memory of all those incredible people who sacrificed everything just so we can sit here today and cheer for America."

If any peasant (from any side of the country, for that matter) thinks differently about this, they can get lost now and stay lost in the future.

George Gonzalez said:man, just type in blackknights.com

Look, you're probably just hitting that address bar where you see the "www" and you gotta manually type out www.blackknights.com and that should get you right in, because honestly, even for me, clicking on links within the site can be super glitchy sometimes, so I usually just find it way easier to just type the whole URL in myself...

Look, man, don't get worked up, but I'm not exactly an idiot—I've been using computers since '93. I know damn well why the page won't load; it literally says "this site is suspended."

Nah, it's totally fine, honestly this whole setup has been acting wonky before so I just figured that was the deal, so just enjoy all five of them🙂>
