Rachel Rivera19 said:Hey everyone. I've been scrolling through this forum endlessly, looking at all the photos and videos. Honestly, I'm also considering rhinoplasty—purely cosmetic. My breathing is fine, none of those medical issues people keep bringing up here. But the amount of advice is just overwhelming. Go to this surgeon, go to that one, this guy did this for me, that guy did that... It's just too much info. I had a consultation recently, though the conversation was pretty subpar. I asked to see what my results might look like, but he refused, claiming you can never truly know... I don't understand how someone with thousands of procedures and years of aesthetic training can claim they don't know. I showed him a reference photo, and he told me there was no way to achieve that look because our skin types are different—mine is thicker. I disagree. Based on everything I've researched, he's wrong. I'd love to post a photo, but I'm not sure 😂... and I found some before and after videos online...🙂

Listen, if you insist on having your way and ruin your life, no one is going to take the blame. You made the choice ☕ 👎. Your face is public property, and that’s a heavy reality. I remember once at a Hemingway cafe in Malibu, everyone reacted when this girl walked in with a nose so narrow it looked almost glued together, something resembling La Toya Jackson. People were mercilessly mocking her😠. If I hadn't stepped in out of pity and told them to back off, I don't know... she was mortified, and I felt for her partner, too. Whatever...👎☕Some people are just animals. Pure animals.😠 😢

Look, if you want my two cents: wait until after graduation. Or, at the very least, try to get it done at least a month before the big ceremony. You have to account for the bruising and the swelling. It’s just not worth the risk of looking swollen in all those photos.

I’m struggling to wrap my head around the idea that it’s impossible for things to turn out differently than I envisioned. Sure, there’s always a chance it won't look exactly like the photo I brought him, but saying it’s an absolute impossibility? I just can't go along with that. I’ve seen plenty of examples online where people with thick skin—much like mine—undergo surgery and end up looking like a completely different person with totally transformed skin texture. So, I disagree with his claim that there's zero chance... Okay, if you're asking me about simulations, fine, he can use one to show me his intended approach, but you can't tell me after three separate questions that he isn't willing to work with a simulation. I agree that the result might not be perfect every time—and honestly, I don't know if *he* thinks it can be perfect, but I believe a perfect outcome is possible. Anyway, I’m back to wanting to show you guys a video or a photo of someone whose nose turned out absolutely flawless in my opinion. I know, I know, it feels a bit awkward posting photos on a forum like this, so I’d much rather just send it via email.😉

So, here’s a clip of this girl. Personally, I think she has a really lovely, well-proportioned, natural nose... though I know some people might feel differently about it.😁

I agree. It’s beautiful. It suits her face perfectly—honestly, she looks like she was just born with it.😁.

Look, let’s be real—nobody has a perfect nose, not even after surgery.

In that first video, I actually dig the noses. For the most part, they kept their original shape when viewed from the front (except for the ones that were super wide and got narrowed down). That’s what makes them look natural. You know how it is—if a side was slightly off before, it stays slightly off... if one tip was thicker than the other, it still is. My only gripe is that everyone ends up with the exact same profile afterward, regardless of their actual face shape. 😁

Now, about that second video... the girl... 🙏 Honestly, getting that surgery was the smartest move she ever made. She has such stunning eyes and gorgeous lips, but they were totally overshadowed by that massive nose. Before, your eyes would just jump straight to her nose, but now that it looks normal and pretty, I don't even notice it anymore. I’m just looking at her eyes and her mouth. Absolutely breathtaking! 👍

Looking back at that first video, I actually quite liked how the noses turned out. For the most part, everyone kept their original bridge structure—well, except for those who had wider bridges that were narrowed down. It makes them look much more natural; if someone’s nose leaned slightly to the left before, it still leans to the left now. If one side of the tip was thicker than the other, that asymmetry remains... which feels right. My only real gripe is that the profiles ended up looking identical across the board, regardless of whatever unique face shape they started with... 😁

Another video... the one featuring that girl... 🙏 Honestly, the smartest move she ever made was finally getting that nose job. It’s like everything else just clicked into place—those eyes, her lips... they were always gorgeous, but they were completely overshadowed by that massive nose before. It used to be the first thing anyone noticed about her, but now that her nose actually looks proportional and natural, I don't even register it anymore. My eyes just go straight to her eyes and her smile. Truly stunning... 👍

I'm with you on that... now all anyone can focus on are those perfect lips. Look, I’m no expert, but there’s just no way I’d ever call that art... 🙂Regarding that video, I’m with you... but if you caught a glimpse of the other girl, she’s actually got quite a bit of volume there, and honestly, the result looks incredible compared to how things used to be. It just goes to show that when dealing with thicker skin, it isn't true that you can't get a perfect nose... you just have to put in the actual work. I don't know, my mind just drifts back to high school or middle school. You know that feeling where you study your heart out for an A, but the teacher gives you a B simply because they didn't like your vibe? That's how this feels. It seems to me people just aren't willing to put in the effort anymore. So, what now? Do I just pack my bags and move to New York City, or do I just let someone redo me according to their own specific taste? Otherwise, I'll just end up hitting my head against a wall later, wondering all over again who's actually going to fix my nose...😢.

Honestly, I really feel like people just aren't willing to try hard enough anymore. So what now? Do I just pack my bags and move to America, or do I let some surgeon do whatever they want? Or maybe it’s just impossible, so I’ll just spend the rest of my life banging my head against a wall wondering who's actually going to fix my nose once and for all.😢.

Look, you aren't going to go to a doctor you hate, and they aren't going to want to work with you either.
It isn't about whether the doctor is "trying" or not... sure, they can try their best, but what if your skin, your tissue, your cartilage... none of it heals the way you actually want it to? It's not just on the surgeon; it's about your own body. Like, I’d kill for long, straight legs... but I can't have them when my bones are just short and crooked. 😂 😂

It’s not solely on the doctor; it’s about how your own body responds. I’d love to have perfectly straight, long legs... but I can't make that happen when my bones are short and crooked to begin with. 😂 😂

I honestly don't know. I just know that everyone approaches things differently, and everyone treats their patients differently. For instance, I asked my doctor about nose massages after surgery, and he looked at me like I had just dropped in from outer space. I’ve seen so many cases where people end up touching their Gluscu... it looks like a total disaster to me, but hey, to each their own, I guess. But looking at the photos on his website... OMG.

I think she mentioned this somewhere a while back... I can't quite recall her username, but she posted some photos. Honestly, this poor girl doesn't look anything like Hannibal Lecter... if she actually looks anything like what you see here

Man, oh man—look at that nose! 😍 It’s spot on. Not too narrow, not drooping, and thank God it isn't overly upturned—it’s just right👍. You literally couldn't ask for more. And seeing what a disaster her nose used to be? Definitely giving props to the surgeon🙏

Let's all head to see Dr Philippe Chout in New York City😂

Btw, that first link you posted? I don't like those noses one bit. Maybe the doctor couldn't have done much better given how many of them look like extreme cases with obvious deviations🤷. They just look weird to me—some are way too upturned, some are too thin, others have those super obvious bridge lines...

We should all just head over to see Dr Philippe Chout in New York City 😂

By the way, looking at that first link you posted, I don't care for those noses at all. Maybe there wasn't much the doctor could do given that most of them look like difficult cases with obvious deviations🤷. They just look weird to me... some are too upturned, some are too thin, others have such prominent nasal bridges...

Yeah, they aren't exactly my cup of tea either. There's a change, sure, but it's hardly a dream result. To be honest, I haven't seen anyone with a decent-looking nose like the girl in that link... around here, everyone either ends up looking like a cartoon character 👎 or the surgery barely makes any difference at all... does anyone actually know someone whose nose looks like this beautiful girl's in the link?

Does anyone actually have a nose like this beautiful girl in the link?

It might sound arrogant, but I don't have her nose, and yet I think mine is actually better. Carol Diaz31 has seen me—maybe I'm biased because I'm happy with how it looks and think it's perfect, who knows🤷... but I am genuinely satisfied. Not a single complaint. (Carol Diaz31, feel free to be honest🤣). In fact, I wanted exactly what she has, but looking at her now compared to myself, I realize I would have made a mistake. It wouldn't suit me. I'm incredibly stubborn, and thank Bog I listened to my gut. It was as if Bog himself guided me away from a disaster.🙂

Look, if you're this obsessed with New York City, just reach out to him via email. Save up your cash and go.👍But there's no guarantee he'll give you the result you want. It could be a total disaster on your face. A nose can change over a year or even longer... he might do the exact same thing, but for your specific face or body, it could end up looking completely wrong...☕

I can't help but wonder why some people still consider going under the knife with someone who already told them they couldn't help...🤷Or why they'd ever return to a surgeon who didn't even truly listen during the initial consultation.😕Personally, I wouldn't. I’d be paralyzed by fear...😲😢When it comes to my own health, I'm an extreme micromanager. I check everything, dissect every detail, and analyze every outcome. There is simply no room for impulsive decisions in my life.

Looking at this link, I think the nose is beautiful, but I could never imagine having it on myself.

The nose jadedriver0 has is also really lovely and suits her perfectly, but again, I couldn't see it on my own face because my original nose isn't even remotely similar.
To me, Britney Spears has such a sweet little nose, but I know something like that would look ridiculous and unnatural on me... plus, it would probably be impossible to actually achieve😁

But whatever, we're all different and tastes vary; I just think obsessing over someone else's specific features leads to bad results. You should just get a correction to fix the flaws of your own nose

The same goes for jadedriver0. Her nose is lovely and suits her perfectly, yet I can't imagine it on my own face since my natural features are nothing like hers.
As for Britney Spears, her nose is far too cute for my taste, though I know trying to replicate it on me would look ridiculous and unnatural... plus, it would be impossible to achieve.😁

But at the end of the day, we're all different. Tastes vary. I just believe that obsessing over someone else's specific nose leads to bad results. The goal should be to correct flaws and refine one's own nose.

Besides, both you and I have completely different facial structures than Britney, don't we?🤷 I agree her nose is sweet, but on me...🙄🙂🙂

Has anyone here actually dealt with Dr. Philippe Chout before? I know he specializes in ENT too.
Anyway... take an actor, for example. They could get a perfectly sculpted nose and all that, but honestly, what’s the point if they end up wrecking their breathing or whatever? Believe me, I’ve heard some horror stories... and that usually happens when you go to an aesthetic surgeon who isn't an ENT specialist first.
Thanks, but no thanks... I'd much rather trust someone like Dr. Gluscu. He's an ENT, and while he might be a bit of a trek to get to, at least the guy isn't a butcher. He does natural-looking noses, not those weird ones that make you look like a doll... way too narrow, too pointy... basically just looks plastic.

Emily Lopez said:Hey everyone, let me introduce you to 🙂 My Nose:

From a semi-profile view, it looks like I have a hump, but I really don't... it's just an excessively wide bone structure.
http://img709.imageshack.us/img709/8...pboard02hc.jpg

That "hump" just blends right into an even wider, bulbous tip when viewed head-on.

Bird's eye view.
http://img442.imageshack.us/img442/1999/2605101624.jpg

But then again, from the profile, it looks... perfectly normal.😬
http://img96.imageshack.us/img96/5773/2605101626.jpg

So, there it is. I'm comforting myself with the fact that my profile is decent and my ears are great... honestly, I'd bet nobody has ears as nice as mine.😛 Plus, I have really lovely eyes and lips too, though they aren't exactly noticeable until I crop my nose out of the shot.😬
Not that it matters; everyone’s looking at my chest anyway.😍

Yikes, well, this is exactly why you're missing out.http://kupus.net/kupus_stari/wwwroot/slike/mozak.jpg
