Megan Moore76 said:Hey everyone, what do you all think about Sanja Jovanovic's nose?

Personally, I think it looks alright, though it feels like the swelling hasn't quite settled down yet. It looks more symmetrical now, and I actually appreciate that they didn't go overboard and change her entire look too drastically.

On another note, does she look to you guys like someone who might have had a deviated septum?

Wow😲 her face really does look different now... I imagine things will continue to settle over time, but man, I can't believe it. Her features don't look nearly as harsh anymore..👍

Thanks for the tip... actually, a friend of mine mentioned him too! I tried doing a little Google search online, but I couldn't find any actual reviews or comments anywhere... I honestly don't care where I have to go, I just want someone to finally tell me what's going on so I can figure out my next move... right now, I'm just lost... is it my nose? Tonsillitis? Or is it definitely the nose?! Who knows... it's awful, and my throat hurts so much😢 so he's actually good?? I mean, I really know the ENT world and I've never even heard of him until today... Hahahahahahah... just when things couldn't get any more frustrating...☕😁

I’d travel pretty much anywhere if someone could just give me some clarity so I can finally figure out my next move... right now, I'm completely lost... is it my nose... tonsillitis... or is it definitely the nose!!! etc... it's awful, and my throat is killing me.😢 So, you're saying he's actually good?? Because despite knowing quite a few people in the ENT world, I've never even heard of him until today... hahahahaha... just what I need on top of everything else.☕ 😁

Hey there, Amanda Davis15, if you don't mind me asking, what kind of symptoms are you dealing with? For me, it’s this constant throat irritation, and my nasal passages burn whenever I breathe—it feels like cold air is constantly rushing in and then stinging my throat... oh, and yeah, my sinuses are a total mess too.😕

The only real issue after surgery is dealing with those nasal plugs... they feel gross, but you'll definitely survive it.

Look, I actually did throw up blood once... on my first night back from surgery. I didn't want to post about it here and freak everyone out for no reason. Honestly, throwing up after anesthesia is totally normal. Especially if you try to eat too soon.
When they were finally waking me up from the anesthesia, the very first thing out of my mouth was: "I'm hungry, I'm thirsty, and I really need to pee." Everyone died laughing because they couldn't believe how I could be starving while literally hooked up to an IV... but hey, I couldn't help myself—I ended up snacking on some chocolate cereal. 😁
Plus, after nose surgery, you get blood draining down the back of your throat straight into your stomach... and fresh blood is a total stomach irritant (at least for me). So... I started feeling lightheaded, stood up, headed to the bathroom, and lost it. It was blood, obviously, since it was just everything sitting in my stomach coming back up. No big deal, nothing to lose your mind over. 😁

Megan Moore76 said:Hey guys, what’s the verdict on Sanja Jovanovic’s nose?

Personally, I think it looks fine, though it still seems like there's some swelling left to go down. It looks more symmetrical now, and honestly, I dig that they didn't totally overhaul her look.

But seriously, does she look like someone who actually had a deviated septum?

It’s super likely. Her old nose definitely had that little bump right in the middle. I used to think mine was fine, but then Dr. Glushac spotted it and just took care of it for me. 😁
I agree, it looks like there's still quite a bit of swelling there. It's not bad at all... it wasn't a massive transformation, but I'm guessing that wasn't even her main goal. She’s an athlete, so being able to breathe better to crush her training was probably the real priority here.

When they were waking me up from the anesthesia, the very first thing out of my mouth was: "I'm hungry, I'm thirsty, and I have to pee." They all died laughing—how could I be hungry when I'd been on an IV drip? But there I was, restless and stubborn, eating chocolate cereal. 😁
Plus, you know how you get blood from your nose draining down into your throat and stomach after surgery? Fresh blood really irritates the stomach (at least for me). So... I felt a bit lightheaded, stood up, headed to the restroom, and tossed everything up. It was blood, obviously, because it was already sitting in my stomach from before. Nothing to be terrified about. 😁

😲 Ugh, I’m such a wimp... I can't handle seeing blood, it scares me instantly. :/

wearyotter112 said:I totally forgot to mention that besides those little bumps I talked about earlier, my nasal tip is all bulbous, kind of like a little button nose. Honestly, I’ve pretty much given up hope on it flattening out... 😢 because it's been two and a half months now, and everything is just staying exactly where it is—stuck! After digging through posts and scouring the web, I realized you can only really extend the tip, you can't actually pull it back. Which basically means—looking ahead—things might only get worse...

My tip is a bit bulbous too, but it's finally starting to settle down. It's all about gravity, honestly... the swelling from the bridge just migrates down toward the tip. You really need to give that tip about 6 months before it actually starts to flatten out.

Lisec runs a private practice on Barakovic Street in Miami. He spent quite a bit of time working in Switzerland before returning to the States, and if you are dealing with a genuine medical issue, he will give you a clear diagnosis. He is highly respected in that regard.

Does anyone actually know what he charges?

I'll tell you what—it's pricey!
hahhhahhahahahhah

Just kidding... but yeah, he’s definitely more expensive than the rest. I mean, he's basically the president of the American Academy of Plastic Surgery association, so he's got every right to charge an arm and a leg... that's just how things work in this country... whatever.😂

Kudos on fixing the aesthetic deviation, I guess... but looking at it functionally, that nose seems way too small to actually breathe through properly... maybe I'm just wrong, or maybe it's just the angle of the photo... who knows. 😕

Honestly, it’s just a bit more intense during that first night... after that, it’s just a tiny little drip. You barely even notice it until you’re brushing your teeth and rinsing your mouth out, then you spit and realize what happened.

In my opinion, he did an incredible job this time around, so please take a look at how she looked before...

But let's be real—in that first photo, she’s rocking zero makeup and standing way back from the lens. Then you hit the second shot and it's just layers of foundation with a crazy close-up angle. I’d love to see that nose captured under the exact same lighting and distance as the old one... because right now, it looks tiny to me. Like, where did her nostrils go? There are openings at the bottom, sure, but how is air supposed to get to the tip? It looks a bit "flat"—almost like someone hit her in the face with a frying pan. She’s lost all her profile. I really hope that's just the camera playing tricks.😁

Some Canadian model whose nose got totally wrecked by plastic surgery...

Personally, I’m not a huge fan of the nose either... but honestly, it looks way better than what she had before!
