I haven't heard of anyone having a nasal voice after getting their nose done... I talk perfectly fine, just like I did before... except now I actually look good! 😍

Honestly, no. I haven't heard of anyone talking that much constantly after surgery either. Maybe it's just one of those things, but I guess it's definitely not normal. 🙂

It all comes down to who’s actually performing the surgery and how they handle it...
You really have to balance health with aesthetics at the same time.
And honestly, your first surgery should probably be your last.
Severina had her nose done by Glumičić, just like Josipa Pavičić and Nikolin Pišek.
To be blunt, none of them actually have a great nose.
Severina’s was way too narrow with those nostrils flared out to the sides,
Josipa’s is just blunt and rounded,
and Nikolinin is short and sharp—her nasal bridge looks weird to me. She’s gone under the knife three times, so I don't even know what she's trying to fix anymore.

I mean, these women are gorgeous regardless, but I think things would have turned out way better if they'd gone to someone with actual experience instead of just someone with a big media profile like Mr. Glumičić..
But hey, you reap what you sow, I guess...
Everyone talks through their nose now, but Sevu got the worst deal because he took too much cartilage from the side. Now her nose looks sunken, so when she inhales, the nostrils sort of collapse.. or so my surgeon explained it to me.

Though, I did read that Severina Zambelli saved the day, and honestly, in the "gas gas" video, her nose looks totally fine and cute.

I had surgery for a deviated septum; I wanted the cosmetic stuff too, but I bailed because I didn't want to end up ruining my nose even more...
It’s such a huge gamble these days.
At the end of the day, I guess they're all just in it for the money....

I completely agree with George Carter8. When someone keeps narrowing or shrinking their nose over multiple procedures, they inevitably end up "talking through their nose." However, this can happen even after the very first surgery if the nasal passages are constricted too tightly—that's something a surgeon absolutely must prevent! Ultimately, the function of the nose is what matters most. My philosophy is simple: what good is a gorgeous nose if you can't breathe through it!
These women are out of their minds! They get their noses done for the first time, aren't satisfied, and go back for more. Then they shrink it even further, only to have to return a third time because they can't breathe, forcing them to widen the nostrils again by using ear cartilage just to achieve some semblance of normalcy. You can imagine the state of their nasal passages—they likely deal with kyphosis, polyps, destroyed mucous membranes (thankfully the membrane regenerates), and more. 👎

I suppose the ultimate responsibility lies with the surgeon. If someone walks in wanting a nose that’s way too narrow, I think they really need to say STOP.
But honestly, my take is that none of them actually envisioned a nose like that to begin with...
It’s more like they just settle for it, much like everyone else does, thinking that’s just how it has to be...

Especially once some doctor starts trying to convince them they look super, you know...

Then again, not every famous nose is a disaster. For instance, I actually quite like Simona Gotovac's nose.
Her nose and lips were done by Duje Ostojić.
It turned out really well!
Finally, someone who looks enhanced rather than just disfigured or messed up.

If he’s this gentle with celebrities, I can't even imagine what happens when regular folks like us go to him for a procedure. It's basically torture.
I heard the guy is drowning in lawsuits.

Or perhaps Ostojić? I really don't know anymore... 😕🤷

Yeah, it’s always about those tiny millimeters. For me, we're talking maybe 1-2 mm, but I honestly see noses being shortened by half a centimeter sometimes, or even half a centimeter too narrow 🙂

Because of an accident, I need reconstructive surgery on my nose, specifically involving part of my jaw.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Ignatovski at the Arcadio clinic to anyone.
For him, it’s clearly all about the money, which is fine, but it shouldn't come at the expense of the patient's health.

When I was at the hospital in Chicago, they told me that because of my jaw, I need to be on strict rest for at least another year. They warned me not to even attempt a heavy facial peel, because it could mess up the recovery of my soft tissue and facial muscles. But this guy? He just brushed it off, saying it doesn't matter and that he could perform cosmetic nose surgery tomorrow without any issues. Meanwhile, my nose still hurts every time I sneeze.
He didn't even bother asking for my medical records or any previous scans, despite the fact that I've already had surgeries done before.
On top of that, he charged me $83 for the consultation, but refused to give me a receipt even though I asked for one. Apparently, I'll only get it if—and that's a big if—I decide to go through with the operation.

It’s the exact same story with the Bagatin clinic. (I noticed there isn't much info about them here). They sent me a very clear email stating that I absolutely should not do anything for at least another year until everything else has healed, because, to put it simply, one thing affects the other.
(Specifically regarding maxillofacial surgery).
At the end of the day, we are talking about the entire look of my face.
Beyond just the nose, you have to consider the chin, the jaw, and the overall width of the face.
An actual aesthetic surgeon needs to take all of those factors into account.
They could have just been honest and said, "Come in for a consultation, pay $$100, and then we'll see."

Zambelli is just like Dr. Ignatovski—suggesting immediate surgery and leaving zero trace of a receipt. He didn't ask for any of my prior imaging either.

It’s a relatively new facility, opened about a year ago.

Guys, this is absolutely terrifying! You seriously need an incredible amount of luck if you're planning on getting cosmetic surgery these days. Looking through this thread, I see plenty of surgeons being mentioned, but honestly, I haven't come across a single glowing recommendation yet. It seems like every time someone tries to praise a surgeon, someone else immediately jumps in to tear them down—and I don't even want to imagine what they say when they're being truly nasty. So, what am I supposed to take away from all this?? Is there actually no such thing as a proven, reliable surgeon out there? It feels like every single one of them has messed up or had a patient end up with a failed procedure.

It's appalling! Honestly, I feel like lining them all up and giving them a taste of their own medicine!!

Actually, no—instead of anything drastic, I’d just line them all up and perform nose surgery on every single one of them myself... and I'd do it all under nothing but local anesthesia... 🤣 maybe then they'd finally learn how to actually do their jobs properly!

I actually had my nose surgery done under local anesthesia, and honestly, I don't see what the big deal is about it. 🙂
