It’s like she's acting all high and mighty, pretending she could actually block it if she wanted to. 😁

Yeah, me too. 🤷

Just install Adblock, pick the first filter list—the English one—and it blocks it instantly.

I'm not sure—just head into your settings and manually add it to the blocklist. It's doable...

I tried blocking her manually, but it only stripped out the images. The link is still right there. 🤣

All I see is this endless bar that says "Remove advertisements"—and when I actually click it, what happens?

It looks like you've already set up an account under the name feralpilot0. Lost your password? Just click here. Want to tweak your profile settings? You can do that right here.. 🤣🤣 Get lost.

Yeah. That’s exactly the kind of crap that happens.

I’m still seeing the ads, though at least the visual clutter has finally cleared out. 😁

The link is barely there—half a centimeter wide and empty. You can live with it.😬

Why not just install the latest version of Adblock?

Man, what is with this kid 😠
Shouldn't she just go ahead and install 100 different programs? As if I don't already have enough stuff installed to block all that crap >

Stas, look, the server needs funding somehow, right? 🤷 My only suggestion would be to ditch that 'Remove advertisements' button, since it doesn't actually work anyway.

...I guess I’ve just gotten used to skipping stuff (on some international forums), and generally, if I see something that doesn't grab my attention, I just click past it. 😬 Maybe someone else might find it interesting, though. 😍

It was only a matter of time before this happened, and honestly, I get it. This forum isn't really here for us anyway; it’s a business meant to turn a profit, and clearly, they found a way. If I were running the show, I’d jump on a solid offer too. Users come and go for free, but finding someone actually willing to cut a check? That's the hard part.

Capitalism at work ☕

Btw, I don't even see the ads when I'm at the office 🤷 I haven't even logged on from home since the ads showed up🤷

The owner's fault, all because of those ads 😲
