Look, Simonic, you know that row of private houses right before you hit the university campus over on... man, I think it’s near the military base. You can't exactly miss it because the names are plastered right there on the doors—it's not like you can just wander in by mistake.

Well, I guess it’s time I give a little shout-out to my guy: Dr. Ricky Lee. He’s pretty much the only one in the States doing this—well, AFAIK, though maybe some other local chiropractor picked one up somewhere... He’s got this specialized piece of equipment called the Insight Subluxation station that makes pinpointing spinal issues way more precise. Honestly, there’s stuff this machine can catch that you just won't see through manual adjustments or even standard X-rays. He’s starting to roll it out next week, so I’ll share more details once he gets going...

Does having a contract with Medicare actually matter, or is it just extra paperwork?

Honestly, my experience with those folks over at UnitedHealth Group was totally fine (though they’ve moved over to the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Tucson now). I had a wisdom tooth pulled and two granulomas dealt with, and it was honestly great. I think they still take Medicare, too.

Generally speaking, I usually suggest finding a psychotherapist rather than a psychiatrist—unless we're talking about actual clinical mental illness or if there's a serious suspicion of one.

Andrew Meniga over in the Frankopan district... he's a top-tier dentist, really high quality... but it isn't cheap. You're looking at about $100 per tooth, depending on whether it's just a filling or full treatment.

It really just depends on which part of town you're looking at.

I’ve been dealing with these white patches on my stomach for a few years now. I’ve cycled through several different dermatologists—though, to be honest, I’ve never actually bothered seeing anyone in private practice—and tried just about every cream out there. Nothing worked. For the longest time, things stayed pretty much the same, so I eventually just accepted it. But now, the whole situation is spreading again... the spots have expanded across my entire torso, and they get so irritated by the sun that you could spot them from a mile away.
Anyway, I’ve decided it’s time to fight back, but I need help finding a truly decent dermatologist. If you have any recommendations, please let me know...
