Didn't you just say something about those Alonso fans 🤷 Well, here we go again, using the exact same logic 😁

Frank Collins85 said:Honestly, someone needs to step up and remove the mastermind behind all these machinations—and we all know that person is Bernie Ecclestone. If he were the one drafting these dramatic scenarios, wouldn't they actually drive up the viewership? He’d probably find a way to charge even more for the privilege of watching it all unfold.🙂

Bernie needs to lock himself in a basement with Max for a month, then we’ll see whose ass hurts more. 🤣

There’s no doubt about it: Bernie is a total jerk and quite literally the evil of this sport, but that's beside the point. 🤷

If that actually happened, then Alonso knew all about it. If so, they should have been banned from F1 for good, stripped of every single title and point they ever earned—including Piquet Sr.'s.

If little Piquet is lying, that’s actually the more likely scenario. I highly doubt he could pull off a move like that with such perfect timing. He’s just not an accurate enough driver for something like that.🤣Then it’s just a massive, dirty scandal. At that point, they should just penalize him and his dad by stripping away every single point and title they have, then scrub them both from F1 history entirely.

Unfortunately, since it’s actually true, we’re never going to find out anyway.

Alonso, you brought this on yourself. No point overthinking it.
He and Ferrari are solely responsible for this disaster. They have a car that we all know could easily overtake others, could easily dominate a race on a single set of tires, and they knew everyone else had already pitted. Their decision was pure stupidity—for Alonso, it was bad, but for Massa, it would've been better if they just parked him in the garage. ☕

I haven't seen tactical idiocy this bad even from Christian Horner and Red Bull Racing. Only the old man managed to outdo them today; he always has to be the best. 😳

Did Grandpa manage to set some kind of fastest lap toward the end there? The race car is clearly struggling compared to Red Bull, McLaren, and even Ferrari. So, as those three bright sparks pointed out, was he basically just running a little test session while he had an empty track in front of him?

Christian Williams61 said:Look, man, since you’re actually asking... yeah—my eyes honestly start stinging every time I see one of your posts pop up. 😢 So, since you were asking about it... 🤷 🙂

Wait, so you're telling me it's weird that I'm getting into arguments now—especially since up until this point, I was basically the type of person who never even picked a fight with anyone?😕 I’ve never exactly been known for being one of those people who keeps things simple—not by a long shot. 🙂

If your eyes are hurting, trust me, you haven't seen anything yet. You really haven't. 😍

Maria Nelson2 said:I honestly wish they’d just let the results stand as they are, maybe toss a grid penalty on the drivers under investigation for the next race at Silverstone, and just get on with the racing. I'm so sick of all this bureaucratic nonsense coming out of those incompetent FIA offices—just endless penalties and legal battles that serve no one. It feels like we're stuck in a loop of paperwork instead of actually watching cars go fast.☕

He’s frustrated, sure, but since when did we start bringing ambulances into this? Just because his rival had a rough run while he stayed clear doesn't mean we need to go there. At this rate, he'll be spotting UFOs on the track next. 🤣🤣

That makes sense, but there’s one other thing I don't get: if that Medical car was moving that fast, then Vettel must have overtaken it too, which worries me.😢

Isn't it a little weird? The Medical car came out ahead of the SC, and then the SC followed. If Vettel was ahead of that Medical car, then fine (if not, he's a jerk), but then Hamilton definitely passed both of them. He pulled into the pits right behind Vettel, which means he passed both. There's no way they lost time on track.😉

Yeah, Grandpa was testing things out and trying to make a move, but it all fell apart in the end. Basically, Grandpa used new soft tires to absolutely smoke Hamilton, Button, and Vettel, who were all struggling on old, worn-out hard tires. They set those new fastest laps, but let's be real—it's obvious Mercedes is in a different league entirely and doesn't belong in the same conversation as Red Bull, McLaren, or Ferrari..👍
On top of being slow, their strategy is practically non-existent; honestly, a toddler could probably come up with something better than what they're doing..👍

Let’s set aside the whole Hamilton and SC situation for a moment.

Nobody seems to be talking about everything else happening on the track—though I think that's exactly where we find the real reasons behind Lewis's frustration. It was honestly tragic to watch Alonso spend more than half the race stuck behind Buemi in 9th place without even attempting a move. Sure, they had decent pace to catch the leaders before the SC, but once you look at the big picture, their actual race pace was just dismal. And that's after showing up with a new spec and such high expectations.

It turns out they didn't just fail to catch McLaren and Red Bull; they actually lost their edge over the midfield teams like Renault and Williams too.

The gap Alonso is facing is worrying—especially in a field this tight, where four or five drivers are fighting tooth and nail for every single point.

Ferrari can still try to delude themselves by blaming a string of bad luck, but unless something radical changes, it feels like Ferrari has essentially given up on the title fight today.

In my opinion, that’s the core issue—and likely why we're seeing all of Lewis's venting. 🤷

Man, what a psycho 🙂

Psycho Lewis 🙂

I don't know about you guys, but if I have to choose between someone who's a danger to everyone around them and a crybaby, I guess I'll always go with the crybaby. 🤷 😁

Yeah, he basically did that out of pure fear that Gumbek might actually catch up and overtake him again, even though his engineers promised him it wouldn't happen. 😱

Honestly, I think I get why Hamilton made that move. 🤣

It’s all five, but that could mean two things.😉

Either Brawn decided to start testing and developing the car for next season before this race even happened.

Or Brawn and Grandpa just choked.🤣 Seriously, they had a killer position, stayed inside, and were right up there. They could have cruised to points just like Kobayashi did without any stress. Plus, watch this: Grandpa was on Hard tires😉 meaning he could have easily gone to the end or at least the last 7-8 laps, which is exactly what I expected from him and Kobayashi. On softs, they would've cruised past that whole circus in those final 7-8 laps and finished high up in the points.😉

Their tactics were just plain stupid, though I guess that first explanation might actually make sense.🤔

Grandpa burned through his brakes in those first 20 laps—once that happened, it was game over for him. 🤷

I mean, looking at the footage they showed during the race, it was crystal clear—the SC and the Medical car were pulling out, one after the other. Vettel had already blown past them, so he’s clearly not the issue here. But Hamilton? He overtook both vehicles, and it was obvious he did it after crossing the line where he wasn't supposed to, which is why he got penalized. The problem is, once again, the penalty hit too late to actually change anything. It didn't impact his position, so he basically snatched second place in a totally unfair way instead of finishing where he actually belonged—like seventh or eighth... Alonso and Massa ended up stuck behind the official cars and lost a massive amount of time because they weren't allowed to overtake unless those green lights flashed (and they obviously didn't). Thank God Alonso is complaining; honestly, I kind of find it refreshing. I’ve always preferred drivers who don't mince words and aren't afraid to speak their minds when things feel off!

What really bothers me is what was happening back there and why these nine drivers are under investigation. Button mentioned that during that specific lap, he didn't even notice any spots where he should have been braking earlier or slowing down...
