Honestly, once Grandpa finally loses it, that’s when the real show begins 🤣🤣

Lewis Hamilton (2nd)
“Into Turn One, I was very close to Sebastian Vettel, I went for the gap, I out-braked him and we went into the corner side-by-side. He gave me room, but we touched and the contact damaged my front wing. When the Safety Car came out, the team did a great job to change the nosebox and tyres. After that my pace was much better and I was able to push Seb, but it’s impossible to pass around here when the cars are so closely matched. Whenever a Safety Car comes out, it’s difficult to compute all the information. There are all these beeps in your ear, and lights flashing on your dashboard too. There’s got to be a certain time between the ‘Safety Car One’ line and the ‘Safety Car Two’ line, and between those two lines you can go fast. So it’s all a bit complicated. So I pushed past the last Safety Car line, and was obviously then trying to close the gap to Seb. But as I came out of the first corner, all of a sudden I saw the Safety Car coming out, so I backed off and went across the line as I did that, so I thought I was okay. When the team told me I had a drive-through penalty, I made time by pushing as hard as I could, and was able to increase the gap a bit to the guys behind. I took my penalty - it’s quite a long time to spend at 37 miles/h in the pit lane - and I came out second. I don’t see how that’s unfair - it’s racing, and those are the rules, and we all have to accept them.”
And he claims it's all just way too complicated for poor little him 🙂 🤣

So there's your champion for you. He can't even find a way to justify that total mess ☕

If they're actually right—and honestly, they might be—then this whole race was just one massive organizational disaster, easily the worst we've seen in years...

Hamilton isn't sure about the SC:
Hamilton also mentioned he was unsure about that whole controversial situation involving the Safety Car that ended up getting him penalized.
"I really don't know. I was approaching Turn One and I saw the Safety Car. I saw it right next to me, thought I had already overtaken it, so I just kept driving."

James Peterson said:I really don't know why you refuse to grasp this—I mean, seriously, 🤷 the point is that Hamilton didn't violate any rules; if he had, he would have dropped to 9th place, which means he’d be just one position ahead of Alonso rather than staying in 2nd. That matters immensely—and I don't just mean for this specific race, but in the broader context of everything (though, I suppose, depending on how wide one's mental horizon is, perhaps the gravity of the situation isn't quite as clear), and that is the entire championship standings at the end of the season..
In my entire post (which was admittedly quite insulting, assuming you possess enough wit to actually recognize insults), you've picked out a single problematic snippet—specifically, the part where I suggested that an absolutely unbearable dose of stupidity and lack of decency, stemming from that absolute mess you have going on in your head, is what provoked me (even though I've been lurking on this forum for quite some time) to finally register and share my thoughts with my very first post. So, how else could I have possibly started other than from square one, Albert Einstein?
Since you haven't bothered to address any other part of my argument, I'll just assume that you either agree with me, or perhaps your intellectual capacity simply prevents you from mounting a satisfactory rebuttal..
It seems to me that your comparison of fans to drivers doesn't hold water, because honestly, I'm not sure the world could handle another person like you.. by the way, I'm not even an Alonso fan; this is merely an attempt at an objective assessment of a specific incident.. cheers ☕

That puts Fernando in eighth 🙏🙏
