This whole topic is basically just a way to kill some time, but even so, you should check out one of the things Google actually brought back to life:

Anyway—just don't do it!

Repression and harshness do nothing to change the reality that drugs are omnipresent in today's world, and in fact, they become even more prevalent the stronger a repressive system becomes, much like what we see in the US or the UK.

Personally, I would always prefer to have a child who comes to me to ask about using cocaine or meth than a child who hides everything from me. Only through that kind of openness can I explain the realities of substance abuse and how to avoid falling into the trap of heroin or crack. A child left entirely to the streets is beyond saving, as evidenced by the examples of friends—both yours and mine—who failed to stop after a weekend of reckless behavior. Do you truly believe those people had anyone they could turn to?

No one is arguing against that.

Rather than recognizing that it is more prudent to explain harm reduction to a young man intending to use drugs so he doesn't kill himself on his first attempt, you all seem preoccupied with competing over which comment can be the most provincial and outdated. Please try to grasp, just once, that if a child—including your own—decides to use drugs, they are going to do it regardless. Period. And if they are determined to go through with it, it is far better that they understand what they are consuming. The person who started this thread did the best thing possible, even if they chose the wrong venue.

Regarding the topic at hand: Frank (?), if your friends are on speed and you want to stay "alert around 2 or 3 in the morning," your best bet is to take half an ecstasy pill. Since this is your first time, it will likely hit you with full force, but if you don't feel anything after two or two and a half hours, take the other half. It is probably best not to exceed that for a first timer. Ecstasy pills usually contain speed anyway, so you’ll get the dancing and the talking, but you'll also experience that specific "high" that pure speed lacks. (By the way, you should always try to avoid speed; it’s essentially a drug for American housewives trying to lose weight, failed athletes, and idiots.)

Drink plenty of fluids and enjoy yourself. 🙂

If you require further details, send me a private message.

The best move for him is to take zero "pills," just like he should every single time from now on...

It’s just great having a forum where the moderators are "explaining" to minors how to best dose their drugs. 🤣

Someone needs to scrub this disgrace, and maybe draw cosmic_skipper55 a diagram so they can actually grasp reality for once...

If I recall correctly, he’s actually one of those Department of Homeland Security folks.

Thank God someone actually reported him... a little bit of trouble now does a massive favor for his future self👍

Honestly, I still can't wrap my head around the fact that we have minors on this forum being publicly told which drugs to take and how much to dose... people are absolute morons, it's just not right! It’s not just illegal, it’s straight-up brainless and morally bankrupt...

But hey, I guess that's just "cool" and "urban," right? 👍

Go ahead, draw it. I’m still waiting to see this "sublime" moral epiphany or brilliant insight you think needs illustrating.

The solution is to hand him a shovel, put him to work, and send him off to the military so he can finally learn some discipline. Of course, we should probably report him to the Department of Homeland Security first, so he can meet a crowd in detention that will surely educate him on drug facts far better than I ever could; then, once he's been processed, he can figure out the quickest way to fund his next fix.🙄

It is precisely because of such primitive mindsets that the number of children struggling with heroin continues to climb.

Larry Wells2 said:So, I'm writing this because I'm planning on trying drugs for the first time. I'm 17 and a junior in high school. Just a heads-up: don't bother trying to talk me out of it, because I'm going to do this regardless of whatever stupid comments you leave. I guess I've just reached a point where I feel like I've done everything else and I want to try something new. To be clear, I haven't even touched weed yet. I have zero interest in smoking that. But all my friends are into speed now, and now this other friend is pushing us to try cocaine. Money isn't the issue. I'm just stuck on what to actually go with, so I wanted to hear about your experiences. What's the best way to get a real high without being a total zombie for 24 hours? I'm thinking about doing something Saturday night so that by maybe 2 or 3 in the morning on Sunday, I'm somewhat functional, though I still want the experience to actually hit.

Go for it. It’s honestly amazing. Humans evolved to the point where we have more advanced brains than any other species on the planet just so we can decide to screw ourselves up. 👍

If you're looking to try something else "new," I'd suggest seeing what it feels like to take a bullet to the head. I'm sure it'll be a real eye-opener.

So, tell us—what kind of drug experiences are you pulling from to make such expert commentary?

I'm guessing being an MIT alum makes you some kind of high-level connoisseur of a good time. 🙏 🙏 🙏

Look, I don't have any personal experience with drugs, and I don't plan on getting any.
I've seen enough people high, and unfortunately, I've even seen one overdose.
Like I said before, let people do whatever they want. If someone needs substances just to feel good or to have a decent time, then they’re clearly missing out on a lot of what life actually has to offer.

So you're commenting on something you have zero firsthand experience with. It's great hearing this from someone who’s supposedly a highly educated professional in the making. 🙏 🙏 🙏

Based on that last sentence, I'm guessing you think we all have the exact same serotonin levels and all that crap, so everyone always feels great. 🙏

I've been using for 15 years, so I wouldn't exactly say I haven't lived much.

What are you guys even doing with these brainless comments? Does this come from some deep sense of justice and Care, or are you just talking nonsense because it's easier to act all positive and self-righteous? 🙏 🙏 🙏

Care? 🤣
You've got the wrong guy. Let people do whatever they want—drugs, self-destruction, whatever—it's not my job to answer for them, save them, or cheer them on.
I've seen firsthand what happens when a person hits rock bottom and reduces themselves to nothing. I don't have any sympathy, any concern, or any interest in understanding people like that.

The reality is that everyone reacts to substances in their own unique way, and you’ve even provided several examples of that right here. It all comes down to individual temperament; some people are naturally more prone to various dependencies—be it cigarettes, caffeine, or gambling—while others seem almost immune to those impulses.
That is why it is entirely possible for certain individuals to use lighter substances for years and end up perfectly content and just as overweight as the average American citizen.

However, we cannot ignore those who possess underlying predispositions for psycho-physical disorders that drugs can potentially trigger. For one person, taking ecstasy might exacerbate a minor heart murmur, or for someone else, hallucinations during a trip could act as a catalyst for a latent mental illness.

Therefore, when you attempt to "benevolently" explain harm reduction to someone—trying to teach them how not to kill themselves on their first try—you are essentially operating in the dark. You truly have no way of knowing how their mind will process the substance, let alone how their body will physically respond.

Because of this uncertainty, any attempt to lecture others on "responsible" usage is nothing more than a hollow gesture and a colossal display of ignorance.
It is hardly surprising coming from cosmicskipper55, though he does seem to be reaching new heights of absurdity lately.

Just a quick reminder of what you were saying like thirty minutes ago:🙏 🙏 🙏

If you're looking for a brand new experience, why not try taking a bullet to the head? Pretty sure it'll be an enlightened experience.
