Show me a reference. 🙂 😎
Well, I’m living proof that this actually happens to people.
It hit me in my pelvic area and on the sole of my left foot...
I managed to clear up the issue downstairs pretty quickly, but this spot on my foot? It hasn't budged in almost three years!! I tried using Plymicol and nothing worked... now I'm trying Canesten, so we'll see how that goes... if anyone has better advice, please speak up... I am honestly so sick and tired of these fungi!!!!!

Raymond Booth12 said:This is becoming a massive headache... here’s the situation... my girlfriend is dealing with some white discharge—which I'm sure you guessed from the title—but the real issue is that I love oral, and right now, it’s completely off the table because of the odor and just how unpleasant it feels... I can manage a little something before penetration while everything is still tucked away 😁, but that basically limits me to just the clitoris. Since I like to be thorough, it’s honestly driving me up the wall—not to mention the fact that any attempt at oral after penetration, once things have shifted, is just absolutely soul-crushing. She went to see her gynecologist, but she’s stuck on a waiting list for a month, and who knows how much longer it might take to actually get this sorted out... so, I’m asking the lovely ladies who have dealt with this or are currently going through it: how are you handling this? Is there any kind of alternative—maybe certain teas or something similar—that could help? Because if the doctor doesn't fix this soon, I might actually lose my mind. 🙏
White Discharge
In about a third of women who experience frequent white discharge, Trichomonas is often present—a parasite typically transmitted by men, where both partners end up facing the consequences.
Many men report various discomforts involving their genitals; some deal with it occasionally, others frequently, some only during casual encounters, and others exclusively with female partners or long-term significant others. Some notice small, blister-like bumps, others deal with abrasions on the skin or mucous membranes, a third group complains of burning during urination, and a fourth mentions itching at the tip. In some cases, the entire glans can become inflamed...
Vaginal Secretion Testing
The causes of colpitis are identified through an examination of vaginal secretions. The sample is collected using a sterile cotton swab, usually taken from the posterior fornix of the vagina.
From the collected secretion, a wet mount preparation can be made, which is examined under a microscope immediately after collection. This type of preparation can reveal active specimens of Trichomonas vaginalis and potentially spermatozoa.

I’m honestly left feeling pretty disappointed today by how much discharge I ended up with.😲
From what I could tell... it was thin, almost transparent, but there was seriously a lot of it.🤷
It's weird. But I'm not going to freak out just yet!🤣

Hey everyone!
So here’s the deal: my period wrapped up two days ago, and now I’ve noticed this white-ish, clear, slimy discharge.
I’ve been feeling a bit paranoid lately 🙄, so I wanted to check—is this actually normal?
Thanks!!

Could it be ovulation?

I’ve been dealing with really heavy discharge lately, but this time it showed up just two days after my period ended. It’s thick, and there's this slightly acidic smell. I've been reading online, and everyone seems to say it shouldn't have any scent at all. I actually went to see my OB-GYN, and she told me she wouldn't bother with vaginal suppositories right now—she suggested I stick to using Multi-Gyn instead. She thinks the discharge is probably just irritation from laundry detergent or my body wash. My Pap smear isn't scheduled for another month, but honestly, this discharge is driving me absolutely crazy. That acidic smell and the feeling of damp underwear are totally getting on my nerves. Should I go get a second opinion from another doctor, or is this kind of sour smell and heavy flow actually normal?

If you stick with natural remedies and stay consistent, you'll usually see progress pretty fast and effectively...

I have a quick question, since my gynecologist is going to be out of reach for the next week or so...
Every single month around the time I ovulate, I notice some discharge—it’s clear and doesn't really have much consistency, more like a watery texture—but this time, there's this somewhat unpleasant odor accompanying it... Usually, I can catch a faint hint of something, but right now, it’s actually quite noticeable... Should I be feeling worried about this?
(Nothing is itching, nothing is stinging, and there’s no pain; everything feels perfectly fine, aside from that smell)

This is what I’m dealing with: just this constant discharge. Everything seems fine most of the time, which is exactly why I’m questioning where this sudden mess is coming from.😕😕It’s this greenish-yellow color, and the smell is honestly pretty gross. My urine culture came back sterile, but there’s still a ton of bacteria and all sorts of other stuff showing up in my urine—nothing has changed regardless of whether I take Ninur, Sulotrim, or whatever else.

It’s day 15 of my cycle and I just noticed some pink discharge on the tissue when I wiped... it’s definitely pink, almost a pale shade. Since I'm right in the middle of my ovulation window, I'm wondering what that could be. I've never dealt with this before.🤷

What kind of discharge is considered normal? Have you ever used Pap smears? Because a greenish-yellow discharge accompanied by an odor definitely isn't right and needs treatment. You should check in with your gynecologist. If they can't see you for an exam immediately, just describe the discharge so they can prescribe something—probably a Medicated solution.

Nothing to worry about. Sometimes you just experience a little spotting during ovulation.
We women are just built that way—every month brings some new little drama. As long as things don't start happening constantly, there’s really no reason to panic!

I was reading the results from my recent checkup at the clinic—was that from the Pope?—and I actually had some discharge back then too. But since it was just my first appointment and I was dealing with early morning jitters and all that stress, I totally forgot to mention it. Later on, I figured if nothing was wrong, the labs would show it, and since everything came back fine, I’m honestly just confused. I can't exactly go out and buy random stuff on my own; what am I supposed to drink instead of just forcing pills down my throat?😁I’ve been dealing with this discharge for ages, but lately, it’s stopped being a nuisance and started actually getting on my nerves.

That's the Pope. That number is just your swab ID because every single test gets its own code so they don't mix them up! 😁
If they haven't called you about the results, it means everything looks good! Again, it won't cost you anything to call the nurse at the gynecologist's office and ask her to check your results for you. Just for peace of mind.
You can pick up something on your own for vaginal "disinfection."
Your discharge probably isn't an issue since you've had it for a million years (as you put it😁). Some women just have increased discharge constantly... 👋 You just have to learn to live with it! 😉

Help, can I ask a quick question for those of you who actually get it?
Lately, I've been noticing a heavier discharge—it's white and has this intense, unpleasant smell. Honestly, I have no clue what's going on.
I'm debating whether to see a gynecologist, since I've never actually been to one. Based on your posts, they seem pretty dismissive, and apparently, you have to be incredibly persistent if you actually want answers.
Also, just to clarify, I've never had sexual intercourse or any kind of sexual contact, so I couldn't have "caught" anything if that's even what this is.
Thanks in advance!

I called her a few days ago and the results came back clean🙂 but I really don't want to live like this. As I get older, it feels like a constant chore, always having to deal with wearing these kinds of panties.😁 I have one more question about it, but I'll head over to the other forum to ask.😉

The main thing is that the results are good! 👍 Honestly, you might just have to learn to live with the discharge! 😳

It’s definitely not an STD. It sounds like it might just be a yeast infection! Stress or antibiotics can trigger that.
In any case, I highly recommend booking an appointment with a gynecologist! Just because you haven't been active doesn't mean you shouldn't go. At the very least, go for some professional advice. Plus, it gives you plenty of time to get comfortable with how gynecology works and figure out which doctor is the best fit for you!
