Nicholas Garcia10 said:Hey ladies. 🙂

Where do you guys pick up your underwear (mostly looking for thongs and boyshorts—basic cotton stuff, but lace and whatever else too 😍), without it costing an absolute fortune? Like, actually reasonable prices. To be honest, I haven't really bothered looking through the usual big-box stores lately, so if they have anything decent at H&M or somewhere similar, let me know. 🙂

I'm usually a size 12, maybe a 14 depending on how the cut is.

Looks like we’re in the same size range (🙂 ). I usually grab mine from ASOS. They actually have very little in stock right now, which is weird. Otherwise, their 3-packs of cotton boyshorts go for about $$23 and they're great—super comfy and soft.

Hey @Chloe Garcia98, what kind of ankle boots or winter footwear are you wearing these days?
I’m pretty athletic—mostly just live in black tracksuits or joggers.
I was thinking about picking up some Ugg-style boots, but everyone keeps telling me that look doesn't work for someone tall and curvy like me.🤷
Anyone got any advice?😉

Most days I’m just living in my Timbs. For anything a bit more professional, I keep some mid-height studded boots from Pepe Jeans on hand.

Honestly, these right here are the absolute best for winter. Most comfortable, warmest things ever.

And the best part? They actually have grip so you aren't sliding all over the damn sidewalk.

M&S is pulling out of the country this January! And they're taking that Indigo brand I absolutely love right along with them. Just when we needed another shop that actually carries our sizes, they decide to pack up and leave. What's the point?

Hey guys—any leads on where I can grab a classic black or navy button-down shirt in a size 52-54? Looking for a physical shop or maybe a reliable site... just trying to avoid the usual headache.

Check out Target, honestly they’ve got a massive selection in pretty much every size.

I guess Kik hasn't had any good options for quite a while now, almost nothing at all.

Look, you don't argue about taste. If you hate something, fine, but maybe someone else thinks it's the greatest thing ever. That's just how it works.

No way!!! Are you for real? If that's true, we better watch for those clearance sales, they'll definitely be clearing stock before they shut down....

Everything at Marks & Spencer is 20% off this weekend.
There’s some really great stuff available—clothing and more.

I don't think it's actually about taste, though. I guess I just haven't seen many good plus-size options lately. There's honestly such a lack of variety out there.

I’m hoping for the same thing, honestly. I mean, I seriously hate the fact that all the stores with decent plus-size selections have basically vanished from the American landscape... and frankly, there's nothing left to look forward to.

I picked up a pair just like that (black)—though a slightly smaller number, but essentially the same fit—at Macy's a few seasons back. If they actually have sales running this weekend, maybe give them a look.

It’s not even about whether people like it or not. It's that there's nothing left to talk about. In some of these Kiko locations, the section for more substantial options has completely vanished.

Where could I track down a classic, comfortable black blazer in a size 12 or 14? I hit up the Garden Galleria last week, but it was a total bust. Nothing worth wearing.😢

Where could I find a classic, comfy, well-tailored black blazer in a size 12 or 14? I hit up the mall last week, but I couldn't find anything decent anywhere. 😢

Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S24

Did you check out the Ulla Popken at Avenue Mall?

It’s been years since I stepped foot in Malibu. 🙈 Is it actually worth the trip these days?

Which KIK in the city actually carries good plus sizes?
That one over in Westgate is kind of a joke—there’s basically nothing there, just a few hangers and you're done. I liked the one above the grocery store near the CCO West mall, but does anyone know if there's another spot like that?
Personally, I think KIK is decent; I picked up some cotton pieces and they’ve held up okay. I have this sweater that looks brand new even though it’s a couple years old, whereas my stuff from C&A was like three times the price and started pilling after literally three wears.
Not sure if people know this, but you can actually get Bonprix stuff through eKupi.
Also, sometimes you can find gems on that Bfashion site—right now they've got some OVS work trousers for like $6 or so.
Is there any shop around town that isn't in a huge mall and isn't overpriced places like Max Size or Gjuro XXL?

There's a spot in the city just one subway stop past the Citigroup Tower. You cross over and walk toward the Trešnjevka market. It’s a small shop catering to fuller figures, prices are solid, and the stuff is actually cute.
