Is anyone actually surprised? It’s almost predictable at this point. kaže:
Does anyone know where I can pick up these two items without breaking the bank?

Rubik's Cube.

Looking for some genuine Rubik's products? You can find them here:
So you have a 3x3 cube? Riveting. What's the next big thrill, a game of checkers? $30Is this a math problem or a grocery list? Hard to tell with such riveting detail. $60

What about this other thing? 🤷

1. A Rubik's Cube

2. A tiny chess set (like, really small—pocket-sized, maybe 4x4 inches) just a cheap plastic one, I guess.

🙂

For the chess set, maybe check out some bookstores—smaller shops might have better prices—or even those little dollar stores or maybe a Chinatown shop... something like that.

Back in the day, those cubes were everywhere—they even had magnetic ones once... I think around $3.25... I actually have a couple lying around somewhere, though I haven't a clue where they went. I just remember everyone was getting them back then... probably from some cheap little shop or something.

Hey, I’ve run into a bit of a snag...
I’m hunting for a tiny little electric motor to use for a light show project.
Specifically looking for something 12v at 4.5rpm.
I honestly thought finding something like that would be a breeze—like, just a quick trip to a local hobby shop or something—but looking at their website right now... yeah, not so much.
So, I started surfing around online, but I can't seem to find any decent distributor that carries these kinds of small toy motors 😠.

Does anyone have any leads on where or how I could snag one? Ideally somewhere here in the States if possible—I’m really not a huge fan of dragging my credit card through random websites all day.
Thanks!

I mean, go ahead and check the records at Chipotle individually, and even if they don't have the info on hand, they really ought to know who’s holding what...🤷

Oh, come on, you’re telling me you actually fell for that Chipotle marketing hype, but somehow Končar didn't catch your eye? 😬 Honestly, though, I bet you've got at least three of their appliances tucked away in your basement or kitchen pantry right now....

I’ve been scouring Google for ages but can't find a single lead on where to snag replacements, so I'm turning to you guys: has anyone else dealt with this nightmare? Where on earth am I supposed to go to actually buy these things without getting ripped off?

Honestly, this whole forum feels dead because nobody ever answers a single damn post or advertisement anymore... seriously, is there anyone left alive here who happens to have some medium earbud tips lying around? Maybe we could work out a trade? I'm willing to throw down enough cash if it means getting enough music back in my life... come on, there’s no way nobody has seen these for sale recently, right? 😢

I don't know, man, I really don't think people are buying that...🤷

Look, if you’re actually ready to just throw in the towel and say you're done putting any more love into that setup, then fine, go for it—just go out and buy yourself some new headphones already.☕

My bad, I was out of the loop for a bit...
Look, you won't find tiny micro-motors at a place like Končar—they deal with absolute monsters, like several hundred kilowatts of pure power.
Most of those household appliances use high-speed motors without gearboxes, and honestly, I find it hard to believe there isn't a single thing about those little toys floating around somewhere on the web.

...so....I'm officially requesting fresh ideas ....where are all my electronics geeks hiding!!??

I stumbled upon this cool little shop yesterday—Kronos over on Trsteno Street in downtown, www.kronos.hr
so, maybe check if they have anything you're looking for? 😉
If not, I guess it might still be worth walking over there—the guys are honestly really nice, so they might have an idea of where else you could find something like that...

Thanks so much!

They aren't custom, I saw a few people wearing them over at the Staples Center, so you might want to check some Nike outlets nearby to be safe.🙂
Honestly, I’m pretty skeptical you’ll even see this.😁

Man, what even is this... I’ve called like fifteen different shops now and honestly—nothing. Just zero. Like, seriously?

Help! Does anyone know where I can pick up one of those little machines that punches two holes in paper so you can file it in a binder? I don’t even know what the actual name is. A paper punch? A hole puncher? 🤔
I figured these would be everywhere, but I’ve checked a few local bookstores and they don't have them. Honestly, the staff just stared at me blankly (maybe because of my overly detailed description?), so I'm guessing they aren't exactly the target demographic there. Google keeps throwing nothing but wholesale distributors at me, Staples or Office Depot are way too far out of the way just to check stock, and nobody is responding to my emails... 😢

If anyone actually knows where I can find one, please let me know! 🙏

Edit: And roughly how much should I expect to pay? 😬

Check out Scholastic.
They definitely have stuff like that.

You can probably find one at Target or Walmart—usually in the office or school supply aisle.
Maybe even at Office Depot

Try a local Staples
or maybe a big bookstore like Barnes & Noble

Just certain places, I guess.

Price-wise—they go from maybe $5 for a cheap plastic one that handles up to 10 sheets (which usually lasts years...) to more expensive ones. They even have guides to make it easier, like choosing between standard three-hole or just two holes... 😉

Places like Staples sometimes have some pretty odd equipment—so maybe double-check that whatever you pick actually has the spacing you need, since clerks don't always realize that not all binders are the same.😉

In case anyone’s looking, you can find them at the local bookstore over on Main Street; they go for about $30, $40, or $20. Honestly, neither I nor the clerk working there have any clue what the actual differences are. Mine, the $30 version, just finished its first round of use and performed perfectly. 😍

So, I’m looking for some information here: where exactly in the city can one pick up face paint? 😁

I’ll pass this along to my friend who needs these exact same things:

Does anyone actually know where I can pick up some face paint? I’m looking for the heavy-duty stuff—the kind you use for masks and full theatrical makeup. Any leads? 😁 Stop playing around like a child; get serious and act like an adult for once.

I don't have anything to say to that.
02:09*****

Aren't they essentially the same thing? 🙂
02:09*****

No! These childish generalities aren't even visible to the naked eye, and they crash and burn just as quickly.

I saw earlier in the thread that you were asking about finding stuff in Biobio. How did that end up turning out? Do they actually carry it there?
